Beautiful bay with very close reefs full of colorful fish Hotel is right next to the beach which is way better than the other bigger hotels in Makadi. Staff was very helpful. We were a family of 5 and one was handicapped. They supplied a manual wheelchair to use on the beach. Food was generally ok.

Room cleanliness and speed of service( on the beach) can be improved but not a big deal.

Excellent resort . The food was amazing , many choices and all of them very good . Very nice beach in front of the hotel with various fish species. Shisha is included . Nice evening shows for kids and also for the others . Friendly staff

Unfortunately I did the booking 2 days before and the only room available was with its own garden (just separated by a hedge from the main public garden), which is completely useless . The room was exactly the same as the one of my friend , but I payed double price . I think it is not fair the double price for a garden which I don’t see any way to use it.

The whole experience was amazing, one of the best resorts that I've been in Egypt, the staff, the food, the facilities, everyone is making sure you're happy and there is nothing that could upset you during your stay. The variety & quality of the food was just so good and delicious, special thanks to the following: - Mr. Hany from the reception who goes above and beyond to help you solving any issue. - Chef Mahmoud Gad one of the best chefs who runs the main restaurant professionally and making sure him self that the food is appealing and fit everyone's taste. - Abu Al Wafa, Alaa & Diaa the guards on the pool, very kind and helpful always smiling and cheerful. Definitely we will be back to Jaz Makadina.

The hotel is truly family friendly, we travelled with our 1,5 year old toddler and they had everything we needed. We stayed in a 'family deluxe room' and it was very comfortable, had enough space and we had a big balcony facing to the garden. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety to suit both kids and adults. Plenty of options at every meal, and they had kid-friendly choices too. All of the employees were very kind, friendly and nice to our baby too. The garden is beautiful, our baby loved to walk around barefoot all day long everywhere. The pool was heated, which made it possible for her to bath too. The whole area is very clean and well-kept, the beach, the pool, the garden, the restaurants, bars. The front office management took a very good care of us, they were always super helpful (especially Hany), every time we'd a question.

I liked the hotel village as such very much. not too big, just right. Location is right at the beautiful beach. Rooms have a nice size and were fitting a family of 3. Everything was within reach at short distance. Pool area is very beautiful with sufficient sun chairs. Same at the beach. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They really found a solution of each of our issues. Food and drinks are all inclusive us being served all day. Amount of feed and variety is enormous. Very nice bar areas. We would certainly come again.

Gym should be bigger and better equipped. As such can hardly be used for anything. Although we liked the food overall our personal taste would favour more individually spiced dishes with local taste. Also cakes and sweets, although beautifully presented, could in our view taste better. If you are in to entertainment there is better places. But for us it was absolutely sufficient. But for all our smaller complaints and putting things into perspective you have to say value for money is great.

First time in Jaz Makadina and it won't be the last! The hotel is amazing facility so clean, great food, great animation team, the pools are so clean the rooms as so spacious and luxurious! But the most important is the team then the team! The restaurant staff from the Executive Chef Nageh to the cleaners in this hotel are all super! Have never seen such a wonderful team! Also what really makes my heart happy that the staff eats during their lunches in the buffet with us! That makes me feels that good humans and kind hearts are running this place! No wonder why it's so great! Fantastic food, the executive chef is always checking the buffet asking for daily reviews to make sure we are happy! The food is super tasty! Loved everything

We had an absolutely amazing holiday that truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. Every detail was taken care of with great care and precision. The food was outstanding—delicious, varied, and perfectly suited to the Turkish palate. Dining at the hotel felt like a culinary journey, with every meal better than the last. One of the highlights of our stay was swimming among the reefs and colorful fish right off the beach—an unforgettable experience that made this trip truly special. Our room, like the entire hotel, was immaculately clean and well-maintained. It was peaceful and relaxing, creating the perfect environment to unwind. The hotel is also ideal for families with children, offering a calm and safe atmosphere. A special thanks to the reception team who swiftly solved our airport transfer issue when our UBER quoted an unreasonably high price for our daytime flight. Despite informing them at the last minute, they handled it smoothly and efficiently. The beach was stunning, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was serene and rejuvenating. We left with beautiful memories and are already counting down the days until we return next year. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful, clean, and high-quality getaway!

Very friendly staff in all areas of the hotel - from the very engaged front desk people to the waiters to the room cleaning team. We would like to extend our special gratitude to Mohamed Abd El Atty from the reception, who went above and beyond to help us get our delayed luggage from the Airport. The pool is nice, the beach and snorkeling at the reef is fantastic. The kids enjoyed the water slides park, which is only a 10 min (complementary) bus ride away. The food was good - besides a buffet, there was a make to order station at each meal.

The only annoying thing we experienced during our week in Makadi Bay was that the neighboring hotels don't let you use the jetty (for free), even for snorkeling. We only learned that after a long walk. It is supposed to be nice since the reef structure is different, so if other guests want to do this, take some cash with you.

Everything in this hotel is on high level, set up mostly to german standard. The stuff are super polite and decent, from lughage boy to waiters, Fady was particulary professional. The food in the restaraunt is super good and versatile. Beach is great because there is no shallow water with corals, direct entrance to finest sandy water. Entertainment team doing great effort to make people feel good. In the evening, every night is different music show, some of them were specatcular. Outside pool warmed but just smaller one, during my stay in December.

-human size hotel (compared to other huge nearby infrastructures) hence allows the staff to grt to recognize you -brilliant location right on the beach -onsite diving centre -excellent house reef for diving and snorkelling -very friendly and helpful staff -room was confortable and clean -food was very good a varied every day. This was very unlike other typical all inclusive resorts where food is boring and always the same. Clearly here you could see the Chef every day walking around and ensuring everything was nice.
