The rooms were quite spacious . I liked the friendly staff and security . There was a big swimming pool and great views of the Town from the 3rd floor apartment, At breakfast the Chef makes a great egg omelete ,there is a in house taxi available which is always on call and on time . The Reception staff are able to arrange several local trips. I went on several trips and the highlight was visiting The Temples of Luxor, including a boat tri down the River Nile and lunch on Crocodile island, (If you are a Birder , Birdwatcher , This IS a incredible trip ! ).

The property require some maintaining but over all is acceptable comparing to the price you pay per night is better than anywhere else

It's been a pleasure to observe the attitude of the hotel staff during my short stay. From Mr. Ahmed giving friendly advices about the neighbourhood, to the restaurant chef making breakfast omelette on request with a big smile - everyone showed sincere willingness to make my stay nice and easy.

Upon arrival, it was a bit difficult to understand how to control two air conditioners in the living room and in the bedroom with a single remote control. Having a brief user manual would be helpful. Also, Internet connection required a WiFi router reset. I got clear instructions from the staff how to do it.

I stayed in a 55-square-meters junior suite which included a living room with very comfortable couches and a 280-channel TV, a small balcony, a clean bathroom with 5 towels, and a nice bedroom which had 2 very comfortable single beds, a large spacious wardrobe, a safe, as well as excellent air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. The breakfast was very delicious, the swimming pool's water was clean and well-filtered. For the price of 750 per night this deal was, in my opinion, an absolute bargain.

Firstly, there was no wifi service in the rooms, only in the reception, I could receive it in my room on the 2nd floor but of course if it ever received a signal it was always poor. They tell me they used to have Wifi in the rooms but the infrastructure they had was problematic for them to sustain, there were also next to no shower accomodations such as as a shower gel, shampoo or shaving cream. They only had another soap dispenser next to the taps which served the purpose but was obviously less than ideal. I relayed these 2 points to the staff on checkout and they said they were already aware and working on them.

- Staff were really friendly Ahmed greeted us very kindly and helped us to get settled very quickly. Islam made sure we had a very comfortable stay, he was always willing to help. Thank you both! - The swimming pool was clean. - The room (or apartment in our case) was very spacious. - Food at the hotel was amazing - not a huge variety but the quality was very good and consistent. - Very close to the airport. - Beaches are very close to the airport (20 minutes walking distance). I hope to stay here again soon.

- The two ACs were leaking but this was fixed very quickly once we informed the staff. - TV was a bit old and there weren’t any English channels.

It was good staff and very helpful people there. everything was good and clean with a good view outside of the hotel. I recommend too much and i will to come back in the future again if I was here thanks for all your team personal.

Just one thing i don't like it was the street district noise with many dogs barking sounds from evening till the late of nights.

Can't believe what great value this is. I have stayed here several times and I am never disappointed. For the room rate you get a huge bedroom living room bathroom and kitchen. On top of that there is a clean swimming pool to use, a a bar And food if you need it. Prices for everything are great value.

Nothing.

The apartments are simply wonderful: spacious, nicely decorated, good lighting, comfortable couch and chair in the living room, large windows, airconditioning, good water pressure and temperature in the shower everything is well maintained. Breakfast had quite a lot of items and was quiet and relaxing during my visit. It's 15 minutes walk to the nearest center with shops and restaurants, although there are a few individual stores closer to the hotel. For the price I paid, this was absolutely worth the money.

The main disadvantage of this hotel is that it is not at the sea shore, so it does not have it's own beach. If you want to swim in the sea you will need to use beaches that belong to other hotels and pay a small fee. There is a swimming pool at the hotel, but it's nothing special.

Room spacious, beds comfy with fresh linen, staff fantastic, reception even checked us into the next Jaz hotel we where going to, great breakfast, near airport, 10 min walk to mamsha promenade. , doesn't have the bells and whistles like big resorts , value for money for short stay , recommend, will return for sure , B&L

Stayed one night with two friends, nice spacious apartment and beautiful pool area, very calm. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, offered us dinner at 2 AM since we had half board (but obviously arrived way too late to expect anything). Even converted it to free lunch instead without us asking. Breakfast buffet was good with fresh omeletes.

The fridge in the room is really loud, but it doesn’t really matter when you close the doors to the bedrooms.
