We stayed at Pickalbatros Alf Leila wa Leila Resort in Hurghada from October 29 to November 1, 2024, with my wife and our 9-year-old child, and it was truly an amazing experience! The hotel is part of the incredible Pickalbatros Neverland City, which also includes Jungle Aqua Park Hotel and Neverland City Hotel. Guests at any of the three hotels have access to all the facilities within Neverland City, offering endless entertainment options. Our stay exceeded all expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for a family. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of options. The three themed restaurants—serving international, Italian, and Asian cuisines—provided delicious meals during the main dining hours. Throughout the day, there were plenty of food options available around the pools and in the Aqua Park, ensuring you’re never far from something tasty. The Aqua Park was a highlight of our trip, with an incredible range of slides suitable for all ages. The midway rides and the VR gaming area were also fantastic and added even more excitement to our stay. The nighttime shows for both kids and adults were entertaining and well-organized. There were plenty of activities to keep everyone engaged, including football, padel, tennis, billiards, and mini-golf. For those wanting to enjoy the beach, Pickalbatros Dana Beach, a sister hotel, is easily accessible via a convenient shuttle bus service. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, from the reception team to the housekeeping staff and restaurant waiters. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more special. This resort is a perfect destination for a family vacation, especially if you have kids. It was our first time here, and we are already planning to return soon. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and fun-filled holiday!

There were a couple of things to keep in mind. First, make sure to keep the doors and windows closed to avoid mosquitoes. It wasn’t a big issue, but something to watch out for. Also, the hotel is not directly by the sea, so if you're looking for a beach experience, you'll need to take a the shuttle.

The stuff was very professional and always helps, The heated pool and the heated aqua park was amazing , we went end of April but it was a bit chilly so the heated pool was a life saver, The place is huge with alot of facilities and the Neverland show was the highlight of our trip.

The beach you have to take a shuttle to and from the beach its always very very crowded and you have to wait more than 20 minutes for it. then when you reach the beach its a disappointment, the part allocated for the resort is rocky and not very nice , if you like going to the beach and enjoy swimming and the kids enjoy the sandy beach that's not the right place to enjoy your holiday. Also the food although alot it was less than average taste wise

Phenomenonal resort that exceeds all expectations. Every detail is taken care of. Large selection of facilities and entertainment activities all included with your stay. The food was fantastic, cleanliness is notable, the staff are all extremely kind and helpful. Could easily say this was my best resort experience. Would definitely come back again

The resort offered a **wide variety of restaurants and activities**, which we really enjoyed. However, we were disappointed to find that **some shops did not have fixed prices**, with different rates for tourists and locals—this felt unfair and frustrating. Additionally, our stay started poorly when the first room we were given had a bad odor and didn’t match our booking. Thankfully, **Ahmed from Guest Relations** was outstanding—he acted quickly and moved us to a much nicer room, saving our experience. While we appreciated the amenities and Ahmed’s excellent service, the inconsistent pricing in shops was a downside. With a little more transparency, this could be a fantastic resort!

Great resort for families with children or adults who love aqua parks. Staff were incredibly friendly. Food was good quality overall. All inclusive really was all inclusive with no additional fees on arrival. Incredible waterslides. Looks of locations to eat and drink. Reception were brilliant and very helpful. Day trip for snorkelling booked through sales person around pool was good value for money.

Room was next to a stage area so could be really noisy from 2000 to 2230 but this was a minor niggle and only impacted when the kids wanted an early night once (we planned around it for most of the trip). It is not really close to the sea and you can't see it but that was expected.

My stay was nothing short of amazing, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Food & Hygiene: The dining experience was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The hygiene standards were impeccable, and the staff ensured everything was clean and well-maintained. Pools & Facilities: The pools were beautiful, offering a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The resort’s facilities are top-notch, catering to every need you could imagine. Whether you’re looking to relax or engage in activities, there’s something for everyone. Entertainment: The entertainment team did a fantastic job keeping everyone engaged and entertained. There was always something fun to do, whether it was a show, a game, or an event. Staff: A special mention goes to Rageb and Amr Abdulla, who made our stay truly exceptional. Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring we had the best experience possible did not go unnoticed. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Overall, Alf Leila Wa Leila continues to be my favorite resort in Hurghada. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable stay. I can't wait to return again!

I really love all the facilities. This hotel is a dream come true for parents with kids. The room was basic, nothing fancy. So many pools, so many activities to do. You feel like you dont have enough time to enjoy the whole place. Nerverland is really one of the best if not the best.

The food was OK too but sometimes you feel like it's a the same food. I didnt like the fact it was always a struggle to find a table at the restaurant. The people working there are not really helping you to find one. When you ask for help sometimes you feel you are bothering them. I went to the jungle park restaurant and it was another mentality, more welcoming like cleaning a table for you to seat, or asking you if you want to drink something.

Everything was really extraordinary, the services, rhe hospitality, the room service, the large variety of food meeting all cusins from the world, from 24 hour drinks and snacks, the entertainments during the day and the plenty of nigth shows that you will never get bored. All ages will enjoy their time. PICK ALBATROS is the perfect choice always and forever. The plenty of swimming pools all over the hotel from heated pools to normal ones and every step you move will find snacks and drinks and activities.

1-They gave me an old furnitured room when I checked In but I told them it is not the same one I booked they offered me another old one but I insisted again then they offered me the one I booked 2-Most of the staff are not friendly or even smilling and deal with forigners better than egyptians 3-house keeping is average 4-Room is missing some luxuries items 5-AC in main resturant is very bad 6-Same breakfast everyday 7-TV channels are boring 8-Food varieties in breakfast and dinner

Facilities and service were amazing. There were shows planned for the evening for Halloween which my kinds enjoyed to the fullest. Specially helpful was Ahmed Mekky at the Reception who probably the most customer centric. He checked in regularly to see everything was fine and if we needed anything.

Nothing particular. We were invited to special dinner as repeat customer but it didn't meet our expectations. The staff tried their best to keep us happy.
