This was a larger family vacation, we really enjoyed our stay in White Valley Palace. This hotel is really special. The location is fantastic, and the beachfront area was really exceptional. The hotel staff were really friendly, professional and joyful to deal with. Our family enjoyed the experience and the adults and kids had loads of fun in the aqua park. The hotel receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. He really made us feel comfortable and cherished. The staff are very honest, I forgot my watch on the beach but they were able to find it and bring it back to me. The hotel is very peaceful and is highly recommended.

The hotel mentioned that at the time of my stay they were still in the soft opening phase. I excepted only great things to come from this hotel.

Against common opinion(and also reviews) we had a great stay at white valley! Food was very good, healthy & much variation (than we used to for Egypt) Room was awesome, with balcony and pool view, beds so comfy!! All the employees are super friendly and Mohamed Kamal for sure is employee of the year. Never experienced such friendly, polite, caring, helpful person like him. YOU ARE THE BEST! super friendly staff at the Restaurant -very attentive! for the smokers: there are many places and spaces where yout can smoke - also at the beavh and the Pool. Met also Ali, the general manager with good intuition of people's needs. Animation was great also beacause of the people's funny characters(greetings to Tarek&Ayman&all the others who's name we forgot). Keep being so funny, pls. Pools are great located, Beach is quiet for relaxing. When the music is playing, animation team has a an excellent taste of music.

- no gym (under construction) - no diet soft drinks - no variation of milk (no vegan products) - the hotel not acts sustainable especially in the restaurant--> drinks were served in plastic cups and serving guys immediately want to grab your empty plate when meal is eaten as they never heard of that you can re-use your plate for another round of food.

The location is very nice. It is 20-25min from the International Airport. I had a transfer and the driver was waiting for me at the airport. Another point, I was quite late on arrival and the hotel offered an evening meal to my room. That was very nice. Also, the food at the hotel very was tasty. I enjoyed much. Bakery - perfect. My double room had a sea view and I had a balcony. That was perfect as I could meet the sunrise. If I would like to speak about communication within the hotel then I can say the staff personnel was very kind and responsive. Especially, Mohamed, the staff personnel at the reception, was very communicative and friendly in many situations until my departure. The cleaning personnel was kind and helpful. If you may need something just speak to them directly. The bar personnel was polite and responsive. When I had a seat at the bars, until late, then they would bring any drink I wanted. Additionally, other hotel staff was polite and communicative. I had a nice conversation with all of them. I have positive feelings about my stay there. The beach is close to the hotel. It takes a few minutes to reach it. I know the hotel is still expanding its facilities and very soon they will introduce the new changes. It would be nice to see in the future how they improved. I used two languages during my stay - English and Russian. That was nice!

A safe locker was not in good condition. I had to find an alternative solution. Also, no internet in the room.
