Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Every aspect of our vacation exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, making us feel welcome and well-cared-for throughout our stay. The food was great, with a good variety and high quality. We would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Azmy, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. He truly helped make our experience even more enjoyable. The facilities were top-notch and clean. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. Highly recommended, and we will definitely visit again.

The staff is superb, mahmoud from the room service was extremely helpful all day long, Islam from the restaurant's staff is very professional, friendly and made us feel at home and the two Khaled at the eggs and pancakes stations were very nice, they always made us fresh eggs and heart shaped pancakes... This team is great. The suite with the private pool is superb, pool is heated and sun in december was gorgeous. Also there is a jacuzzi in the bathroom that we tried and it was so good and relaxing. Front desk were very helpful during the welcome and over the course of our stay, Mahmoud and Amr were very responsive and professional. The food is exquisite, if you're planning to keep or lose weight, forget it... The food here is s delicious, you only realize you overate after your 5th dish or so. We also went for a massage at Mvida spa (the main one at the makadi souq) and we definitely recommend it It's a very relaxing and chilling hotel. if you want to disconnect completely, this is your place .

This was my third time in Steigenberger Makadi, and it has become a tradition for my husband and I to spend our anniversary there and it feels like home. Mr. Mahmoud in the front office is extremely helpful and manages to create a wonderful experience for our anniversary. They always go the extra mile to make us feel special. The rooms are absolutely wonderful, and the cleaning staff are always ready to help when you need them. I have never come across a situation where I asked for help and wasn't immediately cared for. The Food and Beverages management is absolutely incredible. Mr. Ayman and Mr. Mahmoud have always made us feel like we were part of that family, and the chefs not only joked with us and made us feel at home, but were always ready with recommendations. The whole dining area is always spotless and the waiters are quick and very responsive. The food quality is excellent, fresh, and absolutely delicious! Truly one of the best experiences we have ever had, and Steigenberger Makadi is definitely our home away from home. I don't think there has ever been a doubt in our mind where we'd be staying when an Hurghada trip is planned.

The atmosphere overall is magnificent Special thanx to Ayman -H.K, he is well trained keeping guest preferences and he had that remarkable touch every time he cleaned my room Hassan -bell captain ; he is extremely polite and helpful , he helped me arrange for the pick up , as well as he gave me a short brief about Madinat Makadi and wts going on Walid -pool bar he is guest oriented, and dynamic Sara - Guest relations she is very welcoming and keen to get a daily feedback Karim -front desk ; he is professional There is a guy from the pool I could not remember his name I guess he is a life guard ,my God that guy has really a cheerful smile on his face Eagle restaurant : chapeau for all staff I loved this Hotel so much really an amazing place to stay

Internet connection was really poor

This is my first visit to Hurghada, and the hotel grounds are stunning. A nice bonus is that it's adults-only, making it very tranquil. The cleaning and restaurant staff were incredibly lovely. Dinner was fantastic, and I really enjoyed the daily menu that offered a variety of dishes.

The only negative experience I had was with the reception staff, who were quite unhelpful. I had multiple interactions with one particular staff member who was very dismissive but went above and beyond for others.

Everything was exceptional. The hotel is super clean. All of the staff are quite friendly and very hospitable. The food was perfect with many varieties in dinner, no varieties in breakfast though but it was of great quality. They have their private beach which is clean and nice. I was worried for the fact that you have to take a shuttle bus to the beach. However, it is just 5 mins driving and they have a shuttle bus every hour until 6 pm. Also, we missed the bus one day and the receptionist arranged a golf car immediately to take us to the beach. The room was quite big with a private terrace overlooking a garden. The bathroom is big with a unique dressing area inside. Being an adults only hotel is a plus credit for a relaxing and quiet stay. Moreover, you can have a walk in Madinat Makadi at night where you'll find souq Makadi with nice shops, a supermarket and a pharmacy. I'd highly recommend it.

Well, starting with the accommodation, I booked a private suite which was an exceptional experience. The suite view is extraordinary, the room was loaded with lots of luxurious facilities as promised by the hotel. The size of the room exceeded my expectations. The staff are very very friendly and very helpful, I had an issue with the rooming and they were very understanding and handled it very professionally. The hotel itself is located in a quiet zone away from local hotels, where you can spend quality time with your loved ones. The food is exceptionally delicious with multiple themes that suit all cravings and delicacies. Totally Recommended for a honeymoon stay as in my case.

Wi-Fi was average during my stay.

The staff was really helpful and very welcoming. starting from the reception desk to the restaurant team and the room service as well. the pool is very nice with a relaxing view and setting also suitable for laping. the room is wide enough with a spacious terrace and a very exciting bathroom. the food is good with different varities. finally they have very good taste for entertainment programs and shows.

the hotel is not well planned, the reception lobby is elevated , you have to take confusing stairs just at the entry and also the rest of the hotel facilities are not planned properly and confusing.

Congratulations on having such a great team of staff. From our arrival to our departure everyone was so friendly, professional and welcoming. First class service. Food was outstanding using first class ingredients. Selection was wide, tasty and flavoursome. All areas of the hotel were clean. Abundance of flowers throughout with comfy furnishings. Golf course was presented well. Greens were hand mowed daily. Great selection of breakfast items especially the cold juice area. Personally poured by a wonderful waiter who works throughout the night to make the vast selection available in the morning.

Sorry to say that the bed sheet did not fit the bed particularly well. Each time I moved the sheet as well as the mattress protector moved with me causing an uneven surface.
