Nothing/ all is good

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel and there were several things that stood out for me. Firstly, Mr. Karim's attentive service and personalized recommendations were exceptional and greatly enhanced my experience. Secondly, the hotel's stunning beach and well-maintained pools provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation. Lastly, the nightly shows were incredible and added to the overall perfection of my stay. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of hospitality provided by the hotel staff and I look forward to returning in the future.

The location is great, in addition all the staff is very nice and professional, especially Mr.karrim was friendly and really helped us during check in and check out.

Our Room was very nice had a wonderful view enjoyed sitting on the balcony, the food was very good with plenty of variety, ALL the staff were helpful and friendly, would definitely go back to this hotel.

But if you go to eat during the last 20 minutes you will find nothing

When we arrived, we were upgraded to a suite which had so much room and the most incredible view. The private balcony was welcomed as we were able to relax in peace without a worry. We had a little trouble with the bathroom but everything was resolved as quickly and swiftly as possible. The service we received from everyone we encountered was nothing short of wonderful. This included the reception staff, especially the manager Wael, who arranged late checkout for free for us. The waiters in the dining hall and lounge area, specifically Ahmed, Muhammad, Mahmud and Mostafa. Maintenance staff such as Nagy and Amr, as well as housekeeping. The lifeguards such as Sheriff and all the recreation staff. The staff who arranged our drivers and excursions were also outstanding. Nothing was too much and everyone treated us with the utmost respect and kindness. They took the time to explain things and patiently communicated with us, considering English wasn't their first language. Everyone ensured our time with them was terrific. When we weren't in the hotel, we were still fully looked after, we felt safe and protected. We booked to go to Luxor and Cairo, and the hotel arranged female tour guides for us which was a welcomed surprise. They were very lovely and incredibly knowledgeable. Naser who was our driver to both Luxor and Cairo, was the most respectful man. He was chivalrous, opening the door for me whilst getting in and out of the car. He also had the most calming presence. We also went to see the local markets and a surprise tour guide was arranged for us, Zizu. He treated us like his own sisters and ensured that we had the best experience. In all, due to all the staff, our first experience in Hurghada was so much more than we could have hoped for and they will be the reason why we would return.

The hotel itself is a bit dated and could do with some restoration. The food was repetitive and was bland.

Everything. This is our second visit to Royal lagoons and we are so happy to return there. The staff are very welcoming and always smiling at you. We are being welcomed with their generousity, we have been upgrade from a standard room to a double room for free, Karim at the reception is really a generous man :) The restaurant is so nice with different types of grills everyday. The chefs are so nice and helpful. The waiters are always there to help you with whatever you need, special thanks to Mahmoud Abdel Aal, who took good care of all our needs before we even ask :) Sure we will come back again and again. This hotel is becoming our first option whenever we think of travelling to Hurghada.

I stayed 4 nights at Royal Lagoons Resort & Aqua Park (Families and Couples Only), and everything was absolutely wonderful. My family was so happy throughout our stay—from the warm welcome at the reception to every part of our experience. I’d like to express my sincere thanks to the entire reception desk for their professionalism and kindness. A special shoutout to the buffet team, especially Mr. Amr, for their exceptional service and delicious meals. I also want to thank the lifeguards for keeping everyone safe and being so attentive. The highlight for my little one was the nightly kids’ performance show—it was truly amazing and unforgettable! Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality and the high-quality service you provide to your guests. We truly appreciate it!

Wi-Fi wasn’t available in the rooms, and the elevator was a bit slow at times.

We had a lovely stay at the Royal Lagoons Resort & Aqua Park – Families and Couples Only. One of the highlights was being allowed to check in early, which was a great start to the trip and very much appreciated. The staff were welcoming and the atmosphere was relaxed, making it a comfortable environment for families and couples alike. However, the Wi-Fi was a bit disappointing. The connection was quite slow, and it was only accessible from the hotel lobby, which made it a bit inconvenient. It would be great to see improvements in that area to enhance the overall guest experience.
