Everything about the hotel is amazing , the stuff are extra ordinary , the food is perfect , the vibes are relaxing and nice , it is very near to the old town , my only comment about the variety of ages , most of the hotel guests are very old , the young are very very few which made me feel odd but all other things are perfect , i would like to specially thank mr.Khalid for his great hospitality and care and all the restaurant waiters and the reception for their continuous smile and great vibes , actually the staff are the extra mile in this hotel !

The food in the main restaurant was excellent Most of the staff were wonderful and helpful Baseem, Alaa and the lady in the main restaurant were great The room cleaner was very kind and thorough The female attendant at the pool bathroom was lovely

Some of the male staff were very inappropriate to me as a woman. I was whistled at and mahmoud from the main restaurant made comments when my partner wasnt with me. As there is mostly male staff its hard to report. The food in Ossiano and Mandarin wasnt great

Every day we returned to find our room spotless and adorned with the most creative towel sculptures—his playful and artistic touch added a unique charm to our stay. Poolside, Melad was a superstar, ensuring we stayed hydrated and happy throughout our sun-soaked days. His kindness and attentiveness made lounging by the pool an even more luxurious experience, with delicious cocktails and fresh fruit always at our fingertips. The entire staff at Premier Le Reve was simply outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to go the extra mile. Whether we were enjoying the diverse and delicious offerings at the international and local buffets or indulging in the fine dining experiences at the à la carte restaurants, the service was impeccable. To top it all off, the hotel surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite because it was our second visit, which made us feel truly valued as returning guests. Great facilities, friendly staff. Drinks could be brought to table or the beach by the staff walking around. Beach was great, it is best to use the pier access. Has everything needed including a doctor and pharmacy. A la carte restaurants provided excellent service.

Overpriced transfer options. The road to the hotel is private so no local taxis can come for pickup (can only come to drop guests off into the hotel), locking you into their only hotel transfer options. If you go scuba diving daily outside the resort the costs add up.

The excessive waste of water bottles by guests, including ourselves, is a concern. Often, we accept a new bottle without entirely drinking the one we already have, leading to nearly full bottles being discarded by beach and pool attendants. By being more mindful—finishing our current bottle before taking another—we can significantly reduce this unnecessary waste.

We had a wonderful time at Premier Le Reve. The location was easy to reach with the airport shuttle or local bus, and the hotel also offered a limousine service that I could book through reception. Mr. Khaled Helmy was exceptionally helpful. He stayed in touch before we arrived and throughout our stay to make sure everything went smoothly. The room service was great, and the staff were always friendly and paid attention to small details. The food was good, and I especially enjoyed eating at The Society Restaurant. It has a nice view of the pool and the Red Sea, and the dishes there were really worth trying. Overall, I had a very relaxing stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to spend a memorable honeymoon. Thank you to the staff for making my stay enjoyable!

The staff is extraordinary. We have been to Egypt many times but the service at the Le Reve is simply the best, very attentive and always friendly. Amazing food, always fresh and tasty.

The beach could be nicer. Not very good for walking in the sand. When the wind is strong, the pools are fully exposed. Might be nice during the hot time, but simply too cold in winter.

Couldn’t fault the staff. Every single one made us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The food selection and quality was excellent. Heated outdoor pool and the sunshine for early January was very good.low to mid twenties every day.

The hotel is however out of town and you need to accept that excursions are the only way to appreciate Egypt. The hotel is however very well equipped and there is enough to do if you want to stay within the resort.
