The best hotel I have done, there are so many beautiful and excellent things to say but I would say that The place (the hotel, the rooms, the view, the pools, the turquoise beach), the helpfulness, the hygiene,the serenity, the cleanliness, the security inside and outside of the hotel, the attention to the detail and Above all the stuff, they were amazing, always smiling, helpful and listening (special mention for the chefs and the waiters of the buffet, always smiling and welcoming in addition to doing a very good job next door). Everything is constantly cleaned, facilitated, the hotel is opérational 24 hours a day so that our comfort and our stay goes extremely well. A perfect trip to hurghada in part thanks to this hotel and the staff who work there, so thanks to them!

It's rare but There is nothing I didn't like, everything was perfect

The hotel was well designed, with 3 arch shapes buildings, easily can be reached the reception and the restaurants. Gardens were well groomed and clean. The food was always fresh and a excellent quality, staff was polite and attentive to all guests requests. The beach was clean with more sunbeds than guests, so not too crowded.

The option half board was not including the 6 restaurants in the central court. So, to enjoy the different food offered, the best option is the bed and breakfast option and pay for the restaurants. Another point is at lunchtime: only the pool bar was open for lunchtime and, during summer season with sunny and hot days, it was not the best option. So, unless to move to other resorts, the only option was the room service (the food was excellent, but eating in the room is not what I supposed to have as lunch).

I absolutely loved everything about this place! The staff, the facility, it was super clean, and the food was delicious. Plus, the sandy beach was perfect for snorkeling!

The kids area didn't quite match the high standards of the rest of the resort. The water games were rusty and slimy, leaving my daughter feeling disgusted while playing there. Additionally, the indoor kids' activities were outdated, with old PlayStations and not many interactive games to keep them engaged

Break fast was excellent. The pool was and closeness to the seafront was superb. The staff at the reception were super particularly Ahmeh, Michael and Natasia. The restaurants were great and the staff at the infinity pool etc were super.

Just a little issue: On the day we arrived there was a fire at the main telecoms office in Cairo which affected the hotels WiFi but it gave us time off from the rest of the world. The staff at the front desk Ahmed and Natasia were helpful in contacting my family back at home. The entertainment at the amphitheatre could be improved, maybe movies shown.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The architecture is stunning, and the entire place has a truly amazing atmosphere. Everything was exceptionally clean, from the rooms to the pool and the beautiful beach. The facilities are well maintained but not the rooms and the setting is both relaxing and luxurious. During our stay, we encountered a minor issue with our room a normal incident that could happen anywhere. What really stood out was how professionally and attentively the staff handled it. Mahmoud B. and Reda, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied, including offering us a room change to resolve the situation quickly and smoothly. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay without any issues. We truly appreciated the hospitality and care shown by the team.

The room felt quite dated and could benefit from some renovation. The decor and furnishings appear worn and in need of an update.

A Truly Wonderful Stay at Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh! We had an absolutely amazing experience during our stay at Baron Palace. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make our vacation memorable. The beach is simply stunning—crystal-clear water, soft sand, and plenty of comfortable loungers. It was the ideal spot to relax and soak in the sun. The food was another highlight. Every meal was delicious with a wide variety of choices, from international dishes to local specialties. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, everything was fresh and beautifully presented. A special thank you to Mr. Mohamed Ramadan at the reception. He welcomed us with a warm smile and helped with everything we needed throughout our stay. Amazing Family Experience at Baron Sahl Hasheesh We had an absolutely amazing experience at the Baron Sahl Hasheesh Hotel in Hurghada! Everything about our stay was wonderful, and it was truly a memorable trip for me and my family. A special thank you to the entire staff for their warm hospitality and outstanding service. We would especially like to thank Sami at the main restaurant, who went above and beyond to accommodate our children’s specific food preferences. His attentiveness made mealtimes so much easier and more enjoyable for all of us. Also, a big thanks to the gentlemen at the reception, who were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our stay. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made check-in and any assistance we needed smooth and pleasant. This is my home from home. It is an amazing hotel resort, that is much more than a standard resort, this place is above and beyond. From bathroom cleaners ensuring the bathrooms are fresh and squeaky clean no matter what time of the day it is, to the top Reda Etway the brilliant resident manager and Mr Osama the GM. Both Reda and Osama lead by example of exemplary hospitality with attention to details and being present and serving with a huge smile on their face. The hole of the main restaurant and pool bar staff are amazing, special mention to Mohammed Galal lead bar tender and Mohammed Abdul Rafia the Shisha master. Finally, even with the limited personnel and staff shortages, Misho the animation lead is simply a friend of the family, we absolutely love him. After five times staying at Baron this is truly a home from home.

Feeling like a royal family with great prestigious, comfortable, pleasant stay starting from bus from airport with smile of driver till reaching reception of hotel with same pleasant smile specially Mr Mohamed helping me to early check in and choice to of the rooms and make our stay more than pleasant. The food in the buffet is super with great quality, waiters in lobby and infinity pool and restaurants , chefs and also the room service and cleaners too. I definitely recommend it and I will definitely go back again .

Only small thing the animation needed to be better than this like rest of marvelous things in the hotel .
