The hotel is beautiful, big and all inclusive. My room was upgraded by the reception staff. The aqua park is new and fun for adults and children. The swimming pools are varied and multiple throughout the hotel. There is an adjacent hotel called Albatros Palace. You can use all the hotel services, whether the swimming pool, the sea or the food.There are snacks on the beach, There are parties after dinner for adults and children. The staff are friendly throughout the hotel. There are football and golf fields for children. There is a specialized clinic inside the resort and I thank Dr. Suham who is in the clinic a thousand times. The sea is beautiful and clean. Loved it loved it loved it - I am a hard man to please! Where do we even begin? This place is absolutely fantastic and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, and the property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and facilities that cater to all ages. Food The all-inclusive package here is simply unmatched. You get a variety of cuisines every single day, so you’re not stuck eating the same things over and over like at other resorts. Freshly made meals from the chef are a highlight—delicious, well-presented, and in generous portions. Even picky eaters will find plenty of options to love. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner all feel like a special occasion. Facilities & Activities The number of swimming pools is amazing—there are so many to choose from, and they’re all warm, clean, and inviting. There are dedicated pools for kids, which is great for families, and enough quieter options for adults who want to relax. The lifeguards are super attentive, and safety is clearly a priority, which gives you peace of mind. For those looking for activities, you’ll never run out of things to do. From water sports to fun pool games to relaxing on the beach, there’s something for everyone. The vibe here is perfect, whether you want adventure or relaxation. And the nighttime atmosphere? Simply magical. It feels like a little village with lights, live entertainment, and a buzzing street vibe. Accommodations The apartments are modern, spacious, and perfectly maintained. They feel brand new and are equipped with everything you need. Ours was warm and cozy, making it the perfect place to come back to after a busy day. The cleaning staff keep everything spotless, and the attention to detail is top-notch. Extras The location is fantastic! There are local shops and markets nearby, so you can explore and enjoy a bit of local culture without going far.

The only downside was that we didn’t have enough time! You need at least two weeks to fully enjoy everything this resort has to offer. We were constantly finding new things to do and new foods to try, so three nights wasn’t nearly enough. This just means we’ll have to come back—bigger and better next time, with fingers crossed for another amazing upgrade! Lol

The staff are very friendly and eager to help. The aqua park is great and well organized.

It is a minor discomfort only, the AC in the restaurants is weak at several spots. The kids aqua park is under re-innovation, I would have appreciated to know that in advance.

The Hotel is perfect, clean and the atmosphere is amazing. The facilities are perfect and the night shows are really nice. The Aqua park is also very nice and my daughter has enjoyed a lot. Regarding the food, there is a lot of options and I recommend the Le Marche restaurant as it is the best. All the staff are so much friendly and special thanks to Mr. Hamada Khalifa for his support and making our stay enjoyable many thanks to him and all the staff. For sure next vacation will be at Al Batros Resort❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

It was so hot during August

Fantastic facilities / aqua park, 3 heated pools (ideal in feb) including kids slides section. Extremely clean. Beach fantastic, with padded comfy sunbeds, the sea is as clear as anywhere you will find. Can see fish around your feet! Had superb service all week, particularly Mr Hamada the manager. He was extremely helpful in a late check out, room upgrade and accommodating us in ala carte restaurant when it was full one day. Room was cleaned spotless every day, fresh towels and stunning views over the red sea. Free facilities like crazy golf, beach volleyball, surfing machine (2hr per day), table tennis. Paddle ct, tennis and pool tables extra charge. Loads to do! Sakura beer was lovely and buffet restaurants had something for everyone. Everybody at the hotel from waiters, reception and cleaners extremely friendly. 1st time to egypt but 100% will be back again, def recommend

The staff and amenities were exceptional. There were many choices for food throughout the day. The property as a whole was very clean. There were many options for activities and the beach was nice.

I didn’t care for the reserving of chairs at the beach. The first day we arrived at 10.00 & had difficulty finding seating. Many people wake up at 5 or 6 am to reserve a chair with a towel. The second day I also woke up early to get chairs close to the front of the beach. When I returned a young couple with 2 children had taken our chairs claiming handicap status & had obtained a special sticker from reception. They clearly were very healthy & the children exhibited no issues. I thought it was in very poor taste. Of course the staff couldn’t do anything about it by that point. This was the only stain on an otherwise perfect stay.

The hotel has great facilities, restaurants, many pools, huge beach, entertainment, bars and friendly staff. The cleanliness of our room and all facilities in general was on high level.

The only disadvantage of the hotel for us was that they put us on the Russian guestlist and didn't move us from there even after few reminders. We found it quite offensive as Slovak citizens, due to the past and present events in Slavic countries. The hotel staff was talking Russian to us instead of English. This experience decreased our overall satisfaction with the hotel.

We had a wonderful vacation at this hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you goes to Mr. Ahmed Elghonim and Mr. Tarek Allam, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Their attentiveness and willingness to accommodate our requests made a real difference and added a personal touch to our trip. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable stay.
