Good great , staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely people. Great having Harry Nass watersport centre on beach and they were brill to. Only thing didn’t like was the local wine is pretty bad , and smoking around hotel , plus why are Russians allowed in to Egypt ?

The hotel is nice and cosy. The best thing about it is the sandy beach and the crystal clear water. The pools are good as well. The rooms are modern and clean. Quality of food was okay, but the variety is not the best. As for the staff and service, all of them were helpful and friendly except for “Karim” from the reception who clashed twice with different members of my family and showed no signs of professionalism nor sincerity. Other than that, everyone from the staff was perfect, and special huge thanks to the best guest relations manager out there, the awesome “Marina”, from the moment we arrived she made sure that we enjoyed every second of our stay. Really she’s one of the main reasons we loved this place. Pros Crystal clear sandy beach. Cons The absence of bottled water in bars and restaurants, and they only give you very limited number of small bottles (1-2) each morning in the room.

Very nice beach, the water was calm and clear. Friendly staff, especially Marina the guest relations manager who was doing her best from the first moment when we checked in throughout the whole stay just to make sure we were comfortable and happy. She made our stay very pleasant.

The quality of food was okay but could be better. The variety of food and beverages are very limited on the beach and pool bars, especially the snacks.

the staff in the hotel was really helpfull and willing to help. The room was cleaned every day, we were thirking that they are seeking when we exit the room and forget to hang "do not clean" sign. Enertainment team was trying really hard to keep with all the guests expectations, could be better. :)) Personnel in the bar was the BEST ONES! There was always the psace in the next to the sea or to the pool.

There was no internet in the rooms, there was repetative food for the breakfast, lunch and dinner. but you could always find something to eat. other guests make themselves priority, in the beach turning the music on full volume.

The beach water was filthy with aching , Empty bags, plastic bags and dead shoaib Morgan's. I put a complaint and next day the water was clean.

The room was clean and functional. I really liked the fact that the beach was easily accessible and that there were enough sun beds for all guests. The pool area is also nice. Finally, the resort is very well maintained (the garden is green) and there are a couple of shops in case of small needs (e.g., water, pharmacy, etc.)

The food is quite bad - overall bland and not particularly inspiring. The gym should be much bigger for a resort of this size. And I wonder whether the water of the pool or the sea may be contaminated. I got food poisoning which I cannot ascribe to anything but the pool or the sea - in fact I drank bottled water (and nothing else), ate only cooked food (never raw veggies or undercooked stuff), I brushed my teeth with bottled water, and showered with my mouth closed. Odd.

Our stay at Mercure Hurghada was truly memorable. The standout feature was undoubtedly the staff, whose patience, politeness, and professionalism were exceptional throughout our visit. The pool could have been heated...thats a minor detail and only really relevant in the early part of the year.

The place was great, warm welcoming from the reception The buffet was great despite not the huge variety of the daily food provided but a huge effort has been placed. Rooms location, vibes, activities over the beach. The hotel is great for a great small visit to Hurghada. The hotel is in secure area which is great for tourist but not good for someone want to enjoy the vibes of the city if needed,

NO Day use is offered or allowed for any of our guests or friends. NO wifi is available in the rooms and only in the bar and reception area which wasn't in the description for me. Small bathroom,
