The resort is huge. There are 8 restaurants and all of them are great. Plenty of space on the beach or by the pools, an aqua park. Also the food is varied even in the buffet restaurants, and there are bars and snack points everywhere. I don't know how to compare it with others since it's our first all inclusive.

The paid activities like snorkeling or safari are much more expensive than in Hurghada, you feel constantly scammed. The people proposing the activities are really pushy and suggest exorbitant prices compared to what you should pay, but you can and should just say no. The shops inside the resort are also super expensive and of bad quality. A pair of counterfeit flip flops was offered to us for 35 euros. We said no and finally the price went down to 15 but it's horrible not to have price tags on anything. The worst was the hotel manager that forced us to give the place a good review by literally taking the phone from our hands and doing it himself.

For the third year the accommodation was really amazing Firstly, Big a special thanks to Mr Mohammed Hassan Rooms division manager for his efforts to make our stay really fantastic and for his well hospitality. He chose a room similar to ours last year and we really like it.He really did his best to arrange our stay and make it comfortable and enjoyable The hotel is amazing and all staff are cooperative We spent five amazing days the day full of activity since morning till midnight . The hotel has active spirit. Animation team are really funny and help you to enjoy your day starting from daily beach exercise till afternoon pool games. The party they have done every day at pool ,beach or in the new area cascade was really marvelous The foam party was enjoyable and oriental show at cascade There were an amazing professional belly dancer and Tanura show. The oriental music was great The restaurant is neat and they had variety of food in three meals in addition to the delicious snacks which you can easily found in beach or pool bars. The restaurant’s people are really cooperative specially Mr Abdullah Ali Kids club is really interesting for kids and the team there really lovely and trying to make the kids’ day enjoyable. My daughter really love them and keep asking to go to spend time there with them Special thanks to reception team Mr Milad and Mr Adel for their cooperation Big thanks to room crew cleaning service specially Mohammed Azim as he was really fast in cleaning and always make room neat Special thanks to Mr Mohammed sabr for his calling to make sure that we received the well hospitality In general the hotel and all staff deserve more than five stars hotel as usual and of course our next year trip to Hurghada will be there for the fourth year inshallah 🌹🌹

Everything was excellent, from arrival , to departure . The staff, from the front desk who were were really helpful , to the gardeners and guys around the pools were all friendly. A special Mention to Mokhless .( spelling might be wrong) who found my bag when I carelessly left it behind at breakfast. We loved Lunch in the Mexican and Indian, and also the food and service in the Happy Buddha ! Our beds were comfortable, and towels were of a great standard , Showers always had hot water and good pressure. Toiletries were decent quality , The grounds are beautifully kept ! We would definitely return to Long beach resort.

The evening meal in d'whites was not to our taste and it was pretty hectic in there . .. but there are other restaurants available which were good. BUT .... our breakfast was great in D'whites !

Our recent visit to Long Beach prior to Christmas was time for us as a couple to relax before Christmas. We love returning to Long Beach (this was our 6th or 7th visit), all the staff remember you and make you feel like you are in your second home. From the minute you arrive, the concierge staff take every care away ensuring you can begin your holiday immediately. We spent our days round the swim up pool and then moved to cascade pool which was perfectly designed with amazing staff. Our evenings were spent at Cascade enjoying the entertainment was always great. Our meals were a mix of areas our favorite Buddha. The staff are amazing and truly remember your preferences great service. We also loved the Italian again great service. If we were not in one of the swops outs, we would be in Breeze at Cascade for both breakfast and evening meals. The food is plentiful and there is always something to eat. Remember you are in Egypt. There are many nationalities at the hotel and the hotel cater for all, a difficult thing to do. We can’t wait to return and are already working out leave, we will most definitely be back. Work just gets in the way!

Overall one of the best all inclusive experience, I had. The hotel is on a great location with very nice beach side and lot of bars to always top up your glass with some free bevs. The staff went over and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Check in went very easy and smooth same as the check out. We tried most of the restaurants and we didn't have any bad experience with the food. The chefs and restaurant staff were always very nice and helpful. It's a lovely hotel, great fun and perfect for a week or 2 to relax. I would definetly recommend it to everyone and would probably come back again. It was a wierd experience to have a bookings.com wristband on us compare to our friends who booked the hotel through a different website... We received lot of attention, i guess to improve on the bookings.com ratings compared to them. We asked for help about booking a restaurant for our birhtday and been declined, but 5 minutes later someone came back to us "ohh sorry, i didn't know you booked on bookings. Let me sort it out for you". Also, we booked the same level of room as our frineds, but got a nicer one :)

The people working in the shops near the lobby constantly try to stop you and sell something for you. We decided to buy some inflatables for the pool, but they were poor quality and ripped open after an hour in the pool. We also bought "water proof" sun oil just to burn ourself after the first time going in to the water. I wouldn't recommend to buy anything in those shops. Also, the constant hustle on the beach and next to the pool by guys who try to sell you different experiences and trips when you just want to relax... No A/C in the gym Wifi only in the lobby and super slow. If you ask for the same cocktail, you will get different one everytime :)

Hurghada long beach ⛱️ just remember this name For the best four stars 🌟 hotel in hurghada and 10 minutes far f4im sahl hasish I always ♥️ love to stay in the hotel from the welcoming 🙏 of there concierge and the friendly reception when you directly stepping throught the lobby I was immediately struck by a beautiful and friendly reception area light ,airy, and very specified informations to detailed ones thorough the QR code where you can find all the needed date and we was supported by adel and kerolus all the time . Breakfast was amazing as well lunch and dinner was in different al la cart resturant I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel & special big thank you to Mr Mohamed Hassan the rooms division for all his great 👍 organization . Pink party at cascade zone was great Will be back sure to this place .

The vacation was impressive Prior to our arrival we had a contact with the rooms division Mr Moh Hassan 💜 who was more than helpful & upon arrival he welcomed us & insure that everything was going right There are some upgrades on the walk ways and facilities which was noticed and more added new pools ,even a shaded one Beach ⛱️ area was full of activities and all ❤️ staff was helpful and again from managment Mr Hassan 💙 who was around all the time We tried the al la cart restaurants several times and all of them worth the price and offer tasty food ❤️ 💙 💜 We will be back again and the offer with booking.com worth the price

Reception excellent Pools very clean Beach well organized with alot of sun beds and huge privacy Food 3 main restaurants offer great food selections and five different al la cart restaurants with prior reservation Mr Mohamed Hassan Rooms Division was more than helpfuel Milad ,keroulos makeam,adel,beshoy & Malak from reception at any time we inquire about anything they were informtive and support us with any missing inquiry The place is huge and clean and big improvements are done everywhere Thank 😊 you long beach general manager Mr hany
