Amazing swimming pools, Spacious room and bathroom. Very nice lounge bar. Very good choice of foods. Staff very friendly. Fun activities for small children. Lots of sunbeds, loungers by the pools.

Very limited choice of Alcoholic drinks- one red wine, one white wine and one beer (all very average quality) but they did have usual spirits and juices. Our room was in the south west building (room balcony facing North East) so never got any sunlight! Resort is also very big so feels less cozy (like massive swimming pools with apartment buildings on opposite sides). During our stay maintenance work was going on like painting in our corridors and lobby areas with resultant paint dust! Evening entertainment average! Bookable “Wow restaurant” not worth it for vegetarians as only one set menu everyday! Overall just felt like a conveyor belt of tourists coming and going.

The hotel is ideally located, very close to airport. The beach and sea is extremely good, shallow and suitable for small kids, the sand is pristine white and water is very clean. There are multiple pools in the hotel, also very convenient for kids and they had a great time overall. the animations and overall entertainment is also quite OK.

Food is edible and there are a lot of options, but the overall quality could be a bit better.

There’s a lot of activities for kids, nice hotel for spend time with family, nice location in front of the beach. Thanks to Mohamed to maintain our room always clean whole our stay on the second floor (room 2319).

For a 5stars hotel basically no seafood, only once during my stay and no exotic fruits. The entertainment for adults needs to be improved as well.

-I really liked the overall experience. -Staff was super friendly and helpful all the time -Large variety of food (not everything suits my european stomach, but overall good). -Clean rooms, clean hotel. -Beach very near. -Lot of facilities: bars, minigolf, playground, spa, waterpark for kids -For kids: every day facepainting and mini disco is super cool 🥰 -If travelling as a family with smaller kids: this hotel is excellent choice!

-The evening entertainment show was way too loud in my opinion. Especially when kids are there, the speakers shouldn’t be that loud. (I think it disturbs those who are in front of the stage and those who try to sleep in their rooms.) -Once we left on the door “do not disturb”, but surprisingly they entered the room and clean again when not asked (it disturbs my privacy) -Animation team for kids on stage in the evening could try to smile a bit

The gentleman welcoming guests at the entrance was incredibly kind and helpful – he gave us a warm smile every day and made us feel truly at home. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was spotless – rooms were cleaned daily, towels fresh, and even the smallest details were perfectly maintained. The restaurant staff were exceptional – always attentive, polite, and professional. The food was delicious and varied, with something new to try each day, and everything was freshly prepared and well presented. Whether it was the reception, bar, pool area, or cleaning team, every single staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay perfect. We’ve stayed in many hotels before, but the service and hospitality here were on another level. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable vacation.

Our stay at White Beach Resort Hurghada was absolutely flawless. From beginning to end, everything exceeded our expectations. The sea was stunning — crystal clear and perfect for both relaxation and swimming. The kids’ pools were impressively large and varied, offering plenty of fun for the little ones. The food was also excellent and carefully prepared. As someone with a sensitive stomach, I was especially pleased that I didn’t experience any discomfort — which is rare for me when traveling, and a big plus. Cleanliness throughout the resort was exceptional; everything was spotless and well-maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and we truly couldn’t find a single flaw. This is the kind of place that makes you want to return again and again. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation!

This was a perfect holiday with the family. The resort and activities were perfectly tailored for the kids to enjoy themselves and I loved it.

I wish the non-alcoholic drink options were better. There was only fresh orange juice available at breakfast, but no other fresh drinks at any other time of the day which was a shame as it would have been great to enjoy some more fresh fruit drinks

The staff works very hard to make you as happy as possible ( Mr Ahmed Araf, Mr Ayman, Ahmed front office, Mr Hany night Manager, Hemdan Mohamed housekeeping supervisor, Ahmed Ramy, and Mohamed Shakour restoration staff). The hotel is clean and has a good atmosphere. It's full of fun activities for teenagers and kids. Thanks to the animation team for making my daughters happy. I had to extend my stay because of my kids. It has too much variety of food and snacks.

The hotel is at full capacity, making guests uncomfortable and overwhelmed. The Restaurant is complete; it is a little hard to find an indoor table because of the hotel's capacity. The room had some issues, which were fixed after I requested them to be done. The check-in was too long for one of the rooms, even though I informed them of the time I was checking in a day earlier. I would love not to face this issue as I always come to pickalbutros to be comfortable and calm. Some of the guests do not belong to this hotel. The kids club is boring and limited time.

We are two adults and a child 5 years old 10 days stayed for the second time in two years in same hotel for vaccation . Positives: every day different variety of high quality food . Example fresh orange juice or fresh guave juice . Fisch ,Meat, vegetables, vegan, vegetarians , real honey .Syrian and Lebanese specialities like baba ghanoug, humous, mahashi, grill , mankoushi zatar etc . Friendly personal helps and works day and night . Nice reception. Children club speak German , English , polish , Russisch . Different programs for kids and have new ideas . Highlight is the animation staff ! This team is build from German , Egypt , polish , Tunisian, Spanish power . They are the heart of the resort . Always pro active and doing lot of activities and programs . Sporty and funny . They are very creative and empathy . Ahmed and Hannah are for me the two stars in this wonderful team. U must love them as they are incredible, lovely , creative and full of power and energy ! Respect ! Negatives : Nothing

The hotel has everything: a clean beach, heated pool, a food court by the sea with choices from traditional dishes to kid-friendly meals. The staff were always kind, patient, and kept everything spotless and organized. Our room was cozy, the beds soft, and the cleaning team even surprised us with sweet touches. The sun loungers were perfect for relaxing, and we always felt safe with friendly security around. Evenings were special too—engaging shows that made us laugh and, at times, feel deeply connected. What truly stood out was the atmosphere: the staff made us feel like family. It was our first time feeling sad to leave a hotel. We fell in love with the Red Sea, the blue sky, and most of all, the people here. We’ll definitely come back.
