We had an amazing stay in Egypt! Thanks to the entire hotel staff. Special kudos to Main Chef Samy and Food and Beverage Manager Atef. These two wonderful individuals ensured our stay was both splendid and memorable. The main restaurant offered delicious breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. There was a great selection of food and drinks, served by courteous waiters. Each day, they featured a different cuisine, such as Italian, Mexican, seafood, etc. However, the most delectable meal was at the Xclusive Restaurant, where they served seafood soup, salad, lobster, king shrimp, and a chocolate dessert with mango. On my wife's birthday, they presented a delicious chocolate cake with a candle and an assortment of fruits. The coral reef is breathtaking, boasting a vast variety of fish species and a vibrant marine life. We even spotted a turtle twice! Kudos also to the animation team for hosting many interesting events and games. Special thanks to the guest relations managers, Nadine and another gentleman whose name I can't recall. They replaced our mattress during our stay as it was softer than what we were accustomed to. And also they did a lot of minor things to us. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay and a chance to experience the wonders of marine life!

The water in the pool could be a bit warmer, matching the temperature of the sea.

1. A very special thanks to the staff especially Ms. Heba, Ms. Nadine, Mr. Assem, Mr. Ashraf, and Mr. Mohamed for all their efforts to make our stay comfy. How much nice, helpful, and friendly they are!! 2. Another thanks to the Chef, the maestro of the kitchen .. Food varieties, quantities, and quality worth 5 stars starting from the amazing lady baking local bread to everyone. 3. The room was large, cozy, clean, and very well.equipped, as well as sound and dust isolated. 4. The animation team, Sally, Iloshka, Weza, and everyone were the cherry on the top of the cake .. stretching exercises, aqua gym, dart, aqua polo, and a lot of activities .. they make anyone feel like at home. 5. The beach has corals and reef by the seashore .. All you need your glassware and tube for snorkeling to watch the amazing sea life. 6. The pool is huge and contains a relaxing pool, a kids area with small aqua park, and a large swimming pool. 7. The most relaxing is the 24/7 bars with a very friendly staff. Actually, I may consider it the best vacation we had ever.

May be the beach, the pool, the restaurant need more places when Prima Life is 100%. May be the places are enough when it is 70% or less.

Everything! Food was good. Wonderful caring staff was always very helpful (special thanks to receptionist Amr for helping us at critical moment). Superb animation team, never letting us get bored. Animators really made our stay special, we had so much fun and music and games and shows! We miss them already! Hotel itself is so pretty and clean, has a lot of swimming pools, mostly cold water though. They have little shops inside where you can get souvenirs or some things that you need like sun creams or masks for swimming.. we really liked Nikita that speaks fluent Russian and were so nice to us in his shop. He has best tea! The beach area was big enough and nicely organized. Nice SPA and Wellness space with gym. Everything neat 👍 I really loved that hotel is so green and has so many plants and hibiscus flowers on the territory, charming and cozy 🌺

Hotel itself is clean but room cleaning could be done better.. bed sheets are old and a bit itchy. Mirrors were rarely cleaned. Bathroom and shower facilities are quite old and need renovation, like faucets, old shower-head, cracked tiles, somewhere mold on the glass walls of the shower.. when we checked in in our room, mini fridge was not functioning, so we asked replacement, was done right away 👍 Safe box was not working because batteries died and we asked to fix it. So better check everything before accepting the room, but good thing that staff was always active and ready to fix whatever was off. 👍 important is that it did not spoil our impression of the place and we enjoyed our stay! ♡

The pool is spacious, and the beach is exceptionally great for snorkeling! Unlike some other resorts where the beach is full of corals, Prima Life’s beach has a great mix of sandy spota great for swimming/chilling as well as coral islands that are great for snorkeling! My kids would just dip their faces in the water while standing and see a ton of cool fishes and marine creatures. The staff is super helpful and nice and the food was amazing!!!

I liked the food, the stuff, the room. Also, i liked the way they clean and make you feel. Really nice trip.

Too many people(sellers for boat trip, or massages etc.) bothering you on the beach. Also the kids that are doing the "shows"... they make an aggressive marketing (yelling, make you feel uncomfortable by asking you to enjoy their shows again and again and if you kindly refuse them, they ask you why and put uncomfortable questions) i mean... is not professional and the image of the resort is going down. Please pay some people that are specialised to make good shows and without bothering people so much with that. Thanks!

Food was great, with large choice for every meal. Staff was really kind and helpful. Breakfast was made even better by chef Hamdi, who was preparing meals on the spot. The rooms and the resort in general are very spatious and clean and tended to almost constantly. There are many activities to try out in the area, such as diving, desert safari, etc.

The beach is a bit small for the hotel of this size. The hotel's animation team is a little bit agressive, they directly approach you and request that you recommend/praise them. Not really a downside, but just to be aware, hotel is located around 45min from Hurghada by car, and many of activities will start from there.

This hotel is beautifully laid out with a huge pool area and very small beach which are lovingly tended. The hotel had its own reef for snorkeling which is a real highlight. The hotel is decorated with lots of greenery and beautiful gardens which are well cared for. The rooms are generous and clean. The food was good , something for everyone, but the very best was the service. With the exception of the animation team ( who were really irritating and snatched phones out of guests hands in order to write themselves a good review) the staff were all fantastic. Notably, Gaber, Mohamed ( at the pool bar and Café Makadi, )Atto, Aya, Ahmed , Ali , the bread lady , Seyam and many many others gave exceptional service and were unfailingly polite although many guests were unfriendly. Hasnar have a wonderful massage and the wellness team were great.

The animation team were terrible and spoilt the holiday with incredibly loud music and awful dance routines which they performed alone because most people weren’t interested. ( Although we are in our fifties , we were in a group with people in their twenties and they felt the same way .)The music meant you could never really relax. The pool area was also loud because renovating was being done constantly, so not the place to go if you are looking for quiet. Although the hotel asks you not to reserve sunbeds on the beach, by 7.00 am the best we’re taken. The reception team could do with a few English lessons.

For all inclusive resort, it had all we needed - great facilities, pools, restaurants, great food & drinks variety. The highlight for us was snorkeling at the hotel’s beach - the reef is just amazing, you snorkel from the shore, we saw so many fish, octopus 2 times - fantastic experience. Special thanks to the animation team - Ileana specifically, great yoga classes and aerial performance was top!

wifi is poor, they were testing new wifi at the end of our stay (PLT), I hope they keep that one, cause it was much much better than the one we pay for (PRIMALIFE)

Overall, the experience was wonderful, the workers are very kind, and the animation team is fun. I recommend it.

The only downward was that you have to pay for the Wi-Fi service in the rooms and the free service was only in the hotel lobby, which is a big defect for those who plan to work remotely. Also, I did not honestly need to get out of the hotel, but I think that the price of transfers from the hotel to downtown Hurghada or any other place is exaggerated. I visited the picturesque city more than once, and every time the internet, and transfers to and from the hotel were free, and the last thing is that they have only one golf car Therefore, the elderly may find it difficult to move from the beach to the rooms or the restaurant or they need to wait longer for them.

The Far East Restaurant ( Soho) need more training and Hopefully that the resort administration considering my notes for further improvement
