perfect place to relax , the room was very clean , wide and the view was great , staff in hotel and on the beach were helpful , welcoming and smilling , the breakfast was simple and tastes good .

no activities at night , the beach is 2km away from hotel , the hotel offer free car to go to beach till 5 pm , dinner was so so bad , the taste of food is awful and oily , coleslaw and omali were rotten , worst seafood taste we got stomach pain , i dont recommend reserve your stay with dinner at all , just breakfast

The employees are very kind and helpful. The place is calm and absolutely beautiful. Everything is clean. Food is very good and the choice is pretty big

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay with everything you need at the doorstep - book this place. No frills but clean and cozy. Best location to avoid those herded tourist groups roaming around - you will feel like you are renting one of those little villas on the property. The territory is safe and spacious with multiple pools to choose from, little convenience store, ATM and two restaurants and even a little Gym and a salon. Those who wrote all the negative reviews would probably find things to pick on anywhere. We loved the staff and the food and the property a lot! Definitely book airport transfer via hotel if you don’t want to be ripped off by airport taxi drivers who charge 3 times the price! All the staff - Hassan at front desk, restaurant managers, Amir at the bar/restairant, Abdallah the driver to name a few - all went an extra mile to make our stay one to remember!

Would be nice to have pools heated but it’s just relevant for a few month per year so we won’t complain. The cigarette smoke on the first floor should probably be taken care of.

The place is beautiful and the staff were amazing. The food nenu is decent but the taste ia good.

it is kind of far from the beach, like 5min drive, though the hotel provide transportation but until 7pm.

The staff was great specially Mr Mohamed Fawzy in the reception and the manager Mr yasser and also Mr Mohamed Elsyed . The breakfast was great and variable and also the staff was super active. Taha responsible for room cleaning was so helpful and great.. the beach bar mr Ibrahim welcome us so good.but unfortunately the beach is rocky.. it's not good for kids

The Staff were so exceptional! They were very very kind, helpful and very friendly. The breakfast had everything, the food tasted so good, they take your queries under consideration and if you need something not in the buffet you can still order it. The dinner was so so delicious and the portions were big

The beach was a bit far 26 mins if you'll go for walking. Although it a bit far but the good thing that there were cars the hotel provides for free always in front of the hotel to the take you to the beach and return you. if there's no car, you just wait for couple of mins you can find one.

The beach is sandy with a few rocks, and some coral and fish can be seen very close, even for those who can't swim. The hotel's location is very good, close to vital areas, and a shuttle service provided by the hotel can be used to reach the beach. I must mention that I had an issue with my room, but vic manager, Mr. Essam, resolved it immediately.

‏There is only one shower and bathroom, which I think is too small for the beach visitors. The breakfast is good but very limited. However, it's acceptable considering the price, accommodation, and other services.

The breakfast is a normal open buffet, cannot say it is exceptional but it was nice with reasonable variety. It was really nice having the choice to either have your breakfast indoors or outdoors. The staff do their very best to serve you. Regarding the location, it is not so far Hurghada , having a car can facilitate spending the nights at the Marina. The staff is always doing their best to make the guest happy. A huge thank you to Mr Khaled , the Food & Beverage manager who made us feel we are home, always asking and making sure everything is fine. Thank you Esraa at the front desk for everything you did, always with a lovely friendly smile. Thank you Ahmad at the pool bar for everything you did.

The beach is exactly 1.7kms from the hotel which is not so preferable BUT, you totally forget the distance issue once you see the beautiful blue sea :) Also the hotel provides free shuttle rides to the beach and back all day (from 9 to 7) It is better if you have wet shoes with you. Also there is no an elevator in the hotel so you will have to use the stairs if your room is on the second or third floor.

The rooms are spacious, clean, new with great design and very comfortable. They have great views. No words can describe how amazing the staff are. The food is nice and more than enough even though it is a preset menu. The quantities are big enough. The

The hotel is not beach front but they provide transport on demand. It is approximately a five minute drive. If you do not need access to the rooms at any point during the day, then this should not be an issue. The beach is clean and the water is clear.

They need to repair door. Even though I particularly chose large bed, they gave me room with 2 separate bed. Also do not forget to chose room with street view, so you will not have views to the construction side. Overall room was OK, staff were amazing.
