Helpful and kind stuff, beach was so relaxing and the Aqua park was really amazing we enjoyed it a lot but we wished if it's closed at 6 or 7 pm instead of 5 pm.. Everything was great.. As usual we spent a wonderful vacation in our second home Jaz makadi oasis.. Thanks for everything!

Food variety was a little bit poor, Night shows has been started and finished early, There were no activities from the animation team on the beach during the day! Gym was extra charge!

Clean hotel with nice rooms and facilities. The pool is great. The buffet offers varieties and the food is tasty, there are fresh fruits at every meal. Many a la carte choices, we tried Asian restaurant and it was great! The entertainment was surprisingly amazing, we enjoyed the water ballet, belly and tanoura dance, aqua aerobics. I also liked their anti plastic initiative, everything in the hotel is reusable, even the water bottles in the room are glass

The beach isn't too far, but it's crowded as it's shared by 4 hotels, and the sand is quite coarse. You can swim and snorkel though. The reception is quite clueless at many occasions, except Abdullah, he is doing a great job

We were absolutely satisfied in this rezort, the staff was kind and accommodating, everywhere clean, beautiful landscaped area with greenery, heated large swimming pool and another swimming pool for families with children, all inclusive really rich selection all day long, sandy beach with good access to the sea, close to the shore you can snorkel around the coral and watch undersea life, shops are right in the resort, sports activities and an evening program with great animators.

If you need the Wifi connection, you have to calculate with unstable signal at the room. Ouside and on the beach is WiFi ok.

We were are a 40 year old couple, that normally does a mixture of water activities and lazying around the beach. Therefore, take this into perspective with our review. The resort was beautiful, with the location of the pools close to majority of the rooms. Also, the staff was always cleaning and ready to help with any requests. The food selection and quality was good. The free access and shuttle to the water park was great. The beach was a 13 minute walk from resort, but it was very easy walk. Plus the beach was beautiful. Overall, we would stay in the place again.

The entertainment at night was hit or miss, which was disappointing. We are not expecting theater level quality, however some nights it was great and others it seemed like staff were just puttinf random stuff together. Also, there is a fee to use the gym, which I found a little strange in all inclusive resort. It would be better to raise everyone's stay by US $1 dollar then charge people $5 dollar US to use the gym.

This hotel is amazing. We spent 10 days here, but we could spend another 10 easily. Staff is super friendly, animation team works hard so you will never get bored. There is a show every night. Room and the whole hotel area was super clean. Food was exceptional, traditional Egyptian dishes and European taste as well. Every dinner there is a fresh pasta bar and barbecue. In the morning eggs and pancakes are served fresh. We got 1 free dinner at the chosen a la carte restaurant. We have chosen the Asian one, where you can eat and drink as much as you want. I have never eaten that good in my life. In the hotel, between the meals you can eat hamburger and pizza by the pool and on the beach. Beach is 5 min walk in a beautiful patio. There are reefs at the private beach area, where you can snorkel a lot. We could see lion fish and ray.

I liked the coral reef on the beach and the food court on the beach. It was very confortable i did not need to go back to the hotel for food- because it was 10 minutes walk away.

The cleaning people were a bit strange- he knew we were checking out that day and he came over 2 times knocking on our door only for talking (we forgot the do not disturb sign, but still I think it was too much distrubance, when he does not need to clean there yet...). Let people rest and do not disturb them unnescessarily.

Very clean and beautiful resort. Pools and gardens were well maintained. Room was clean and cleaned daily to good standard-lovely added details of towel decorations on the bed by our room keeping staff Abd El Rahman. Drinks readily available with a good selection of food and drink poolside and by the beach. The private beach was sandy and again very clean. Access to Jaz Makadi water park was the cherry on top. An amazing aqua park, we only managed to go once during our stay due to the high heat and our other activities planned but it was a great day out. Some amazing fast paced slides for grown up and large water play areas for the younger children.

Unfortunately overall we felt the food was poor compared to other all inclusive resorts we have been too. There is an impressive selection of food laid out for each meal with different breads, pastries, deserts for example and different cuisine options provided. There also seemed to be fewer children friendly options available. I’d stress the food provided was well presented, visually very appealing but unfortunately in our opinion lacked the taste anticipated. My children effectively lived on cucumbers, pickled olives, chips and the fresh pancakes at breakfast.

I have spent 4 nights in Jaz Makadi Oasis wth marvellous stay. Facilities were perfectly maintained, staff helpful polite and always available for support, food was delicious and tasty with many varities Beach is clean with many snorkling spots and corals Many bars for drinks, snacks For entertainment you can find sports spots for tennis, football, volleyball, billiards and gym.

Animation team needs to improve their activities to engage the guests more.

Distant from beach especially for a family with kids - ground garden view might be of less privacy especially during garden / security staff moving around - minimal coral reef can be seen in the sea and you will have to swim about 100 meters to see some fish and corals Makadi aqua is cool however snack bar there is quite poor compared to hotel beach snack bar

We recently stayed at Jaz Makadi Oasis in Hurghada, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the aqua park was fantastic — fun for both kids and adults. What truly made this hotel stand out was the incredible staff. From the chefs to the housekeeping team to the receptionists — everyone was always smiling, friendly, and eager to help. Their positive attitude and excellent service made our stay unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team at Jaz Makadi Oasis for such a wonderful and memorable stay. We truly appreciate it and hope to come back again soon!
