Very nice hotel with very caring staff. We liked the size of the room. Quite a variety of food, the staff in the restaurant is attentive and pleasant. We liked the lagoon where you can safely swim and watch the fish.

Some of the entertainment team doesn't speak English, which is very strange.

This is the second time we stay here. The quality is overall great. The room was clean. The buffet is really good!! Some of the staff was amazing. Mahmoud from House Keeping, Zaineb from Guest Relation, Moody from the Mexican Restaurant, Emad Estafonas was very caring and made our romantic dinner very special. I love how these individuals had the sense of ownership to accommodate anything to make us happy. You can tell that they love their Job. Thank you everyone!!

The front desk isn’t the most friendly compared to the rest of the staff. The food in the romantic dinner was not as good as 2 years ago. Quality went down. Mexican restaurant food is not good. Missing a lot of the right flavors and ingredients. Being from Texas, I got to say it’s nothing like Mexican food. Maybe can try churros or something easier to make for dessert.

The staff in Tropital were polite and respectful and clean

I didn't like the food at all, they cook almost same foods every day, the food were very basic and very limited , not many options available, so we stay hungry quite few times because there's nothing to eat. The bed in the beach ⛱️ used to be free for everyone on my last visit but this time if you want to used them you have to pay $20 per day what disappointed me so much as the beach facilities should be free for Al inclusive package. Italian restaurant one of the worst food ever, really disgusting when they serve the pizza uncooked.

The resort itself Is very large and beautiful, with many facilities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Sea Is very nice and full of fish. There are many activities that can be made. Some of them have extra charge but many are included.

The wifi is very poor and the good one needs extra charge. In some part of the building the normal internet connection is very poor. We saw many people taking a lot of food in the restaurant which they couldn't finish. There should be an extra charge for people who waste a lot of food during the meals. There should be more time slots for snorkeling and earlier in the morning for people who can't swim in the hottest hours.

Had an amazing stay, everything was above my expectations. The atmosphere at the hotel is really nice, the staff is really good and professional, easy and smooth check in and check out at the reception, bars everywhere, food is available throughout the day, animation team doing their best to make happy. Food needs more variety at the main restaurant but the quality is very satisfying. Overall we were very happy about our stay and definitely will repeat it.

One of the staff was a bit rude all the time, I think he is the manager of the pool safety guards. His name is Emad and he needs to learn how to put a smile on his face.

Great location on a private beach. Lovely clean spacious club room and well maintained gardens and facilities. Plenty of sunbeds and restaurants are clean and tidy. Staff on the most are friendly, but very male populated. Lovely lady at guest relations happy to help with any issues. The beach is nice and the bar staff will happily bring you drinks.

More allergen information above food is definitely needed, we had an issue with some peanuts in a cake which was resolved by guest relations however unfortunately reception staff didn’t react very well on the evening of the issue . Avoid mini market as Man in the mini market became highly aggressive when he tried to scam us £30 for 2 key rings. We had to almost run away. The Italian and Mexican restaurants are basic and unfortunately the buffet restaurants are very basic and they advertise them as 2 when in reality they both serve the same food. The sales people became a little persistent and annoying towards the end even with the red flag on display and can sometimes become a little to close for comfort.

The general local habit of looking for some coins, but it is done in the hotel A LOT LESS compared to any street.

Tropitel is one of the best resorts I've stayed at (between 11 to 18 February). A beautiful resort, with lots of greenery, well-kept plants and impeccable lawns. Diversified food and sweets for all tastes, including vegetarians and vegans. The restaurant where meals are served is sufficient for everyone. Fresh and very good fruit. The local drink is good, from all the bars. Very good, quality coffee. Heated pool, beach seats have wind protection and shade. The beach has fine sand. The reception staff is professional, very well trained and ready to help you at any time. The customer service girls were very nice and called us to ask how we were, if we had any problems or if we liked the room. They also helped us with printing boarding passes. We had 2 deluxe rooms overlooking the pool and the sea, very large, thoroughly cleaned daily, and on top of that interconnected through a common door (perfect for families). The staff who cleaned daily very nice, attentive. Every day we had bottled water in the room and figurines made of towels on the bed. Jessica from car rental helped us organize a private tour of Cairo and Luxor for 3 people with a professional guide and driver just for us at a great price. Her office is in the reception hall. I recommend it to benefit from transport in Hurghada, the airport or trips to Cairo and Luxor. We came for the first time on our own in Egypt and we did well, it was better than we could have expected. When leaving, some of the employees led us to say goodbye, including Jessica, who was very nice. We recommend this resort, it is definitely worth it from all points of view.

The hotel and pool are perfect. Actually it is at the beach but you cannot swim not even walk at the seaside because of the dead corals. There is a 200 m long platform that leads to the living coral reef. There you can swim and snorkel and watch the colorful marine life. If you cannot swim than you can go to the pool only. Breakfest is poor for that hotel level but from the other side dinner is fantastic - plenty of choice.

It is not far to the airport but it takes a long drive...

everything was perfect for us as family,everything was clean with the best quality, the staff is very friendly, animation team was very lovely and had a lot of activities for adults and kids, the sea is of good snorkeling site

-not a kids friendly beach as you have to walk through a 50 meter bridge to start swimming and won’t be suitable for under 10 kids -despite the high quality of food and the different type of plates but may end up not having a lot of options to eat
