The staff especially in the lobby bar and restaurant Cleopatra at the hotel is very nice and welcoming. Always smiling and paying attention to us, both servers and supervisors in Cleopatra. Ahmed Aziz (picture) in the lobby bar was extremely serviceminded and very friendly, thank you! Also Mohammed who cleans rooms 400hall and does towel art is great! Hotel has great location, walking distance to new marina which is a nice area.

Cleanliness could be better in the restaurant (especially the chairs).. also the handicap stairs are to steep and slippery. The spa at the hotel is not good, before you pay you are king but after you give money they dont really care much.

We stayed in a room with both pool and sea views, just as we had hoped. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The booking manager even extended our check-out time until 4 pm, allowing the three of us to enjoy the hotel's facilities and meals until our midnight flight. This gesture made our last day so much more relaxed and comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to the Marina, fish market, and mosque. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the meals offered a wide variety of options that suited all of us, even though we come from different nationalities. The beach also offers something for everyone: one side is peaceful for those seeking quiet, while the other side is lively with all-day beach entertainment and music, providing enough activity to keep you engaged. Overall, we had an amazing stay at the Seagull Hotel and can’t wait to return!

We spent a week in this beautiful resort on the sea just a stone's throw from the city center. The hotel has everything you need to spend a relaxing and fun holiday. During the entire stay the staff was always smiling and friendly, we felt at home. The beach is beautiful, there are many shops and the food is good and varied. Thanks to the entertainment staff Harlu, Temo and Tonich. Very nice guys, full of initiative and never intrusive. To the staff on the beach in particular Hady, very nice and kind. Thanks also to the staff at the Eid und Amir bar for the delicious drinks, and last but not least a big thank you to Mr. Hany Shehata, for his professionalism and kindness towards us. My stay at your hotel was an exceptional experience in every way. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for by the professional and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities a guest could need. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the hotel manager, Mr. Hany Hassan, who was always available to ensure our stay, was comfortable and free of any issues. I also want to thank all the staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious and varied. The stunning sea view added an extra touch of magic to our stay. I will definitely return to stay at this hotel again and will recommend it to all my friends and family. The hotel facilities are very nice, the beaches on the Red Sea are beautiful, and you have the option of a smaller calm beach with fewer waves and a bigger beach. The food served at breakfast, lunch and dinner was of good quality, and drinks were also included (juices, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages).

We expected the small camel ride inside the hotel to be free or very cheap, but the gentleman wanted to charge us an extra 15 EUR (not even near the pyramids, the ride was so expensive). And as with any other extra activities, like snorking or windsurfing, the extra charge can vary widely depending on the amount of people looking for that activity and your capacity to bargain with the seller.

The resort is huge, has everything you need for an amazing holiday. The food is delicious and always fresh, all areas are very clean and the bedrooms have a fantastic view to the pool and the sea. The animation never stops throughout the day, and the night shows in the resort’s own amphitheater are spectacular, different every night. With the 2 private beaches and water park it makes Seagull resort the best choice to stay in Hurghada. Thanks to all the staff for being so helpful and going above and beyond to ensure guests have a wonderful holiday! Will definitely come back!!

Everything about hotel, the staff and the food was great, they really exceeded my expectations. Basem Daoud who assisted us with our check-in and our needs for the stay was great. on the 5th when we checked in it was our anniversary and he made sure that he gets the room prepared to surprise my husband and even got a table reserved and decorated for dinner. What a way to get WELCOMED. My husband was really impressed and 😊. Happy husband, happy wife, 😊 Basem nailed it. Thank you for the exceptional service. Mohammed from house cleaning was on the ball, the swans and elephant towels were 👌 My daughter was also catered for, the resort really is great, they have everything for all ages so there was never time to get bored. The various activities available keeps you entertained the whole day. The area also, is safe to also walkaround day or night so if you prefer night walks definetely a place to come to. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definetely return in future. Definitely VALUE for money.

A very nice location. The beach was exceptional. There are a lot of different fish to find at snorkeling in front of the beach. The food was really good and a lot of variation. Also we had Huda as an assistant. She took care of us and was everytime available for various questions and assistance. She was very kind to us and very attentive.

Holiday was too short

Good location in the city center. All staff were really welcoming and ever so helpfull, we wanted our room to be changed and there was absolutely no problem. 2 great restaurants and few bars, tables get cleaned within seconds after previous guests have left, no queues, everything seems to be organized and smooth. Same at the swimmingpools. Rooms are clean,beds comfortable. Hany the manager always around to make sure all is ok,thank you ;).
