Everything was very nice - the staff was super professional and genuinely worried about my comfort. They advised me on everything for my one day at the beach, carried my 30kg luggage up and downstairs for 3 floors and also made sure I had the voucher to visit the beach. Everything was clean and they free upgraded me to a studio, instead of a simple room - although I didn't need a full apartment, it was a very comfy one - they had everything, even a washing machine! And the balcony view was also breathless. They have an amazing rooftop where the restaurant is and the view is lovely!

Although I appreciated the value for an all inclusive board, I wasn't the biggest fan of the food. However, considering the price I've paid, I believe it was still a very good deal :)

I reserved room 309 … it is a complete apartment with 2 master bedrooms, a full kitchen and a front-load washing machine. The restaurant is great … food is not so variant but it is deliciously cooked and well served. The place is mainly a diving center and provides a professional diving services and professional diving equipment ….. if you have a diving license, you can enjoy a great diving trip Also, the place provides SSI diving licensing.

Tour reservation for Safari is not good and expensive.

Excellent family & friendly atmosphere, amazing food variety and quality. rooms are super clean and the room's view and rooftop dinner's view were breathtaking. I'd recommend this place, especially for such a price. The decorations and games on the beach were amazing for photos and we had a great time.

The reception lady made it worth welcoming my family, she proposed other room options with lower standards as no balcony rooms however my booking shows the balcony facility. I contacted booking.com directly and they solved the problem and that was appreciated. Thanks to Mr. Mohamed/ booking.com for his awesome & quick support so I take my exact booked rooms. That was a special case as the rest of the staff were very professional and friendly.

Great value. Clean, nice room. The hotel has a diving centre. Old Hughada is within walking distance.

The food was very average and repetitive. There's not much to do in the hotel, and the WiFi sometimes has issues. Very small pool open just till 5pm (its mostly used for scuba classes)

The room was clean, and the staff was very supportive and welcoming, especially Ms. Amira , she was the best person we have ever met in this hotel.

The time for the checkout is better to be after 2 pm

This hotel is just a hidden gem of Hurghada! Great location next to the Sheraton Road Promenade, own private beach across the road. The hotel is very clean and the staff are constantly keeping it clean. Room cleaning is excellent too. The food in the restaurant is variegated and delicious, everything is very clean and the service is top notch! But the biggest plus of this hotel is its staff! Such friendly, attentive and caring staff I have not met for a long time! Here you are treated as a dear guest or friend. Special thanks to the receptionists Mahmoud and Selim for their responsiveness and willingness to help. And a huge thank you to the restaurant and bar staff - you are all great, especially Mustafa, Aziz, Ali and Mohammed! Thank you for your friendliness and attention!

I would feel much more comfortable if the hotel sold alcoholic drinks (at least beer). I had to go into town after dinner to have a beer or a cocktail. On the beach also do not sell alcoholic beverages, and the cost of soft drinks is very high. At arrival you are provided with free 5gb internet, but the code is valid only for 1 connection - either mobile or laptop. I had to buy an extra connection for my laptop.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel with its clean and comfortable rooms, as well as the extremely friendly and helpful staff who were always ready to assist and make our stay more enjoyable. The food was tasty and varied, although sometimes a bit repetitive during longer stays. The beach has a nice sandy entrance and shallow water, which is great for families with children, but for me it was a bit of an issue since I’m used to deeper water for swimming. So water shoes are a must because of the corals and rocks if you want to go into deeper areas. One of the biggest advantages of the hotel is definitely the rooftop terrace with a spectacular sea view. The terrace is mostly quiet and empty, providing the perfect atmosphere to relax, enjoy the sunset, or find peace away from the crowds. It’s especially well-suited for couples and older guests looking for a calm and enjoyable holiday, as it’s generally quiet with few children around, and features beautiful views and a relaxing environment 🌞

The hotel does not offer alcoholic drinks (personally I don’t drink, but it’s important to know if you expect it), and some additional services like bottled or canned juices, certain coffees, and internet beyond 5 GB come with extra charges. Tap juice is included in the price. It’s worth noting that the beach is not right in front of the hotel, but about 300 meters away, and you need to cross a busy road.

The staff was extremely friendly, the buffet was not that big but the food was really tasty and different every day. The rooms were really spacious and really quiet. Room cleaning every day.

We didn't really understand what was included in all inclusive (we payed for a canned coke on the first day and later found out that you get it for free in glasses). Also unfortunately the pool was in the shade almost the whole day so we didn't use it. The building is quite old so it was really basic, some things not super well maintained but for the price it was totally fine and clean.

I cannot say enough about the incredible staff at this establishment. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that made me feel instantly at home. The team is not only friendly and polite but truly hospitable, going above and beyond to ensure that every need is met. They are at your service 24/7, always ready with a smile and a solution. I have traveled extensively, and I can confidently say that I have never experienced a better staff anywhere. They made my stay exceptional. The terrace where they serve dinner is superb.

I didn’t receive the room I initially booked, which was disappointing. On the bright side, the staff was very accommodating and offered to upgrade me to a better room in a couple of days. While the service is top-notch, a few improvements in these areas would make the experience even better. The WI-FI connection is extremely weak.

We liked everything and have almost nothing to complain. From the reception to the waiters in the restaurants, they were always friendly and tried their best. The room size is quite good so do the bathroom size. All very clean and in nice condition. We got a room with balcony with a great view!

The food in the first day we did not like. The vegetables were too hard, so not cooked enough. But in the second day was a bit better and finally in the third day was tasteful. But the salad here was always fresh differently of some other hotels we stayed in Egypt. It would be nice to have not just one type of fruit as a dessert and perhaps some ice cream available.
