The hotel is in a perfect location, it has one of the largest and one of the most beautiful beach, its coral reefs are incredible, simple the best. This was my third visit, to be honest in the first two visit I had a few negative experiences but this time I couldn’t complain. The hotel manager Mr. Waleed Ramadan went beyond and above, treated every guest with kindness and respect, we received an exceptional customer service. Your efforts are greatly appreciated Mr. Walied! Shukran The hotel itself a bit outdated but it’s clean and comfortable so it’s good value for money. We could say FAIR. Anyway we spent most of our time on the beach, snorkelling all day long, amazing experience. 🏖️ The food this time was good 👍, which I was worried about the most as we had a negative experience in our last two visit in 2022. But this time everything was fine, we were satisfied. Decent range and tasty food. Probably I will book this hotel next year too because for me within my budget its crystal clear water and that amazing coral reefs are more important than a newly renovated hotel.

It’s a bit outdated, but to be honest I didn’t mind at all, because its beach I went for. The only negative experience I had this time, that I had to request to change the pillow &bedsheet because it was smelly. But we called room service and sorted out without delay.

The stuff is friendly. The food was quite fine. The baker is very funny and friendly🧑‍🍳 Nasra is very nice too♥️ The cleaning stuff was great 10/10, they clean everyday. Supervisor Aladin and his stuff were available and good. We had 2 rooms and both of them were very clean.

Wifi is not available in the rooms and very weak in the reception area. The restaurant is very noisy, loud music all the time & we had a bad luck that we were with people from Russia 🇷🇺, they were impolite and wicked. We had to wait for long time for check in, we were very tired from the long trip. We had All inclusive but we had to pay extra money for drinks and other things too. The hotel doesn’t have transport from the airport, we paid extra money to get a taxi. It was very expensive for 9km.

Shortage of chaise longues at the beach specially with the high capacity. No chaise longues & umbrellas on the pool considering that not all the guests like sitting in the sun. We highly recommend that the facilities of El Palacio be used only by El Palacio's guests and not open to Mirette & Palma's residents due the shortage of seats everywhere (pool, beach, restaurants and show's area.

- coral reef and sunken ship next to hotel beach. very cool! - the sea view and beach next to the rooms is really amazing! - most guests were Egyptians (it was local holiday time) or Russians. almost no Germans, which we liked ;) - the water slides are nice for the children - there is a pool bar - on the hotel area you always find enough free sun beds

- Internet was the worst i've ever had!! during the evening absolutly NO connection. Only on day and in deep night possible (but then EXTREME slow, less then 56 kb/s) and only in the lobby - the evening shows were nothing special - the pools closing every day at 18:00. Everybody must go out - the food was not so good (but we always found something to eat). sometimes not enough tables free in the main restaurant - drinks in small plastic cups were very annoying - in the night sometimes some drunk russians screaming and beating... - sometimes no electricity (but it was an adventure) - the reception is always so full, usually long waiting time

Its not my first time to stay jn the hotel, I stay there frequently. What i like :- 1- Reception team is very good and helpful and even they provide me early check in at 11:30 despite the fact that the hotel was fully booked. 2- Housekeeping guys are very good and helpful. 3- The room was in perfect location. 4- Comparing to the hotel price the service is quite fair snd i would stay there wgain

What i didn’t like : 1- Pool bar guys are rude and always with poker face. 2- No variety in food specially fruits and desert, mostly same thing everyday. 3- Animation team are poor, they are ok but the shows and activities so poor, last year team was running the hotel perfectly.

The location is awesome

The stuff is 50/50, some want big tips and look down at you, the others gladly help you for free and are really good people

The location is amazing, you have sea for the pool, as well as the heated pool. On the other side there's a coral reef with a shipwreck, perfect for snorkeling, basically you're surrounded by the sea, the town is a dollar ride away, I'd recommend Starfish for seafood experience - restaurant is unique! Rooms quite old but very clean, Whaleed was our room attendant and he even brought us some fruit, top guy. If you respect and smile at the staff you will get a lot in return! Romany from Salauba bar is an amazing guy and very friendly!

All inclusive drinks not so good, but there's a premium bar for fancy stuff, food is basic but there's always something for everyone

The smiley waiter from outside, Mohammed made our stay more pleasant with his outstanding service and friendliness. We were hesitant to book this hotel because of all the bad reviews regarding of the restaurant food but in the end it was actually surprisingly good. We also enjoyed the pool area and its facilities.

The WiFi wasn't free in the room, we had to pay for it and it was very weak, also the free WiFi in the lobby was terrible. We also find our room a bit dirty and dusty on the floor, we had to change it because we didn't get the room we booked for. The people who were selling the tour packages were very annoying, they were disturbing us continuously. Also the luggage boy would not leave our room until he got a tip.

Hotel View, Location, Environment & Vibes are Super... Staff are very professional, Friendly, so helpful since first minute especially in Reception (Mr. Sameh & Mr. David: Fast checkin process - efficient - suuportive - great attitude - presentable) & in Restaurant (Mr. Ibrahim & Mr. Hazem: very helpful - amazing customer handling - cheerful) & in Room Service (Samir: very decent - productive - proffissional)... Thanks for Management team (Mr. Hany & Mr. Nady) for being always ready & happy to listen for all comments and their prompt response and actions to enhance our experience & stay at the hotel.

Food: no variety - average quality... But management team working on uplifting and changing food strategy.
