We were really enjoying our time in the hotel. The Posh Club is organised in very high level and Mina does absolutely incredible job. Absolute relaxation, not crowded, nice food.

Nothing about the property. Just left disappointed with the airport and taxi but it’s not the hotel responsibility.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed — a truly wonderful experience in every way! From the moment we arrived, Mr. Bahi at the reception was incredibly attentive, following up with us step by step and making sure everything was perfect. His professionalism and warm attitude made a great impression. The main restaurant was outstanding — delicious, high-quality food with a great variety. The staff were extremely respectful and polite, constantly checking if we needed anything or wanted a drink. One particularly kind gesture stood out: the chef noticed that my son wasn’t eating and asked him what he’d like. He then prepared a special pané just for him — such a thoughtful and caring act that we truly appreciated. The rooms were spotlessly clean and cleaned daily. The beach was beautiful and relaxing — we truly enjoyed our time there. What really made a difference was how everyone was treated equally — no difference at all between locals and foreigners. Everyone was welcomed with the same warmth and respect. We’ll definitely be coming back again! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

The property is indeed all inclusive. It has all activities you would like for a family. More importantly the team is very professional and provides excellent customer service. Mr. Bahi was very professional and went the extra mile to assist. The room is spacious. Food is spectacular. We enjoyed the visit to this hotel.

I recently stayed at Sunrise Crystal Bay Resort - Grand Select, and I can confidently say it was one of the most beautiful and relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. Everything — and I truly mean everything — was simply outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and professional service. The resort itself is stunning — beautifully landscaped gardens, pristine pools, and breathtaking views of the Red Sea. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with every detail designed for comfort and elegance. The food was another highlight — rich in variety, fresh, and delicious across all restaurants. Whether it was the buffet or à la carte dining, every meal felt like a treat. What stood out the most was the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure every moment was enjoyable. Always smiling, always helpful, and genuinely caring, their attention to detail made my stay feel extra special. If you’re looking for a luxurious escape where everything is beautiful, peaceful, and well-managed, I highly recommend Sunrise Crystal Bay. I will definitely return!

Honestly, there was very little to dislike — but if I had to mention something, it would be that the Wi-Fi connection in some areas could be a bit stronger. Other than that, everything exceeded expectations.

Amazing hospitality and service. the reception was very smooth and we got helped with a free-ground floor room upgrade. Club car was always available when we needed. The beach is so charming and clean. The food was delicious and so many options including deserts, I'd like to point out the Mangal restaurant for house grills. I had the best mixed grills in a very long time. Highly recommended! The staff was amazing. This was my 2nd visit and I'll definitely come back in the future.

The only thing I noticed is that in my last visit 6 months ago they had variety of fresh juices, while this time they hadn't had that at all and it was only concentrated juices.

She was outstanding and assisted us from the very first moment. Hagar was always available to meet our needs, and it was evident that she cared about the little details that made our stay even more comfortable. She helped us organize various activities and provided valuable recommendations for the best dining options and recreational activities within the resort. Thanks to her efforts, we created beautiful memories and had an amazing time. Overall, I highly recommend visiting Sunrise Crystal Bay Posh Club, especially if you have the good fortune of having Hagar as your butler. Your experience will undoubtedly be unique and unforgettable.

There is no words can describe how much we enjoyed in Crystal bay ,The whole staff were friendly and welling always to help..they always aim to check if you need any help before you even ask..Million of thanks to Mr. Sherif Front office manager for his support and efforts and special Thanks for Mr. Bahi from Reception for his friendly hospitality with upgraded room for our anniversary and fast check-in in no time plus the daily support in everything There are unique beautiful gardens every where always clean and shaped . The food was excellent with good varieties there almost more than five restaurants . We tried Dinner in Turkish Mangal restaurant it was amazing with very delicious food , also the Mediterranean restaurant with multiple choices The beach is brilliant with clear sea Thanks to everyone in the amazing Tui blue crystal bay for making our vacation an unforgettable one . We are looking forward to visit them again in longer stay next time .

Nothing Everything was brilliant

The hotel itself was absolutely stunning and completely immaculate. The staff cannot do enough for you, most of the time you do not even have to get off your lounger to get a drink. They were also brilliant with our son which makes so much difference! The food and drink were brilliant and plentiful.

The mattress in the room was quite hard so if you prefer a softer mattress it may feel uncomfortable, however, none of us had a problem sleeping. We were also given a room with a shower and we have a 2 year old that refused to go in it so we had to buy a paddling pool and put it in the shower (which was huge). It would have been nice to be have given an option for a bath or shower. Other than that, we absolutely loved the hotel and want to return next year!!

We had a wonderful holiday and enjoyed every moment. The resort is beautifully maintained, modern, and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. A special thank you goes to Anwar, who went above and beyond to fulfill our every wish and took care of all our requests immediately. The beach was absolutely stunning – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Our room was comfortable, stylishly furnished, and always clean. The restaurants offered excellent variety and high-quality food – something for every taste. We had an amazing time and would return in a heartbeat. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Everything! This is our 8th visit to Sunrise Crystal Bay and it never disappoints. The hotel is amazing with beautiful well kept gardens. We stay in the private suites within The Posh Club and the staff there are just fantastic, they just can't do enough for you. However, all the staff within the hotel and restaurants are so friendly and happy and are always willing to please.

The mosquitos biting us on the day we were leaving lol! Seriously, there is nothing that we didn't like, everything was good.
