The hotel is beautiful, big and all inclusive.The room is clean and spacious. There are multiple large swimming pools for adults and children. The sea is beautiful and clean and you can see the coral reefs and colorful fish on the hotel beach. There are multiple water slides for adults and children. I would like to thank Mrs. Heidi, one of the reception staff, for upgrading my room and treating me as a VIP guest. A thousand thanks to her for her attention. I would like to thank the medical clinic staff for their attention to my son. The food is varied and delicious and there is a place designated for VIP breakfast. There are snacks distributed in the hotel. There are shops near the hotel within walking distance. There is an adjacent hotel called Titanic Palace where you can use all its services. The hotel has a games hall for children and adults, bowling, computer games and brialdo.Thank you Titanic Beach

The internet is weak, the water slides are old, the bridge to the sea is old

We had a wonderful stay from the beginning to the end. Our room was in a renovated part of the hotel, spacious with good view both over the see and the pool. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The environment is very peaceful. Foods of the large restaurants were amazing (both quality and diversity). The all-inclusive concept was truly all-inclusive. We loved the fact that this hotel is only using bottled water for everything. In fact, all drinks were pasteurized (milk, coke, etc.). Thanks to Mr. Rezk (from reception) our stay couldn't be better; even slightest misunderstandings were solved by him in matter of seconds. Also thanks Mr. Mohammad for amazing us with his towel-art every day.

It was a perfect stay. I have really nothing to put here, and I am just continuing my sentence to meet the booking.com review length limits :)). just few more words. And I think I should be done with this.

Everything! Our family had a blast. We should have stayed longer! Will definitely recommend this place for families with kids. The water rides, activities, kids club, play ground, private beach and animations.. I can go on ..all of it met our expectations. Having seen rest of the Egypt, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and how well kept the resort is overall. The Indian restaurant there has good food. The family room we got was good sized, including the bathroom.

We didn't dislike it, but the food caters to European crowd more than to the others. Even the Egyptian food there did not feel as flavourful and fresh as the ones found outside the resort, and there were less options. Our family likes spicy flavourful food so by the end of the second day, we were a bit bored of it, even though there were several options, they all felt blant. The food at the Indian restaurant was the only thing we remember really enjoying. These are just minor things and If you are not like us on the food part, you would love it there!

Really amazing resort! Exceeded my expectations. everything was just perfect. The property has a really positive vibe, the staff is professional and nice, it has everything that a family needs for a great vacation, food was excelent, good taste, lots of variety, beach is nice, good for playing in the sand, great for kite surfing, we saw amazing fish and sting ray from the pier, huge modern playground for the kids, kids pool with cool slides with lovely warm water, good free wifi in the room, modern and tastefully decorated rooms (the renovated ones), well kept garden, lovely pools, fun aquapark, the men trying to sell tours are not pushy, you never feel pressed to tip the staff, they are genuinly nice and never look disapointed if you dont tip. All in all I cant imagine a better place to dpend holidays.

It would be nice if there were more sun loungers and if the cups for drinks and plates for snacks were reusable...its sad to see how much waste we produce as guests.

One of the animation team that was responsible for the kids club was just caring for the foreigners kids while she mis treat Egyptians kids and my daughter was very sad because of her attitude with her.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and were always ready to help with anything we needed. Hassan at the reception was extremely friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and he was profesional and closely followed our needs throughtout the accommodation . Taha, the Bellman, was very polite and attentive. Taha the House keeper, made sure our room was spotless every day with great care. Mohamed Omar, the manager of the Italian restaurant, provided excellent service and made our dining experience truly special. The Chinese and the grill resturants were very special. A big thank you to Ammar, Ahmed, and Islam for their excellent service at the restaurants – they were always smiling and making us feel at home. We also want to express our gratitude to Captain Mahmoud for the fantastic snorkeling experience. The aquapark at the hotel was exceptional. It was well-maintained, clean, and safe, with attentive staff ensuring a great experience for everyone. Really nothing

I liked the fact that at night you feel like you are on a huge luxurious boat, I guess the name Titanic. The shopping area is convenient. I was upgraded to a great room, from which you access directly a pool from the balcony: that was so beautiful. You can also have activities in the hotel just adjacent, which is really nice, not as huge, nice music by the pool. I think I would come back rather to that one. Also the slides seem really cool. I didn't try them, but I saw many adults having a lot of fun on them. Also, the staff was great!! Very helpful.

The big screen with the Qatar football cup close to the restaurant terraces. Well, it may be fun at some point. I didn't like the kite center at all, but it is not the hotel's fault. The hotel guests were mainly Russians and Egyptians, who are great people, but I would have enjoyed some more of other nationalities as well.

The Hotel is so good it was my first visit but will not be the last, from the beginning the receptionist Ms, maria welcomed us very well by making early checkin and upgrading our room for free and reserved for us at the lebanese restaurant, there many pools and aqua parks for young and adults, many restaurants with variety of food and non repeating food every day, the hotel is so clean, rooms and pools are being cleaned daily

The sea is the only thing we didnt like as there is no water by the beach you have to walk so long to get into the water
