Bahga Palace 1 is in a very central location near the Seagull Resort. Really nicely presented holiday apartments. Could do with a few more things like saucepans n other cooking equipment, but was clean n comfortable. On the higher floors some people may struggle with the volume of the muezzin esp at 4.30am (I personally loved it) but if u ask at reception they will be happy to try n move u to a quieter location. TV had a free view type set up but there were no English speaking channels, except 2 that had films, with Arabic subtitles, but then I don't go on holiday to just watch TV.. laundry facilities would be nice too. Could've done with a few more kitchen utensils n cooking equipment.

Personal was very friendly and they manage everything we need through our vacation. Apartment was really nice, big space and also had good vibe … I’m 100% sure we will be there soon again 💪🏽

I enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was spacious, clean, quiet and inexpensive. Hossam was kind and very helpful. The communication was great as he always replied quickly to my messages. I gladly recommend this place to other guests.

I have stayed in Bahga Palace 5 several times over the past few years and each time I have been very happy with everything. This time however was exceptional as the property has been completely refurbished to a very high standard. It has everything a family needs for a comfortable stay. The staff are all very nice and helpful and there are all the necessary facilities needed nearby for a great holiday.

There is nothing to dislike.

The room was large and had a full size fridge. This is not a hotel, it's an apartment so you do not get towels or toiletries.

Communication needs to be better. I arrived early and as it's an apartment, there is no reception. Tried to call the number provided several times with no answer. Only got an answer once check in time arrived.

The contact with staff was good as i was running late for check in, seaview room hsd fantastic views also had very clean facilities Thank you

the location was great and convenient. calm but 5min walking from the center. the Hossam was really kind and always there to help.
