The location is great, the management are awesome starting from the GM, the FO assistant manager, reaching the F&B manager, the sea is wonderful, the swimming pool is excellent, it was a very good vacation. The rooms were ultimately clean and well organized and well maintained and exceeds many 5 stars hotel. Since we experienced several issues with the staff, I would like to highlight the excellent attitude of Shenouda and Hbesha (Mohamed) as a perfect example of good staff.

The staff (specially the bar men) are the biggest drawback of this resort, it`s clear that many of them have lack of training, they dont know how to deal with guests at all, they seem to fight with guests with any requests, hide several stuff from guests and provide them only for the tips payers, they conduct some insults, and internal fights between each others, the food quality is very high while the taste and the cooking methods need immediate revision, the animation team seems to be not dedicated to what they are doing. The guest relations team is extremely useless, the a la carte restaurants are very big question mark.

we liked everything about the sunrise alma from the guest relations on our arriva all the hard working staff in all area's from food and beverage to the cleaning staff animation to many people to mention and all the shows perfect hotel for a relaxing holiday were you can enjoy the sun all day on a sun bed with out having to reserve a bed

we enjoyed all the experiences at the hotel and the cosmopolitan mix of guests of different nationalities having only been to hotels with mostly English it was good to see other people from all over the globe

The swimming pool, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant staff were very helpful, especially Mr. Michael and Mr. Khaled. The facilities in general are convenient. I also enjoyed some of the animation team night shows.

The check-in process was beyond slow and very unprofessional. Overall, housekeeping needs some serious enhancement. The food varieties at the restaurant were not bad but wasn't something special, more variety would have been better.

The place exceeded our expectations. The main pool is huge and the kids pool has a small water park and slides. The buffet offers a variety of food and shows. The staff is beyond helpful and kind. The beach area offers plenty of umbrellas and beach beds to lay. The water is shallow and great for kids.

The pool closes very early at 6pm so we can't really enjoy the pool after the sun is less. I wish they would consider extending their pool times.

Excelent beach, friendly and thoughtful staff, very good pool. The buffet has different food every day and a lot of variety. The pool also really good. Separated areas for kids. A lot of types of drinks ( alcoholic and non alcoholic). Good shampoo/ conditioner/ soap and moisturizing. After days in the sea, my hair was still looking pretty good. It was nice that you had someone bringing drinks by the pool although not the same at the beach.

Asian restaraunt has room for improvement. Could have fresher sushi. That is all. It was a pretty good staying.

The resort is big and has lots of activities for all ages, beach is just a few steps away from the rooms, animators, and shows were entertaining, the food is good with a changing variety, quality checks and visitors feedback are collected periodically, multitude of nationalities and staff that talk their language. Very nice staff such as abdelfattah (head receptionist) and Karina (animator)

Gym needs full refurbishing (limited quantity of machines and the majority are outdated or broken, the kids center needs expansion and enhancement. House keeping could be much better (no specific timing - couple of times it happened in the afternoon when we wanted to relax, sometimes the cleanliness wasn't so great. The food was sometimes badly prepared or lacking

Everything was good..the beach is sandy and ideal for children and adults..the room is large and comfortable..the staff is perfect and helpful

There is no variety in food
