small hotel but with renewed and very clean rooms with a good smell, the staff was amazing, they was so helpful & freindly specially Mr. Nagy, Ms. Esraa & Mr. Mohamed. The Centerised location, the hotel was close to new mamsha, souq, new corniche & marina. Beside the Daily access to Dream Beach, really i liked the beach vibes. Highly recommended for solo traveler girls, i was feel home & safe . But: -There was a hidden fees not mentioned in booking app, about 600 egp as a Vat fees, -There's no coffee or tea corner in the room even no water, but there's a mini market beside the hotel about one minute walking. NB: my reservation was ONLY BED.

I liked the location of the hotel, the quietness and cleanliness of the room and the toilet, and its closeness to the beaches and other areas of interest. It is a suitable place if you gonna spend your day outside discovering the city. There is also a nice roof that overlooks the Red Sea, if you wanna spend the night at the hotel. On breakfast, there were good varieties of food. It was a value added. I can't forget the hospitality of the staff, especially Mr. Nagi of kind manner, who welcomed us on our arrival and till our departure.

I wished if there was a private covered parking area due to the hot weather. There is only one elevator that serves the residents of the hotel. I wished that if there was an elevator for every zone of the hotel, then you wouldn't need to go up and down between stairs and the single elevator.

The location is great close to transportation. The staff was very helpful and solved a small problem I had. Thanks to Nagi the general supervisor and Mohamed at the reception.. They were friendly and helpful. I'm a repeat customer here. The sea view rooms are wonderful.. The room is simple and has everything you need. Including a safe. Ara is very safe at night. Breakfast is very nice and has a big collection. I advise anyone to try it.. With freshly made omelettes.

No iron to borrow when I need it. It would be helpful.

The staff are very hsopitable & friendly & they accepted to have my dog stay with me in the room. Room was a bit old dated but it was comfortable & the A/C was working perfectly. Breakfast was good & tastey. The hotel's location is next to the mamsha so u'll find something to do at night

There's no pool there & the beach is far from the hotel, u'll need to drive your car or get a taxi as you will not tolerate walking in a hot sunny day! Also, the beach is too small & very crowded with poeple from other hotels.

It was a place to remember and look forward to , room was exceptional , sheets were clean n comfy, mattress was typically what u would wish to find in a hotel, bathroom was so clean n equipped , mini bar was ice cold , A/C was working efficiently , staff was super friendly n helpful especially Israa whom i give a special thanks , value / money exceeded my expectations, looking forward to return asap 😉

The sea view is blocked by an under construction building which was frustrating.

The hotel corresponds to its category of 3* city hotel with a good price. The staff is amazing, responding immediately to any request. Just ask and the issue will be resolved as quickly as possible. The cleaning of the rooms is good, I have no complaints about this. Wi fi and air conditioning in the rooms.

There is not enough fruit at breakfast. We expect that Egypt is a country of fruits. It's watermelon and mango season. We cannot bring watermelon to our room, so it would be more convenient to have it for breakfast, the cost of fruit will not be large for the hotel.

I stayed here twice in on my trip, firstly in a simpler room to sleep after a late flight and then spontaneously for two more nights in a larger room a week later. I liked the breakfast, which had a nice range of vegetable dishes, and also the design of the hotel with the interior courtyard. However, the staff really made my two stays special. Helpful and polite, whether they were at reception, in the breakfast room or serving guests on the outside terrace. I would stay again!

The hotel manager Mr. Nagy offers such an good experience and service. Amazing person and will do everything to make you feel good and comfortable. Mr Nagy is Christian so it’s nice to feel and have a different approach. All the staff are super friendly and Mr. Amr is your go to when you need help in the room. The food and drinks in the hotel are really good and very cheap compared to the quality you get. Try their burger and the chicken shawarma!

The location is near the downtown and in front of the beach! Mr Amr Abdelhamid was very helpful and attentive! Mr Emad was very kind too! The Chef was very attentive to my requests! The lobby is well decorated with Christmas tree and there is an Arabic salloon outsite! The breakfast was rich and all the rooms have balconies and from the roof top you can enjoy a panoramic view on the beach and luxury yachts!

The bed sheets need to be renewed as their color is no longer white The DJ was loud till 5 of the morning

The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. A very special thank you for Mr. Nagy for being very helpful and making my stay as comfortable as it could be.
