Spacious, homely family room – very comfortable and inviting. Delicious cuisine – flavors were rich and satisfying. Pools and amenities – well-distributed across the property with easy access to sun decks and cabanas. Masterplan layout – offers great privacy, freedom, and ease of movement around the resort.

Room for improvement: Internet – service was average and didn’t meet the high-speed, reliable standard advertised. Gym – quite cramped, and the equipment appeared poorly maintained. Beach – a bit rocky and not the most comfortable for walking or lounging. Cushions and pillows – noticeably uncomfortable and irritating.

The resort and the view are amazing , the staff are not very professional , the food is fine and the main restaurant is the best ,the rooms need few maintenance , the vibes are nice but what made us annoyed that the golden boodah club cancelled its party because the owner took the night for a private party for himself which was weird and annoying for us ..

1.The place is clean and beautiful, with a good view of Red Sea. 2.The whole architecture is in uniform and harmonious design, coordinating citadel and desert well. 3.Most staff are friendly, easy going and ready to help. 4.Good value of money in all-inclusive package.

1.Most staff are friendly except for our exclusive receptionist Radwa ,who is in poor service attitude, poor language ability(barely speak English)and clear racial discrimination. Her unprofessional service and slow responce almost ruined my journey.

The best hotel to relax and have a good time, Excellent staff and delicious food, Beautiful landscape on the Red Sea, Exciting swimming pools, and beach games. Everything you need for a happy family vacation.

Breakfast, lunch & dinner are good with varieties for all tastes. Soft drinks are mostly out of cartoons with no availble fresh Juices. Beaches are good. Radwa; the guest relations officer was always available & helpful to sort out minor issues & queeries. The cleaning staff, the resturants staff & the beach guards wre very welcoming & friendly.

Lack of proper swimming pools for people who would like to swim not just only to have a dip! I am not sure whether there is enough facilities for families with children. The resot is massive, however there was no available maps or proper knowledge from the staff to direct the locations of the ramps for access to diffirent locations. There is only one lift that I could find with no clear signs for its location. The entertainments need some improvements. Most of the reception staff are not very friendly with no smile on their faces. I suggest they need retraining on how to be a good image for a 5 stars hotel

Absolutely everything.The resort is huge,and has everything covered.The hotel was full when we stayed,but it seems empty because of its size and the fact that there appears to be more staff than clients.The stay is effortless. More importantly,made a lasting friendship with Mohammed,our personal guest relation manager,who ensured that we have no need to holiday anywhere else in the Red Sea

Strangely,some of the terrible cushions that have been procured for outside seating.Terrible buy,nothing is perfect,but this place is as close as it gets.

"The reception at this hotel does a great job. They do their best to ensure customer satisfaction. The restaurants are nice. There's a restaurant that appeals to everyone.

"Some waiters really like tips—if you don’t tip, they don’t pay much attention to you, especially at the beach. Maybe that’s just the custom, I’m not sure. They’ve built a port right in the best spot for swimming, which is quite interesting. For example, we had two days of stormy weather, and that protected area could have been perfect for swimming—but instead, the owner preferred to dock his boats there. I found that strange. Also, do not book a moto safari from the salespeople walking around—they take you to a junkyard, it’s a total disaster. Ask the reception instead for a proper recommendation. And finally, there are a few shops on the lobby floor that charge whatever they feel like—no receipts, no set prices. That definitely needs to be addressed urgently."

The location and the buildings structure, look feel aesthetic is all great, magnificent. However, the food is not that great, and the staff are not that helpful.
