The aqua was great, the kids aqua was next to the adults aqua and both were very good. The entertainment team was awesome and their program was diverse and interesting every single night. The guys in the aqua were very descent and nice the staff in general was nice.

The food in the main restaurant was disappointing and when we thought that going to the Italian restaurant (one of the a la carte restaurants in site) would compensate us, it turned to be an awful idea, the pizza was a burned bread, pasta was awful and salad and dessert bar was just a sample of the food in the main restaurant.Generally, the quality of food was very poor, this food is not supposed to be served in a 5 star hotel. The AC was noisy in all of the 3 rooms they gave us and it’s cooling power was very low.

Located on the beachfront, this resort offers numerous pools, complimentary activities such as yoga, aquarobics, and nightly entertainment. Additionally, the all-inclusive package provides a wide selection of dining options. The staff was amazing! They made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They even offered us complimentary late checkout as we were departing in the evening.

If you are a sea lover like myself, you may be disappointed to know that even though the hotel is located on the beachfront, it is not possible to swim in the sea for the first 80 meters due to the presence of coral reefs which make the water very shallow. However, there is a promenade in the sea, and if you walk this distance, you can safely take a dip in the sea, which is quite lovely. Additionally, there are lifeguards on watch to ensure your safety while swimming.

Beachfront location, really good aquapark and lots of kids pools. A good family vibe. Accessible for pushchairs/wheelchairs. Reception staff very helpful, especially Alaa, who is reception manager and helped with booking alacarte restaurants and sorting problems.

Snack bars were not open on 1 of the days, but otherwise, there were no issues.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, offering all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the stunning views from my balcony and the plush bedding that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s location is perfect, providing easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and beautiful scenery. The on-site dining options were a highlight as well; I highly recommend trying the Mexicano restaurant, as it was a culinary delight! The staff are so helpful starting from reception to the swimming pools to the Restaurants. The beach is clean and everyone is very kind and helpful . I can not mention enough about how good the staff are here . Mohammad akawy in reception is amazing and again I can not mention all the staff names as there too many , they make your visit so relaxing . The spa is good and staff are so helpful.

My stay at this hotel was one of the most remarkable experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, I felt that I had made the best choice. As for the services, the level of professionalism and attention to detail from the staff was truly commendable. The entire team was incredibly helpful, with a dedicated staff member assigned to follow up on all your needs and ensure your comfort around the clock. Whenever assistance was needed, the response was swift and immediate, enhancing the overall guest experience. Gravity Hotel saved our holiday! We was staying in a dreadful place before switching to Gravity and wow we absolutely loved it. The place was so clean, all the staff and sales team were so friendly and not pushy An excellent place to stay with many options for couples and for families. We requested a very late checkout and the staff accommodated with ease. Genuinely can't speak highly enough and we would love to return and stay for a month! From observation the staff are on it 24/7 with every single detail. There is a heated pool which was extremely convenient as when we arrived it was still colder. Beautiful beach and sea that once you walk out too is beautiful! The food was amazing. So many options it was unbelievable. Would definitely recommend all inclusive! I am vegetarian and i was not short for options,, i even saw a vegan station that they're working on... Which will be even better! Just a short ride from the breathtaking oldtown and not too far away from the mall!

The only thing I could possibly think of as a negative is the rockiness of the sea bed 1st 100m and the depth is very shallow. However The sand on the beach is beautiful and soft and they've built a pier that takes you out to the perfect swimming and snorkeling area.

First of all, the hotel staff and facilities were amazing. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, but it felt like a month because we enjoyed it so much. I would highly recommend it. This is my third time at Gravity Sahl Hasheesh, and I can confidently say it won't be my last! Everything has been exceptional, thanks to Mr. Alaa Ashour. A simple "thank you" isn't enough; he made our visit incredibly easy and enjoyable, showing professionalism and genuine care for us. We truly felt at home. Many thanks to Mr. Alaa! Mr. Khaled in the restaurant was also very welcoming. Overall, the service at the resort is exceptional. The food, pools, and animation team are great. The sea swimming area is crystal clear, and our room was superb. I highly recommend this resort to everyone! ❤️
