We had the pleasure of staying at the hotel and were treated with such courtesy from the moment we arrived at reception, when Kerolos attentively informed us about all procedures at the hotel, from the buffet service, where we had a contagious smile from Ibraim, the best omelets made by Abdul, and from the cleaning of our room made by Naisair (I don't know if the name is correct, we stayed in block 1, third floor and this employee always left our room spotless). Mohamed, sometimes at the reception and sometimes at the bar, made us the best caipiroscas. And Mohamed in the pool area made us the pizza, in the middle of the afternoon, always with a sweet and attentive smile. This hotel has everything you need for a dream holiday, from the service of the team, more than 9 restaurants and swimming pools, swimming pools also for children, diverse and incredible food. There is no lift, we were on the 3rd floor with a baby car and the floor was slippery and we needed to be careful when walking.

Vacation Experience Visiting this place for a vacation at the end of March was an excellent choice, especially with kids. They absolutely loved it! We spent almost the entire week at the hotel without feeling the need to go out. Pros: 1. Plenty of pools, easy access – The hotel has many swimming pools, so you’re never far from a place to swim or sunbathe. There are also different entertainment programs scheduled at various times. 2. Great dining options – The hotel offers a variety of restaurants with fresh and delicious food. Drinks are available nonstop, and there are several bars to explore. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try them since we were traveling with kids. 3. Extensive sports facilities – The hotel has a gym, football and basketball courts, beach volleyball, tennis, and more, perfect for those who enjoy sports. 4. Excellent service – The staff, from housekeeping to restaurant and resort service, was professional and patient, making our stay very enjoyable. 5. Beautiful beach nearby – The beach is within walking distance or a short shuttle ride away. The water is crystal clear, and the sand is clean, making it a great spot for families. 6. Worthwhile boat trips – Although boat trips require an additional fee, they are highly recommended. We suggest visiting Magawish Island, which was absolutely stunning. Cons: There were hardly any downsides, but one thing to note: 1. Spa experience was disappointing – We found it not worth the money. Of course, it’s a personal choice, but based on our experience, it wasn’t great. Overall, this was a fantastic vacation, especially for families with children. If you're traveling with kids, you're sure to have a wonderful time!

Workers in the restaurant are so nice and polite. The Syrian chef is amazing. Mr. Abdulrwhman is so polite and helpful.

Public bathrooms need more attention. Fresh juice is not available at all. Room service workers don’t put tissues unless requested and extra towels as well. For the first time, I didn’t have a fruit plate and snacks in my room as a welcome from the hotel.

First of all a BIG thank you to Hesham from the reception, who made our stay really really pleasant. Another thank you goes to the hard-working cleaning guys who kept our room shiny and provided plenty of water during our stay. The resort is excellent, it's like you're on a huge cruise boat, isolated from the external world, and you are pampered and cared for all the time. Everything is super clean. There are many restaurants and the offer is quite good. I only missed some vegan milk or at least lactose-free milk at breakfast. The waffles are really good and the bread that the lady makes on the terrace of Soprano restaurant. The animation team was also good, so the kids enjoyed their stay too.

The only negative aspect has nothing to do with the hotel, but with the guests who occupy the sunbeds. They just reserve the beds in the morning, so it can be quite a challenge to find a free sunbed for people who actually need it while they're at the pool.

We had a great time at this property. The room was spacious and very clean and the facilities were excellent. It's basically 3 different Pickalbatros properties side by side, and you can freely use all of the facilities of the whole 3 (pools, restaurants, bars, etc.). The food in the restaurants is very good and there's a lot of variety. Everyday there was something different. Service is also excellent. Every member of the staff seems to be genuinely concerned about making your stay as enjoyable as possible. On the very first day, I noticed that the handle to open the water in our shower was broken. As I was leaving my room the following morning, I mentioned it to a staff member. When I returned to my room later that day, the problem had already been solved.

The wifi throughout the property is really slow. You'll be able to send messages, but not much else. There is a free shuttle to the beach nearby, but once you get there, you'll notice that guests from the non-beach front properties can only use the far left side of the beach, where there's only rocks and a concrete pavement. As such, we couldn't sit on the beach chairs and keep an eye on our kids while they played in the water.

This hotel is brilliant, highly recommend it!! Everything is perfect. - Freshly cooked meat in front of you from four buffet restaurants, including beef, prawn, chicken, fish, turkey, duck, and more! It's fantastic! - Entertainment, different shows every night, and an anamation team making sure you have lots of fun with volleyball darts and more. - The staff are all hard working and very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. What made this stay exceptional was Ali Maher on reception. He gave us his personal point of contact for any issues and questions we had. He was so professional and welcoming from the beginning to the end. Thank you, Ali and pickalbatros, for our fantastic holiday!! I would highly recommend this hotel, and I would love to come back here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pickalbatros Aqua Vista Resort in Egypt, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of cleanliness throughout the property. While I would suggest steering clear of the Soprano restaurant since the food did not quite meet our expectations, I wholeheartedly recommend the Tagine restaurant. For an all-inclusive dining experience, it's a fantastic choice, offering delectable dishes that are sure to please. Additionally, the ala carte restaurant is a must-try; just remember to make your reservations early, as their a la carte options are in high demand. As for breakfast, the variety is moderate, but I did notice that the freshness of the vegetables and bread could be improved upon at times. However, this was a minor detail in the grand scheme of things. The staff at the resort goes above and beyond. Despite the occasional language barrier, they are dedicated, hardworking, and genuinely attentive to guests' needs. The level of service is commendable and contributes greatly to the overall positive experience. Considering the budget-friendly pricing, staying at the Pickalbatros Aqua Vista Resort is certainly a decision you won't regret. Special mention to Rajinder who served up delicious South Asian food at one of the ala carte restaurants. The facilities at the resort are top-notch. The pools are beautifully maintained and provide the perfect spot to relax and unwind. There’s something for everyone, whether you’re looking for a fun family atmosphere or a quiet space to soak up the sun. The fitness centre was the best we’ve ever used at a resort or hotel. The spa also deserves a mention for their outstanding service and quality. Cleanliness throughout the resort was impeccable. I noticed the staff diligently maintaining all areas, ensuring that everything was spotless and welcoming. It truly added to the overall positive experience of our stay. Any minor issues we encountered were swiftly addressed by the manager, Mohammed, who went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our stay was perfect.
