The staff were very helpful and friendly The great hospitality trying their best to get the optimum value for us,the quality of food was excellent .The room was spacious with nice view .The accommodation is good for whom is looking for relaxing and quietness.. Respectable people Classy treatment Wonderful pools Awesome beach and safe for kids not rocky Has corals 🪸 and beautiful fish 🐟 where can swim with . The receptionists there are really decent and so cooperative in all my requirements great thanks to them .keep asking if we miss sth or need sth and really I appreciate whenever I asked them for pesticide to spray the room or golf cart for picking my mum as she got sick there they never hesitate with most welcome. Another thing I noticed that they specialised an area in the restaurant and everywhere in the hotel for the disabled people which really I liked and amazed me in every single inch restaurant Theatre Arena Everywhere which I didn't see it that much on other hotels. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to come again and would love to see the best from it.

The mosquitoes there were so horrible they have to use an effective pesticides as its really so annoying and too many in the room to a level that we couldn't sleep The shows were so poor there weren't that much variations on their shows or activities which make it alittle bit boring. The housekeeping not changing the bedsheets and towels by himself and that's not all of them it's only single incident however he has to do his job without asking because I complained twice and even I told him myself to do it while I saw him didn't change it . The rooms need to be more renovated.

One of the most luxurious stays I have ever had in Makadi bay. The reception team was extremely professional. Soko restaurant was perfect, the variety of the food which was superb and what exceeded my expectations was the quality and the taste of the food. There is an open buffet for kids which is something smart. All the place is well organized and clean. Baby chairs are extremely clean and sanitized. A lot of pools serving the family, kids, and adults. Good animation team.

There is a shortage in the number of golf cars especially that the size of the resort is considered big. The setup of the tables in the restaurant needs a little bit of more flexibility especially for groups of more than 4 persons.

We were 2 families stayed in 3 rooms for 3 nights during the end of Ramadan and the beginning of Eid El Fitr. Staff are friendly and cooperative especially Mr. Mohamed from Reception and all Chefs in the restaurant. The kids enjoyed the the heated pool and playing football and volley ball at the volley ball pitch by the beach. The cariokee night was fun and entertaining. We took a long walk along the beach to the adjacent hotels in both direction at the sunset and it was really relaxing. I would like to thank the general chef and restaurant manager/in-charge for their care to prepare iftar meal at the restaurant earlier than the usual dinner time, and sohor meal delivered to our rooms daily. They really made our stay more comfortable and easy. Definitely I would like to stay here again

Although the beach is nice and sandy, the sea is not accessible as it is full of rocks and corals. The family pool should be heated too so the kids can enjoy it when weather temperature is low to avoid annoying other guests at the main heated pool who may like to relax without noise

Really I was very impressed and satisfied from the resort very cozy all the staff are friendly and have a big smile and very respectful even the resort was about 100% full , there were no differences between Egyptian and foreign , the food was delicious and were variety of food , my room was 3215 and the responsible of the room service Hassan was very nice , the managers of the restaurant also I was satisfied and I will come back sure

The resort is beautifully designed, they have lots of flowers and palm trees that really are taken care of. the rooms are spacious, the cleaning couldn’t be better and the staff is very attentive if you tip. The food was delicious and a lot of variety, even at breakfast time. Every evening they have a different specific cuisine so you can’t get bored. we also tried both of the restaurants: vista mare and the fish restaurant and both were delicious. I can’t understand how people can complain about the food, as we read online in Egypt you can really have problems with the food but here it’s not the case. As for the animation, the animation team is fun, we participated almost in every activity and we really enjoyed it. The resort also has a jogging trail that we ran every day. We will definitely come again here because we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Cleopatra & thank you to all the people that made our stay feel so pleasant. Hakuna matata!

the water in the pool was cold wifi could be also in rooms, but that was not a big problem since we bought sim cards from the airport

We had the beach front room, and it was fascinating to wake up with such a view of the greenery followed by the blue sea.. The snorkeling was amazing, lovely spot for corals and fish. Food diversity and quality was really really good. Service at the pool was great.

Very friendly staff. Delicious cuisine, you will not be hungry. Rooms are cleaned every day. Drinks are offered by the pool. There is food delivery to the room.I will recommend to friends. I recommend a transfer from the hotel. Clean and comfortable cars. The people working at the reception and in the restaurants are very friendly and will always help you.

Prices in pharmacies and stores. Sellers inflate prices.

It’s our third time to stay at the hotel We had an amazing stay Really good and friendly stuff especially mr hossam the receptionist made our stay at ease and amazing,he is really helpful Rooms are clean,wide and the beds are comfortable. Many pools and it’s enjoyable for the kids. We had fun and it’s definitely won’t be the last time. Highly recommended resort
