Outstanding apartment, staff were all brilliant and really considerate throughout the entirety of the stay. Little gem of peace and tranquillity tucked away in the busy heart of Hurghada. Excellent location, everything you need is within 15 minutes walking distance. Will definitely stay here again in the future, couldn’t have asked for more everything was without fault. We loved our stay at Zak Inn!

Very good location with great quality for the price! Nice swimming pool with enough spots in the sun and shade! Really friendly staff and very clean.

The very good central location means a lot of noise from the streets. If you want a central location for a good price, this hotel is great. If you want some more peace i would recommend a place outside the city centre. Also one small piece of advice for the hotel crew: try getting a fridge with drinks at the reception, which would make it so you dont have to leave the hotel and can chill longer around the pool!

Very nice and clean hotel including pool. All the stuff is extremely helpful. The location is great, a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, a couple of beaches over the road. It's about 1 km from Marina, it means that the prices at restaurants nearby are 2-3 cheaper than in Marina. Money exchange and food store are next to the hotel.

Some small things might be better. There was no place for towels and teeth brush at the bathroom. There were only tea cups, 1 plate and 1 teaspoon in the room. As they don't provide breakfast, it might be more cutlery. And only one stool, no chair for 2-3 persons even the room is spacious.

Firstly the staff were fantastic,always there for your every need.Reception girls always ready to assist with any issues,Kareem the manager is so so helpful, any issues were immediately put right.Majid the house keeper is very approachable the helpfulness and welcome is exceptional.Secondly is the location,perfectly situated ,next door is the currency exchange,within in 2 mins walk is several bars ,restaurants and a gr8 choice of beaches.oppo is the Bella Viata Hotel which houses the Caribbean restaurant and its excellent food which is very reasonably priced.Thirdly the Zak Inn offers excellent value for money.We would like to express our profound thanks to Kareem and all of his staff for creating a friendly, welcoming and comfy stay..We will happily book another stay at the Zak Inn.

We had no issues ,everything was above our expectations.

We loved the pool area and how calm and quiet it was in comparison to other places we were in. Very relaxing. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always cleaning around the place. We had a small issue with our room which they happily resolved immediately. They gave us bottled water whenever we needed it. There was a pool table and table tennis table at reception which was fun in the evenings. The location was very central, with access to beaches right across the road, nice cafes and restaurants right across the road, plenty shops and activities including scuba diving companies nearby. Even though it’s in a busy area the hotel is kind of hidden away from the main street which was nice. The value for money was incredible, we were so glad we stayed here and not somewhere more expensive that was packed with guests.

Nothing really. We would love if the pool was a little warmer as it was a bit cold for us but we were also there during their winter so maybe it’s warmer in their summer.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was greeted by Ahmed Mostafa, who works at the reception. We had an extra person in our group at check-in and needed help to resolve the situation. Ahmed was extremely professional and managed to sort everything out in less than 5 minutes. From that moment on, Ahmed was incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. He not only assisted with check-in, but also provided excellent recommendations for activities at very reasonable prices. I later found out that other guests staying at different hotels had paid twice as much for the same excursions. Ahmed also gave me fantastic suggestions for local Egyptian restaurants, allowing me to experience authentic Egyptian cuisine. I honestly can't say enough good things about Ahmed and his exceptional service. For the price, this hotel is an incredible value, and Ahmed truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

A wonderfull gem in the Center of Hurgada. Close to the main beaches and shops, exchange shop just outside with 24hrs security, great prices for tourist attractions, very polite and helpfull staff. Cosy pool if you want to stay in, rooms have all the essencials, good housekeeping, you can even have your clothes cleaned and pressed for a few EP.

Shower has low water pressure, but I think its a problem throughtout the city. Air conditioning works well, but a little noisy to use during the night. Althou we stayed in April and never really felt the need to use it.

Price/performance ratio is perfect. Staff is friendly, kind and they always have a smile. They do everything they can for anything you need. A big thanks to the staff. Location of the hotel is great. Exchange office right next to the hotel, market is 30meters away. It's on a very lively streets with lots of restaurants, cafes. Walking distance to Hurghada marina. No food in the hotel but we bought some food from the closeby market, there was a kettle and tea/coffee in the room, we enjoyed having our breakfast on our balcony. For lunch and dinner you can find all kinds of restaurants nearby. Even tho the hotel is on a busy street it's not noisy. Cleaning service came everyday. We didn't use the pool but it seemed clean and big enough to enjoy. We will come back.

Wifi works around the reception area. Tho mine was working on the balcony too. It's not a big issue because we already bought a sim card at the airport. Something on the balcony to hang the wet towels and swimwear would be nice.

Great hotel and location. Nice swimming pool. You feel you're at home. The journey to Paradise island was outstanding. Ask reception for details and they can book it for you. It is a full day from early morning till 4:30pm. You are picked up from the hotel and brought back and everything is included in the price. The water around the island is crystal clear and we stayed for 1.5 hours on the island. On our journey back the boat stopped in a few locations for snorkelling.

I didn't have time to try the scuba diving boat journey. Similar to the above but for scuba diving. I would like to go back in the future specially to try it.

Balcony thermal French doors allowing in a goodly amount of light to the room. The French doors opened onto a nice balcony with very comfortable seating and a proper height table. All balconies overlook the pool. The room came equipped with a larger dorm style refrigerator in case someone wanted to stock with supplies. The mattress was comfortable and the cable tv service provided movie channels in multiple languages - including English. The bathroom is modern and also with the shower area partitioned from the other areas of the room - always a nice feature. The WiFi for my room was weakly adequate for social media type activity. But be informed that if you are digital nomad, you will need to utilize your own router, booster, or some other method to ensure functionality. The common area (swimming pool & courtyard) is furnished with very comfortable loungers and umbrellas, tables. It is always quiet and peaceful there - I very much enjoyed my time relaxing poolside. Everything, everywhere is clean and well maintained. All staff were very conscientious about their work and friendly.
