Spacy apartments 2 steps from the Sheraton street with lots of cafes, bank and the sea. 15-20 min walk from Marina. Inside - full kitchen with microwave, kettle, electric stove, coffee pot, mixer and other enough in case you want to cook at home. Thanks for washing liquid and other small things, that you usually not using much to buy full bottle. And welcome water/tea/coffee/cookies. Really good Internet everywhere in the buildings and on the roof is the definite competitive advantage. Blackout curtains and convenient bed. Enough light, TV, Air conditioner. Great roof with warm pool and perfect sea view, lots of places to sit and relax. And the staff - very helpful & positive. Sofya, special thank for small talks and recommendations. Near by: Coffee studio - great breakfast whole Day, Costa coffee, and lots of cafes for dinner. Good supermarket Abu Ashara 5 min walk.

The city overall is quite loud, you can't escape it. Though apartments are in relatively quiet area. The walls are quite thin - not an issue if the neighbors are calm, I didn't have any problem during 2 weeks stay. Furniture is not that new, but everything is in the good condition. Overall, very minor comparing to good things you get.

Excellent location. Extremely friendly staff. Ahmet, the general manager and Nasser the receptionist are extremely helpful. If something was missing, they always tried to provide it for us. And other support staff were always ready to help. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds.

Poorly equipped kitchen. Sea shell beach has a nice restaurant on the dock and sunbeds and umbrellas, but there is a strong small part of the sea available, as if you are in a basin. The sea is shallow and cloudy, not nice for swimming. The music is unbearably loud on the beach! It's a pity that they don't have an agreement with Eden Beach, then the experience would be complete!

Our apartment was spacious. The beds were comfortable; the gas stove worked easily; the water in the bathrooms was hot if we wanted it to be. Our balcony had a nice view of the water. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our kids had diarrhea during the trip and they helped us with calling a doctor to make an appointment, searched for local labs and medical centers. We really appreciated them. The beach was about a 10 minute walk and was small, but just what we needed for our family of 4. Chairs were included for free!

We were on vacation with two small children (so they went to bed or took naps often while we were awake) and the Netflix and YouTube and Spotify were blocked on the hotel WiFi. That basically made the smart tv useless to us.

I stayed at Lilly Apartment and had an excellent experience. The apartments are very well-equipped, comfortable, and clean – everything you need for a perfect stay. What truly makes the difference is the staff: always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. Every day they would check in to see how I was doing and if I needed anything, which made me feel right at home. I especially want to mention Madnoud at the reception – he’s an incredibly kind and helpful person. It was always a pleasure to arrive at the hotel and stop for a chat with him. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location offers truly breathtaking views that made every moment memorable, and the apartments were immaculate and well-maintained. What truly set this stay apart was the incredible staff, particularly Haneen, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Her attentiveness was remarkable - she was always available to answer questions and regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. This level of personal care and genuine hospitality made our stay truly special. The combination of stunning views, pristine accommodations, and exceptional service creates an experience I would eagerly repeat.

Anything that was needed would get done promptly, We stayed at a 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious and clean. My children enjoyed their stay and want to go back again, which we will most definitely do as it was very comfortable and the staff from reception,admin,management even housekeeping,particularly Mr Ahmed, manager Marium, mahmud, Ahmed on the rooftop and the whole housekeeping team..all were very very accommodating to every need during the stay..

Too quick ended very fast want to stay longer...Don't worry Mr Ahmed will be back tell your team...

It was too quick want to spend more time there ...

The staff in the apartment went above and beyond to accommodate me. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Every day, a member of the team messaged me on WhatsApp to ask if everything was OK and if I needed help. The personal WiFi in each apartment was super fast, and I never had any issues. The location was great, and I didn't have to walk far to get to the beach or to go shopping. The pool on the roof was great, and the view from the roof was breathtaking. I would like to say a special Thank you to Khaled who always made me feel welcome and always smiled.

Everything was perfect

This was my second time in hotel, I was very excited about the changes made since then. Hotel now has the free breach access (about 12 mins away walking) and second (deeper) pool available (Lilly's Lounge & Pool; close to the beach). I really love this new facilities. Staff was also very kind and professional. They were checking daily if everything's ok, if we need anything etc. It was also very close to main street with lots of stores, restaurants, ATMs etc.

As the water in non-drinkable we always needed to go out and buy bottled water. I would suggest hotel to secure bottled water for their visitors (at least 1.5 l for a day). Even there was free wi-fi, it was only enough for chat but otherwise wasn't very strong so I was bit disappointed. There was also smart TV so I tried to log into my account f.e Netflix, Apple TV etc. but the connection was not stable enough to watch. I would suggest to invest more into stronger wi-fi.

The rooms service in these apartments were great, hadn’t seen such a nice hotel for a long time. We were together with my Wife in a vacation in Hurghada and decided to have a stay at this hotel and I have to say, that we made really a great choice. The team was really friendly, helped us with different kinds of questions (e.g. the orientation in the city, tricks and tips for the stay), provided support, when we asked for it, what I find is the most important thing, when you are woking in the social environment. The room. It was great. Big and nice room with a great view on the sea. Totally clean, has a great modern fridge, smart TV and a WiFi connection. In both rooms (kitchen and bedroom) you have 2 air conditioners, which are helping you to survive in this a little bit hot climate;) In the bedroom you have a nice big bed with a closet for your clothes and stuff. You also get free access to the great beach, because the hotel has a contract with it. The beach is also really good, clean and with friendly staff, including restaurant and bar as well. You do also have a pool with bar on the roof, where you can spend a great time if you’re not in the mood going out on the hot weather The hotel is also offering a great choice of the activities, that you can choose and enjoy to the content of your soul. Firstly, even before we arrived at the accommodation, we booked a tour via “GetYourGuide” to the city of Cairo, which totally disappointed us. That’s why we were a little bit scared to book something else, when we found out, that the hotel is offering tours as well. But we decided to book a tour to Orange Bay with snorkeling, island visit and banana ride. Now THAT was a tour. The team was friendly, interested in the guests and this time we’ve really felt, like this was a rest, comparing to the tour on GetYourGuide.

The only aspect is there are a lot of constructions that are going on around the hotel and it can be a little bit loud from time to time, but still it’s okay 😉
