The front office staff are super friendly, cooperative and welcoming. they upgraded the room to a sea view room with a panorama balcony with a wonderful view on the red sea, where you can enjoy sitting or standing at the balcony or even laying in bed.

The maintenance condition of many facilities can be improved. The beach isn't well preserved and the coral is dead, not the best spot if you are interested in snorkelling, beach has lots of stones and using beach shoes is necessary. The food was below average when it comes to quality and can be bland sometimes.

Food: horrible food either taste or quality in all meals, no variety. Chicken almost not well cooked. Beverages are very very low quality & tasteless either alcoholic or none alcoholic. Dead animation team. Discotheque is inside the hotel but drinks inside aren’t all inclusive!!!!!!!! During the day only lobby bar & beach bar are serving drink & in the evening only the lobby bar!!!!!

Its perfect for lazy vacation, beach food drinks activities, all have. With kids so good choices. Good food. Perfect location

The beach was a bit rocky, you need swimming shoes to protect your feet from stepping on the stones, but it is kept clean. you can enjoy snorkelling and speedboat.

The beach isn't very accessible, the restaurant can be very crowded at times and not easy to find a table. the drinks in the buffet are very low quality coffee and the milk is mixed with water. Very limited non-alcoholic drink options at the bar.

We arrived early, and the reception, under the management of Mr. Abd Elhamid, graciously accommodated us with a sea-view room. I also observed a high level of professionalism from the reception team. They were quick to assist everyone with a smile, and I truly appreciate their dedication to their work .The room was amazing, and we noticed significant improvements in the quality of the food

The animation team doesn’t seem to be as good as before; they appeared quite unmotivated in organizing activities. Additionally, the room could benefit from some refurbishment

Everything was perfect, we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel! The staff is really welcoming, special thanks to the receptionist Helal and FO manager! We arrived at night and they gave us early check in, but the room was old, the next morning we asked to change our room and they changed it for us in one minute to an excellent room with an amazing sea view! The beach was also good and the food was delicious! The only thing I would improve is the quality of alcohol and coffee, but you should understand how much you paid. There is a suggestion that you can buy better quality alcohol on the territory. Yes the hotel is a bit old but they keep it clean! This is the best offer in Hurghada for this value!!!

We were five, two adults and our three kids. Our rooms were spacious with large and comfortable beds, enough storage and packing places and nice view from the balcony. The hotel management made a birthday surprise for our son with birthday cake at dinner. There is a long coral reef close to the beach where we could snorkel and swim with a variety of colorful fishes. The offices of different attractions like scuba diving, massage, boat trips to beaches of Giftun island, squad trips to the desert etc. are located on the beach, no need to leave the hotel. The hotel has three restaurants, and two of them are on the beach with nice sea view, so we could have lunch and dinner there. The food was plenty and delicious. We had all inclusive and enjoyed the different salds, grilled meet, cakes and fruits. The swimming pools are large and clean, and also shady after 4 p.m. Our kids enjoyed the mini disco with the animator ladies almoust every night. We would like to go back there 🥰.

We were very satisfied. The hotel crew provided us everything to have a memorable summer vacation for first time in Egypt.

Overall it was a very good stay: the food was good and various, the staff was very helpful, the villa room provided to us was big and comfortable and the location of the hotel in the city was very convenient. I would like to comment on a staff member Olesya: she was very attentive to our requests and she always tried to help. She is a highly professional and hard-working person with a remarkable work attitude, ready to help, listen and assist to any request. I must say that she is a real asset to the Sphinx Aqua Park Beach Hotel. She provided us with a great villa room and we are very grateful for that. Thank you, hotel, management, for having such an employee as Olesya!

Sometimes hotel become overcrowded with too many people in swimming pools. And also, there was only one restaurant to serve holidaymakers from both Sphinx and King Tut hotels, which caused queues there, although the waiters were excellent, fast and efficient.

We really enjoyed our holiday. the hotel is not big, but very cozy. All rooms have balconies overlooking the sea. we arrived for just a few days, but then decided to extend our vacation to 9 days. Value for money is perfect. I would like to especially thank the manager Mr. Hameed, who made every effort to make our holiday comfortable. He is professional, friendly and can solve any problem. We arrived at the hotel at 6am and as soon as the room was ready we were immediately accommodated. very friendly guys at the reception, special thanks to the receptionist Osama. The cleaning of the room was perfect, every day the housekeeping delighted us with animals, flowers and different compositions of towels. The brightest, funniest, perky and lively animator Mahmud always invited us to gymnastics, I especially remember aqua aerobics with Mahmud. The restaurant staff is responsible, friendly and smiling. I would like to mention the manager Mr. Josef and the hostesses Mohamed Dahy. Every day there was a grill, fish or meat. There are several entrances to the sea, a shallow sandy entrance is ideal for children, there is also an entrance with steps and a small coral reef with fish. We were satisfied with our vacation. I recommend the hotel!
