As I stepped foot into the resort, I couldn't help but marvel at how much it had improved since my last visit. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a sense of familiarity mixed with newfound excitement. It was clear that Jungle Aqua Park had undergone significant enhancements, making it even more enchanting than before. The attractions were more thrilling, the facilities more luxurious, and the overall atmosphere more vibrant. It was evident that the staff had gone above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the park was elevated to new heights. One of the most notable improvements was the addition of even more exciting activities and entertainment options. From adrenaline-pumping water slides to captivating shows, there was never a dull moment during my stay. The new aqua park is amaaaaaazing - I was on the rides all day! We were a BIG group - moms and dads, everyone was enjoying their time to the maximum! I love the all inclusive thing - snacking 24/7 (now I need to lose the weight). The yellow donut ride and the bullet were OHHHH MY GOD! But what truly impressed me was the attention to detail and the level of service provided. From the friendly smiles of the staff to the impeccable cleanliness of the facilities, it was clear that every effort had been made to exceed guests' expectations. As I reminisced about my previous visit, I couldn't help but feel a sense of nostalgia mixed with excitement for the future. Jungle Aqua Park had left an indelible mark on my heart, and I knew that I would return time and time again to create new memories in this tropical paradise. There's so much to do there - esp for kids. Loads of excellent water slides, a surfing pool, astro football, funfair ... We booked a hut room, which had a great view. was close to the main reception and was big enough for our family of 5. A/C worked a treat, and the staff were all v attentive and polite. We were there for Xmas and new year and they put on what was simply an incredible party, performances and DJ sets. The value for money was incredible

Nothing really negative to be honest. The place was a bit big(!), and maybe the food choice was limited depending where you went, so we picked and chose from multiple restaurants quite often. There was only 1 table tennis table, and considering was was probably £££££ spent on other facilities, I'd suggest having 4 or 6 table tennis tables in the reception area

We are family of 6 with kids ranging from 2 to 17. There was many options for all kids and food was amazing especially taj and ragine restaurants. We did not want to leave. Taj even arranged birthday cake and song for my son birthday.

The marketing from the spa is not good. Message was good however. Firstly they disturb you when you are relaxing at the pool. Then when we finally bought 4 treatments and sauna access they also charged us for pool entry which is free. Further when I tried to use the sauna they wanted to close it early. Definitely not a pleasure dealing with them. I suggest the spa has a booth at various places in the resort and do not disturb people while relaxing. Also please close the gym later like most other hotels

Everything, I used to spend my summer outside egypt .but this was my first year to take the risk and actually it was very rewarding Salam , Mustafa, baseem ,Osama , Samah and many more ,thank your for your hospitality and kind support .this was one of my best trips ever

If all restaurants menus to be organized and published so it w9upd be easier for the guest to decide where to go everyday Also extend the aqua park timing

Everything is great, amazing staff and facilities. This resort is better than any all inclusive resort in the entire Middle East and even Europe and Asia. Ive been to the Maldives and the UAE and this is beyond expectstions. Plus the waterpark is incredibly amazing. Special recognition and thank you to Mohamed Ehab at the reception and Atef from housekeeping, Ayman and Amir from breakfast and everyone at the waterpark.

Stayed for 12 days over Xmas and we had the absolute best family holiday. Food, facilities and staff were better than excellent. The water park is unbelievable as is the amusement park. the staff work constantly and the place is spotlessly clean. The food was our highlight - everything fresh, excellent quality and so much choice. If you complain about the food, you should stay at home and eat KFC.

1. The beer offered is ok when it's cold but the other alcoholic spirits used in the resort are honestly undrinkable - it is some type of flavoured ethanol/ paint stripper! Bring some duty free from the airport. 2. I would do some research on Facebook regarding tours / spa external to the hotel offerings as these are very overpriced. My wife did a spa treatment (and not a very good quality one) costing almost 200 and the same thing was available next door in the shopping mall for 30-40.

Very clean and equipped rooms. Good quality and tasty food with big choices variety. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and they serve all nationalities with the same level of professionalism.

Everything! fantastic resort, incredibly clean and kept clean, staff were so welcoming , respectful and continuously getting on with their tasks, superbly managed, amazing place for all age groups, they have so much going on for kids and grown ups for entertainment and water parks, so many slides and rides, a haven for kids and teens. Our stay was so smooth from checking in to checking out,, the room was wonderful and everything worked like a charm. Definitely will be recommending this place to anyone looking for a holiday in hurgada. The taxis Indrive (its like their local uber )are incredibly cheap). Their was a wide selection of quality food cuisines with restaurants catering for and from all parts of the globe.would defo return again in the future.
