The resort had everything which a family wanted. Slides, crazy golf, quadracycles, boat rides, excellent choice of restaurants, games section, pedalos, friendly caring staff, nice rooms, excellent internet connection and heated pools in winter.

The staff were really professional and friendly. Malak in Reception and Natalie were particularly extremely helpful and did their best to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would like to thank both of them for everything particularly the special dinner they arranged for us. I would like to thank Mr. Sameh (Room service manager), Mr. Ehab ( Restaurant Manager), Staff of Colombus Cafe and all other members of staff for their great service. Animation team was brilliant as well and they took care of my children. The facilities were really good as well. Boats to the beach, pedal boats, Bicycles, Restaurants, Cafes, etc.

The hotel allows people to smoke everywhere which ruins the experience. Smoking in the hotel lobby, the restaurant, by the pool - it was horrible!!

Mahmoud at reception was helpful after the initial hickup where booking.com charged us more than what was committed to us at the time of the booking and we ended up paying a $110 more and i spoke to customer support who didnt help either due to commission charges and other charges we ended up paying alot more. they did accomodate us by giving us bigger room. I would definitely recommend people to stay here though as it is a nice place to stay with plenty of kids acitivities and its clean overall 🙂

The staff need to be trained on DIVERSITY. They should not assume everyoNE who looks arab is an arab and start talking to you in arabic. They should ask guests where they are from as a basic courtesy rather than ASSUME as its quite offensive. Staff should also not ask guests for TIPS as we have already paid alot. Also OLGA at the spa is VERY RUDE and loud and disrespectful. Also michael at reception should not use guests phones and ask them for booking.com review when you are checking out by standing on their head at check out to make sure they leave a good review as that is bad taste sorry i feel that way so please be careful in future. more food variety needed.

The hotel is friendly to all family members. Adults can enjoy the same as kids. You can reach everything easily. With the boat you can reach everywhere effortlessly There are play areas for the kids, four restaurants with different tastes, oriental, international and Asian. The timing of meals are VERY CONVENIENT, even if you need a late dinner you can have it The staff are super friendly, from the moment you check in, they try to make the vacation easier, especially Mr.Ahmed Eleryan. The pools are very nice and clean The beach is unique, where you can do everything without any efforts Snacks and drinks all day long A lot of activities to do on the beach A Animation team are very funny and we had a huge party with huge stage during one of the nights with a great international show…it was amazing The room was very clean and the room service are very active cleaning the room with all day replenishment of consumables

They really do their best to give you an excellent stay. We got a free room upgrade at our arrival. The service of everybody is great. Especially the service of the waiters is great. The cleaning of the room is every day perfect, big compliments to the guy that did this every day. They gave a surprise dinner which was nice. There were some small issues at our room that got fixed fast. Most of the days the food was good. We had a great relaxing stay.

One of the things that could be better is the place where they do the shows in the night. Its just next to the swimpool and you only have a good view on the first row. The view and ambiance would be better if there would be a small theater or some other better location for the shows. A late night snack (pizza, hamburger or shwoarma for example) would also be nice. There is always food until midnight, but after 10 pm not this kind of snack food.

The Egyptian staff is super courteous, helpful, generous, and kind. The place is super clean and the rooms were big. We got an upgraded room and upgraded package. We were treated like royalty. They accommodated all requests and really went above and beyond. The food was good and the restaurants clean

The kids pool staff and the foreign (maybe German?) Staff were below expectations and made the experience with them unpleasant. The pool staff allowed kids to throw toys from the slides which made it unsafe for our toddlers to go near it and didn't seem to care or address it. The foreign staff was not inclusive and several occasions raised their voice at us since we didn't speak their language and they didn't speak in English. Please hire local.

Wonderful stay in pickalabatros Dana beach, can stay here for 1 month with all activities no need to go out of resort, good food and nice people

Fantastic Vacation, Special thanks for Mr.Mahmoud at the reception for his Professionalism which I have never met before.Also many thanks to Mr.Tamer kandil at reception bar and Mr.Mohamed Salah at oriental restaurant they were very dedicated to their work and guest Comfort. I and my family really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing but maybe if you give care to more food variety at launch and dinner it will be better if not no problem.

1- The staff were great especially Mr. Michael from the reception as he made our stay great, we would like to come again because of his hospitality. 2- Variety of restaurants. 3- Sandy beach and there were amazing boats from the pool to the beach every 5 minutes. 4- Room size are very big and comfort. 5- Cleanliness level. 6- Free WIFI with high speed even in rooms.
