The hotel staff were friendly, respectful, and professional. The rooms are very good and large and have extra beds for children. We had a problem with the air conditioning at the beginning, and it was solved immediately. The desserts in the main restaurant are fantastic and different from any other hotel I have stayed in. There are many bars in the hotel everywhere and this was good .

1. The food quality is not good at all and not varied like many five-star hotels. 2. The daily free evening party was cancelled at one day in order to hold a foam party that is not free and for a large additional fee. 3. The African cafe has shisha at an exorbitant price, even for tourist prices. Egyptians must be given reasonable prices as happens in many countries. 4. Restaurants with advance reservations are almost worse than the main restaurant in terms of food taste (and this is my personal opinion). 5. The animation team's style in evening parties must be developed and more interactive with the guests.

The water activities are definitely the main highlight. So many pools, slides lazy river. The beach is lovely, there are coral reefs right next to the shore. The desserts were really nice and varied. The fresh kunefe in particular The rooms were regularly thoroughly cleaned They provided a very comfortable cot for our baby, he slept very well for the entire stay The alleys are really lovely decorated, it was amazing to stroll down in the evening

The welcome was a bit cold. No maps of the location (and it's really confusing to get around), no list of all the extra charge services, how to reach out for more assistance, for extra water, etc. This info was also not present in the room The food hygiene could be better, even the fruit that was in the room on arrival was not fresh. And indeed I got sick half way through our stay. Some of the pools are in need of a renovation, they were missing some tiles at the bottom which made them look very dirty. Why was the music so loud everywhere? Especially for a family place. I saw kids covering their ears because the music at a kids show was too loud. And we had trouble even eating at the buffet restaurant because of how loud the music at the kebab restaurant was.

First of all the facilities are great, especially for my small family. There is plenty of locations in the hotel if you would like to do something different. The water park is great for all ages and is great fun. The rooms were a great size There is plenty to offer food wise with all of the restaurants available to use (all inclusive) A big thank you to Yousef from the Kebab restaurant who made our stay very welcoming and was great with the children. A big thank you again to all the reception staff who helped us with our stay. Special mention to Amir Ali and Ereen Emad and kholoud Another big thank you to all of the Entertainment staff, they all have so much energy and really know how to keep everyone entertained - these guys were the highlight of our holiday and they are a credit to the hotel. Special mention the Shami who ran the kids club, my young boy really enjoyed your company and you were so welcoming.

Only issues are the wifi could be better, it’s a paid for service and shouldn’t have any issues if you have to pay for this. My only concerns are, this is no reflection on the Hotel at all. But the shops / supermarkets on the resort are very expensive, none of the items have prices on them and the prices of things get made up on the spot make sure you know exactly what you are spending.

Almost Everything. location and beach is exceptional with lots of fish to see. For food i liked kebab restaurant, it had better food and never crowded.

The food isn’t the best in almost all restaurants. The hotel needs to make more effort on the drinks, the soft drinks they offer for the all inclusive, taste so bad. So maybe use cold coca-colla bottles for example rather than what they serve. Cocktails too.

Very nice all inclusive resort with a lot of restaurants to choose from. You have a choice of pools to swim in and ofcourse the beach. They also have shows at night in the Show bar. Ereen from reception was super helpful during our stay! Highly recommended.

Excelent resort No doubt it was the best decision, surley would come back again and recommend it to others. Outstanding hospitality and service specialy Miss Ereen and Miss Dalia helped us a lot throughout our stay plus they were very friendly and explained everything about the resort. The food was amazing three buffet restraunts and 5 reservations We tried Kebab and Mexican as Miss Ereen suggested Kebab turned out to be exeptianal. Plus, We tried Fino for breakfast, which had a sea view breakfast experience. The beach was calm with crystal clear water and corals for a good snorkeling experience along with the aqua park rides, which had rides for both adults and kids. I must say the rooms are very spacious with proper amenities for a comfortable stay. Again, a special thanks to the hotel management (Miss Ereen & Dalia), and i have to mention Mr Ahmed from the front desk, who was also very cooperative Many thanks for the management for making the efforts that we had such a wonderful and memorable experience. Very beautiful place with great beach promenade, tasty a la carte restaurants and friendly staff mostly everywhere, beautiful coral reef just a few meters from the beach. We had a child trolley with us and accessibility was great throughout the hotel with elevators in every corner. Surf pad, lazy river and rain-fortress were great places. Entertainment crew with Adam as a head functioned very nice and they all paid attention to our children. Show bar staff was very friendly and service minded. All facilities were clean and taken well care of.

Paid internet in rooms. The free internet in lobby is with extremely slow speeds. The general buffet is not on level with the other hotels: food is not always properly cooked, pancakes are thick and not cooked well - they can lay there long time, eggs are also not properly fried. We got bad stomach twice. Variation is poor and so is consistency: nutella was one day too thick another too watery and constantly changing color. Even the taste of soda was different from place to place. One day it even tasted chlorine on the beach. We were not impressed with the quality level of food and beverages in general buffet restaurants. Had the food part was good we would definitely given the place 10 points.

8 pools, one with waves, kids aqua park, 5 adult nice water slides, lazy river, flow riding, Sandy beach first line, almost 6 different restaurants (Mexican, German, tropical, Italian, Kebab, FINO) and 3 main open buffet (same menu). Very nice staff, super helpful, very welcoming and caring, family-friendly hotel especially for kids. Special thanks to Mr.Safwat, general manger, Miss Erene in reception . And for Chef Walaa for her yummy pies and lovely tone and setting in the dinner. I recommend you to try the stay.

There are 3 main restaurants, the same menu with poor quality. Very poor desert. But you can choose between the à la cart restaurants every day for lunch without reservation, and dinner with reservation. We recommend the Italian one, Last dinner during our stay we discovered á la cart la Pergola which provides super yummy desert in the all inclusive package (few stuff with extra charge), no one mentioned that to us? And there were no clients there? Strange..
