The bungalow where we lived was fantastic! It was so close to the sea! The people who work there are so lovely! My husband tries to learn arabic, he used words he knew and everyone appreciated a lot. Thank you for all! For Judith: thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Bea & Andris from Hungary

The stairs that lead to the sea look bad, even the broadwalk that lead into the sea should be renewed because it looks awful and accident could easily happen.

We had great time at Pharaoh Azur Resort. The accommodation was very nice (we were at bungalows), and actually not too much hotels can normally fit our big family, but it was very comfortable for us in the bungalows. The sea was just like 100 meters away. The gardens of the hotel are very vibrant, full of green and full of birds. The staff was very nice and helpful. There are corals right at the beach, which you can reach through pierce. The coral reefs are separated though to protect them, so you can swim above then, you can swim around them. Animation was also very good. It was an international team of 5 or 6 animators. For some evening programs they were inviting local artists and performers.

Just some minor problems: the food was good, but we were missing seafood, and also local seafood. There were fish sometimes, but it was always pangasius, not the best choice, and definitely not from the region. Another problem was sometimes the lack of organisation: sometimes it was hard to find cups or glasses at the restaurant, and sometimes you had to wait for forks or spoons. During snack time it was nice to get pizza, our children loved it. But usually it was huge queue, and we were standing over one hour just to get it.

-The hotel was very clean. Rooms, pool, restaurants and the garden were clean all the time. -They have a big garden and a long beach. You can relax by spending time in the beach or in the garden. You can even see some fishes in the beach by snorkeling if you are lucky. -We like the food. It wasn't the best of the best but they offer many options and you can find something to eat. If you are veggy you may need to eat similar food everyday because most of the options are not veggy. (I didnt inform them I was veggy. If you inform them they may offer you veggy food.) -Staff was very friendly. They did their best to welcome us and to make us feel comfy. -Our room was big enough for two people. We had a wonderful balcony with a great view. It was clean all the time. -The hotel is not in the city center but you can go to the city center in 25-30 mins by bus by paying 20 Egyptian pound for one person. (Do not go with taxi. It is extremely much more expensive.)

-When you relax in the beach, pool or garden sellers always try to sell you something like massage or tour. The tour seller even got angry when we didnt book with him. -We wouldnt suggest you to book anything from Sam Taxi which is in the lobby. They sold us a Luxor tour. We ask them for English tour guide but they put us in a German speaking group. We received a limited English translation. They promise us a comfy car but what we received was an old and uncomfy car. I think the hotel should be aware of what all the sellers do in their hotel.

very nice and helpfull staff, reach and various choice of meals and beverages , large territory is very green and well maintained. Plenty of sun beds on the beach. Dive center and the boats is directly on the beach which is very convenient - no need to waste time to get to the pier ! Would definely recommend!!

air-conditioner is rather old and a little bit noisy.

Great hotel, huge grounds, friendly staff, the bungalows were amazing and a few minutes walk to the beach. Great quite location 25 minute drive to Hurghada city centre. And 15min to Sahl Hashish

Food was poor, very repetitive, not great taste even the A la carte restaurant was evem worst. We all had tummy bugs through out our stay and we never ate outside, had to skip some meals and stick to lower risk food, spoke to a few guests and they shared the same. I have stayed in smaller and cheaper hotels in Hurghada throughout the years and this was by far the worst food experience. Recreation was average. otherwise the hotel was great.

The resort is extended with 2 pools, one is heated. The reception is so cooperative, rooms are clean and daily serviced, giving 2 bottles of water free daily. The food is fresh, tasty with varieties. The beach is calm little stony. Average occupancy from Europe and Egypt. I recommend for families with children as well as couples. I 'd like to thank Mr Hassan & Mr Mohamed front disk.. The nice man who cook the egg daily with patience, smile and attitude. Mr Ahmed.. Pool supervisor for his expertise.

Few staff are not trained (restaurant) Need to be more professional, this is part of responsibility of the supervisor and management. Recreation team active after 8 Pm, perhaps due to age of most of the guests!! Lack of TV broad cast important sport activities somewhere in the resort!!

I liked the location, excellent and rich coral reef right at the end of the pier. The hotel's property is absolutely beautiful, it is an enormous area. The pool is clean, and it was heated in the end of January, which felt great. Kitchen was OK, but there could have been more seafood. The rooom was really comfortable. The overall experience absolutely met or even exceeded my expectations.

The animation team could have done better. There were 5-6 young ladies and gentlemen, from all over the world, but the evening entertainment events were sometimes very awkward, like 'miss hotel' or 'carnival show'. It was just ridiculous. I think the hotel's guests really would appreciate if there were higher quality shows. Cheese and processed meat was terrible. It would have been better if they didn't serve intercontinental breakfast at all. Once when we went for a day trip in the early morning, we requested a breakfast box. Big mistake. It was terrible. A dry bun with only one slice of cheese.
