1. The hotel exceeded all expectations. The sea is wonderful! The sandy entry is gradual and suitable for both children and adults. There are no rocks on the hotel beach, so swimming is comfortable. To the right and left, there are reefs and fish - when the tide is out, we collected seashells there. I recommend taking a mask and snorkel and exploring the underwater world to the left and right of the piers. 2.The food is excellent. Vegetables and fruits are always available, as well as a dietary menu (steamed chicken), meat, fish, and desserts. We were never hungry. 3.There's a mini zoo: ostriches, turtles, monkeys, deer - our child loved it. There's a large playground and a mini water park. We saw dolphins twice near the hotel's pier. You can go on a yacht excursion from the hotel, which is very convenient. There is entertainment both during the day and in the evening. 4. The staff - everyone is very friendly. They will always help, always give advice. And these are not fake smiles, but just a good attitude from the staff. At the reception, in the bars, in the restaurant, on the beach, with the gardeners, etc. - a huge thank you to everyone. For those who came to relax, not for noisy parties, the hotel is just perfect.

The room is large, but it's very old. For us, it's not a problem - we only sleep there. But if the room is important to you, make sure to arrange and see several at once to choose from. Because we had an old room.

Am giving this place a 10 out of 10, our initial idea was to stay for 1 night, we ended up extending, everything was 10 out of 10 and at a very cheap price. The best of our stay in egypt. very very close to Airport.

I would like to thank all the people involved in the running of the hotel. Relative to the price, we were thrilled. The staff was very nice. Both cooks, cleaners, or animators. They didn't even have a problem with us arriving at 2am and leaving at 4am. The food selection was adequate. Yes, the rooms have older furnishings, but I don't think that matters. We only went to our room to sleep anyway. There was no problem with wifi either. We caught it both at the reception, in the restaurant or by the pool. Occasionally it could be caught in the room or on parts of the beach. So great for us. And the fact that they don't serve alcohol didn't bother us at all. There were also a lot of events and animations. Both in the morning or afternoon by the sea and also after dinner in front of the restaurant. Everyone here tries very hard. I wanted to cry when I left. If I ever fly to Hurghada, I will definitely come here. Thank you very much again 😊

Clean, comfortable, and exceptionally friendly staff. Mohamed (GM) really made our stay good, after we had issues with the first room we were put in. When we departed at 5:30am, they packed a breakfast bag for us. The dinners were really good and enjoyable. The F&B manager was really attentive and once he knew I was gluten-free, he ensured there was something delicious for me to eat.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property are the cages that the animals are kept in. Definitely not enough room for Ostriches and buck to move around in. It made me really sad.

- Staff are very very friendly specially Mr. Amr and Mr.Maged and all in the reception team - The Resort give us a beautiful Chocolate tart for my daughter birthday as a Gift in her birthday and sing for her with animation team ( you should tell reception with the date before to make them make an arrangement for birthday celebrations ) and also the resort celebrates with a couple with animation team. - There are many activities in animation team show in the evening after dinner - There is a good Kids area for children - Beautiful Small Zoo has monkeys , Peacocks ,turtles, ostriches and Deer - The room is clean and House Keeping is good specially Mr. Ziad - Food is acceptable and good but there is no many variety - The beach is not bad and not purely sandy - The Resort consists of 4 Buildings ( Eagles 1 , 2 , 3 ,4) the first one is the nearest to the beach and restaurant - There are three aqua parks in two swimming pools one for adults and the other for kids) - Location is very good in the middle of city. In Addition, the resort besides to Hurghada Grand Aquarium (about 5 min) and 20 min from Dolphin World - There are main restaurant and two bars

The people were really nice, very friendly and hospitable. We really felt like home there. The room was spacious.

The food was not good for me in the first couple of days, then it got better. The beach has lots of boats nearby so the water gets really dirty when they come and go. The animation guy at the beach was a bit too pushy.

An Unforgettable Stay – Highly Recommended! Our check-in was incredibly smooth and fast, thanks to Mohamed Mustafa. Throughout the resort, the staff were consistently helpful and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. Room service was excellent—special thanks to Mr. Ahmad Yassin for promptly providing anything extra we requested. We asked for a room close to the beach, and it was fantastic. Our sons could step outside and be on the beach within a minute! My husband and I especially enjoyed the stunning sea sunrise views every morning. The beach isn’t very large, but it’s perfect for swimming and has space for a few boats to dock in the afternoon. It’s a bit rocky, so beach shoes would make the experience more comfortable—though I managed just fine without them. The open buffet offered a great variety, including a pasta corner, delicious liver, sausages, meatballs, meat stew, freshly baked Margherita pizza, and warm bread, along with a wide selection of salads and cheeses. A big thanks to the egg station chef for always accommodating our special breakfast requests! 😍 The aqua park was a hit for both kids and adults, and the foam/bubble party every other day was loads of fun. The animation team did a great job entertaining the kids with dancing by the pool, on the beach, and during dinner. The resort is long and spread out, but it never feels crowded. It’s calm, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. Special thanks to Ahmed for always being available with golf cart rides between our room and the reception. We also had a wonderful experience with Mr. Sayed, the photographer, who not only captured beautiful memories but also arranged a last-minute VIP yacht trip to Orange Bay with Mr. Maki. This snorkelling and sea adventure was the highlight of our stay! Huge applause to the Royal Octopus yacht crew—Captain Sabir, Yousef, Kareem, Ehab (Bebo), Ahmad, Ibrahim, and Mustafa—for their cheerful spirit and outstanding hospitality.

A lovely resort, rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast and dinner buffet were great, more than you could eat and good variety. Beach on the Red Sea was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun and sea. New Years Eve's dinner was fabulous and more than expected. Wow, the staff went to so much effort! Would definitely stay here again.

We had from an incredible stay at the New Eagles Hotel in Hurghada! The food was absolutely wonderful, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. But what really made our stay special was the amazing animation team! Reema, Hager, and Adam were particularly fantastic - so friendly, engaging, and enthusiastic. They made sure our family had an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning grounds and impeccable service.
