I liked the aqua park and the variety of it and the staff are very friendly And the food is very good

The beach experience was very bad as it is in different hotel and we had to take a bus and no-one informed us that we need to bring our towels from the jungle hotel and they refused to give us towels in dana beach hotel!!! Dana beach hotel staff were very rude and uncooperative. Also the beach was very stony and not comfortable for the kids to play on it .. the rooms were not very clean the sheets is not very clean and when we requested to change it the new one fresh from laundry were stained also!!! Not good enough really And what about when we requested and iron they requested extra charge?!! Whats up with that Looooooong lines for all the food for dinner

Execellent, a nice variety of food and restaurants that cater for all. Children were entertained during the day and evening with a lot choices for everyone from aqua park, amusements and VR etc. Highly recommend as this place is grat value for money.

The electricity went off and air condition at times but this was only for short period mostly.

The water park was great and the shows.

The room location was far from reception. We had to take a bus everywhere and sometimes they wouldn’t come. The food wasn’t good, just average.

We were a BIG group - moms and dads, everyone was enjoying their time to the maximum! I love the all inclusive thing - snacking 24/7 (now I need to lose the weight). The yellow donut ride and the bullet were OHHHH MY GOD! But what truly impressed me was the attention to detail and the level of service provided. From the friendly smiles of the staff to the impeccable cleanliness of the facilities, it was clear that every effort had been made to exceed guests' expectations. As I reminisced about my previous visit, I couldn't help but feel a sense of nostalgia mixed with excitement for the future. Jungle Aqua Park had left an indelible mark on my heart, and I knew that I would return time and time again to create new memories in this tropical paradise. There's so much to do there - esp for kids. Loads of excellent water slides, a surfing pool, astro football, funfair ... We booked a hut room, which had a great view. was close to the main reception and was big enough for our family of 5. A/C worked a treat, and the staff were all v attentive and polite. We were there for Xmas and new year and they put on what was simply an incredible party, performances and DJ sets. The value for money was incredible

Nothing really negative to be honest. The place was a bit big(!), and maybe the food choice was limited depending where you went, so we picked and chose from multiple restaurants quite often. There was only 1 table tennis table, and considering was was probably £££££ spent on other facilities, I'd suggest having 4 or 6 table tennis tables in the reception area

We are family of 6 with kids ranging from 2 to 17. There was many options for all kids and food was amazing especially taj and ragine restaurants. We did not want to leave. Taj even arranged birthday cake and song for my son birthday.

The marketing from the spa is not good. Message was good however. Firstly they disturb you when you are relaxing at the pool. Then when we finally bought 4 treatments and sauna access they also charged us for pool entry which is free. Further when I tried to use the sauna they wanted to close it early. Definitely not a pleasure dealing with them. I suggest the spa has a booth at various places in the resort and do not disturb people while relaxing. Also please close the gym later like most other hotels

Everything is great, amazing staff and facilities. This resort is better than any all inclusive resort in the entire Middle East and even Europe and Asia. Ive been to the Maldives and the UAE and this is beyond expectstions. Plus the waterpark is incredibly amazing. Special recognition and thank you to Mohamed Ehab at the reception and Atef from housekeeping, Ayman and Amir from breakfast and everyone at the waterpark.

Everything, I used to spend my summer outside egypt .but this was my first year to take the risk and actually it was very rewarding Salam , Mustafa, baseem ,Osama , Samah and many more ,thank your for your hospitality and kind support .this was one of my best trips ever

If all restaurants menus to be organized and published so it w9upd be easier for the guest to decide where to go everyday Also extend the aqua park timing

the place was extremely clean and truly fascinating we experienced a problem where another guest stole a bag and the staff truly were exceptionally and dealt with the problem professionally and got the bag in less than a day this incident made me gain more trust in the place rather than losing it cause it’s the way that they dealt with the problem that genuinely impressed me

i didn’t like the fact that there were no mirrors in the place other than the bathroom and that there was no beach in the hotel but it wasn’t a big issue cause there’s one right next to it
