Breakfast was great, staff were great. A special thank you to Michael who made sure my room was clean and always topped up with water towels etc. Got an iron sorted for me straight away. Top man! Thank you Michael and the rest of the team!

Really clean and comfortable! The hotel is new but everything is really great.

We had problems with payments (we had to pay there but it wasn’t was was written on booking when we made the reservation). It was a bit complicated to communicate with the staff, because they didn’t speak much English and we didn’t speak Arabic.

The hotel was very clean and looked good, just like the photos. Loved the fact that there is a “living room” in the room. The staff is friendly and offers a good breakfast in the restaurant. Next to the hotel there is a super market where you can find everything you need!

Staff very much welcoming , smily and willing to help with any requests, all good English speakers. Staff manager very friendly. Not much choice for breakfast, but good and enough for the price paid. Location in a zone near the airport which was important for my trip. The room had everything needed, small kitchen with fridge and kettle, and complimentary water. Very clean. There is also a pool, but did not try it, however it was nice to have breakfast next to it.

Slow Wi-Fi connection, not good for work purposes, but otherwise fine enough.

The breakfast was good, the staff were very friendly especially David in the reception and Saad in the restaurant.Thank you for both of you! The building has an outside convenience store and small cafe that are very affordable.

Although, location is close to the airport but some bit far to the downtown. Uber or taxi would work good for commuting.

The hotel went beyond expectations to accommodate us. We arrived quite late and the 24hr reception were expecting us. It was a quick check-in process. Rooms were excellent will all the mentioned necessities and all in good working condition. They let us store our bags there as the flight was late in the night. The gentle.an at reception was very helpful and considerate. The restaurant also served very nice food with polite and professional staff at very reasonable prices. Will definitely recommend and book again if in Hurgada. Thank you

The hotel was clean, the facilities were all new and lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. The area is still getting built up l, so can't walk to the main strip but o ly a 6 minute uber ride.

Very clean , new and cost effective

We stayed at this hotel for four nights, and everything was excellent. We appreciated the option for early check-in, as the room was already prepared. We dined at the restaurant several times (not just for breakfast), and while the food was great, there weren’t many vegetarian options. We especially enjoyed the coffee. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Additionally, there’s a market and pharmacy nearby, which is convenient if you need anything. I highly recommend this place

The Staff is very friendly, funny and helpful. Espacially a big compliment to David at the reception and Melad in the restaurant for their good work!

The building is next to the street, it was quiet noisy because our room was facing the street.
