Amazing new hotel, spotless clean, many Pools, water park, lovely beach, nice spacious family rooms with great sea view, attentive house keeping and staff, excellent variety of 6 restaurants with very good food quality for all inclusive hotels, elite service everywhere....

Nothing... just pool water temp is a bit cold, and still there is no jetty on the beach to cross the shallow tide part, but u can easily walk a bit with water shoes on to reach deeper water and enjoy a nice swim or snorkeling

We had a fantastic stay at this brand-new hotel, which impressed us from the moment we arrived. The modern décor is stylish and fresh, and the beachfront location is unbeatable, offering beautiful views and a constant and welcome sea breeze. Although we didn’t spend much time on the beach itself, as the sea isn’t ideal for swimming beyond paddling, the nearby jetty offered some decent snorkeling, though it could get quite busy and hectic. Once the hotel’s own jetty is completed, it will definitely enhance the experience for guests. The bedrooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Highly recommend booking a swim-up room. The pools are spotlessly clean, and we especially loved the double loungers in the infinity pool, which were a big hit. One standout feature was the permanent sunshades and pergolas over all the sunbeds…no more battling with umbrellas! The dining experiences were another highlight. The buffet was consistently high in quality, and we really appreciated being able to book five different à la carte dinners throughout our stay. As a bonus, both the beachfront and Italian restaurants also offer unlimited à la carte options for lunch. The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions and great variety. One of the most memorable moments of our trip was a wonderful horse ride along the beach right in front of the hotel. The nearby stables (just a five-minute drive away) made it easy to arrange, and it’s an experience I would highly recommend. Another good thing that the hotel offer is free transportation in the hotel golf buggies to nearby shops/attractions or just simply for a ride along the beachfront. You can also hire your own self-drive buggies nearby. What truly made our holiday special was the outstanding level of service from all the staff. Everyone from the gardeners and cleaners to the restaurant teams, were friendly, professional, and welcoming.

The sea isn’t ideal for swimming beyond paddling, although the new jetty should improve this. The location is quite remote with nowhere really to stroll to other than a few small shops, along the beachfront & to nearby hotels.

Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I felt genuinely welcomed right away. I would like to give special thanks to Ms. Massouda, who truly went above and beyond throughout our stay. She checked in with us daily to make sure everything was going smoothly and made us feel incredibly well cared for. Her attentiveness and kindness made a real difference in our experience. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was perfect I also enjoyed the buffet. It was fresh, varied, and delicious, offering plenty of healthy. Overall, I highly recommend Jaz Elite Asteria whether you're traveling for business or leisure. It’s a perfect place to relax. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit

I had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. First of all, I would like to give a special thanks to Miss Masouda for her outstanding effort and warm hospitality. She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, and her kindness truly made a difference. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Every detail was taken care of, and it made us feel right at home. The food and drinks were excellent — delicious, fresh, and with a wide variety that suited all tastes. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality was consistently impressive. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back again. The hotel is very clean and modern. We highly recommend the swim-up rooms — we absolutely loved ours. The room was spotless and well-maintained; the housekeeping staff did an excellent job. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the Arabian restaurant and the bar near the main restaurant. Drinks were served not only around the pools but also directly to the swim-up suites, which we really enjoyed. The food at the main restaurant was average, so we suggest making reservations at the à la carte restaurants. We particularly liked the pizza and pasta served at the Italian restaurant during lunch. Special thanks to Mrs.Mazni Massaouda, who was always ready to help if we had special requests or questions. She does an amazing job!

The food at the main restaurant could offer more variety. The sea isn't ideal for swimming or snorkeling due to the low tide, and the pier is still under construction. The minibar is not included in the all-inclusive package. While the entertainment is okay at first, it becomes repetitive and a bit boring after a few days.

What an incredible experience!! I have been to Jaz Elite Asteria last week and we are amazed and positively surprised about the level of service while the hotel is still in the soft opening, so what does that mean for the future?! It started at the front with the contact with Hussam to coordinate in which room we would like to stay. Upon arrival we were immediately offered a cold towel and fresh juice so we felt welcome right away. After a short introduction we also got to know Mrs. Messaouda and that was a pleasure, because she was able to do a lot for us, including discussing the a la carte restaurants. Sometimes it is the little things that matter, so an ice cream by the pool or a cloth for cleaning, everything was possible! I can be brief about the food: both the buffet (morning, afternoon and evening) and the 5 a la carte restaurants are incredible in terms of possibilities, taste and variety!! We were so pleased with our wonderful week that I immediately spoke to Mrs. Messaouda about the possibilities of coming back with my family, so I would definitely recommend going to this hotel!!

We had such an amazing stay at the hotel, everything was exceptional, what’s really notable is the hospitality, the staff were very helpful and friendly, smiles and decent service from everyone. They saved no effort to make our stay more comfortable, everyone were amazing, the receptionists, the waiters, the pool guards, the kids club team, the housekeepers, everyone were very friendly and professional specially the Ms. Massaouda the guest relations manager, she is such an amazing person and she was such a great support. Also the food was great with a lot of varieties and different buffet every day, also the à la carte restaurants offered different varieties for all tastes
