We travelled with Family and friends (6 persons - 3 rooms) The beach IS very nice. The beach staff IS very Kind and helpful. Mena IS a good beach Manager and have a perfect team. Also Emad at the beach bar IS very friendly and kind! We also enjoyed the evenings at the main pool - Mohamed at the Pool bar was also very Kind and Always smiling! The food was delicious - we liked Most the different soups with Lemon - everyone has to taste IT! We say thank you to the whole kitchen and Service Team!! Very helpful Always! Also the rooms are very nice - Nady IS a good cleaner and friendly Always !! We don't want to forget the reception Team Salama and sobhy at the reception are Always helpful and friendly. They also helped US with our luggage (Check in and Check Out!) There was also a very motivated Team who make Some dances at the beach and invited US to some Partys in the night. All in all we Had a very nice stay Here in the Mina Mark Hotel and we will visit IT again!

There was only one Situation that we don't Like. One day We were one of the last at the beach - still leaving and the staff Starts to Spray Something against the Moskitos there. They have to wait Till the beach IS empty! We Told IT the General Manager and He say sorry for this Situation and IT will never Happen again He promised. Also we get directly some Cookies and fruits in our room to say sorry! This was also friendly!

6th time visiting Minamark - one of my favorite hotels in Hurghada because of the location and facilities. Last was 2019 and I can see only improvements compared to my last visit. The staff is pleasant, polite and quite helpful - special thanks to Mr. Raouf who took care of our room number 722 - room was always very nicely cleaned and with fine decoration and supply of towels and bottled of water. Wi-Fi signal improved with additional cheap paid service is available for all the hotel. Food was also well prepared, not to mention additional paid restaurants and the exceptional seafood restaurant near to the beach bar called - Sea bride. New big screen (200") TV screen near the main restaurant and bar with running live sport events also surprised me positively. Beach and water sport facilities also are improved with the only drawback - limited number of the beach seabeds.

Seabed number at the beach and way to reserve one as all of them are occupied by towels at 08.00 in the morning.

The beach is spectacular staff very friendly specially the front desk. Very clean hotel. Very joyful activities done by animation team. Location is fantastic , close to anything you might need.

Power cut off for couple of times didn't stay off for long period and it wasn't the hotel's fault. AC in the lobby needs to be on

Nice location and worth the money

No parking. We asked for iron but they don’t provide iron to the room, you have to use the laundry downstairs and it’s expensive. The internet is only in the lobby.

The staff in the restaurant and animators team was lovely, very attentive. The territory is small but maintained very well. Beach is quite packed but has space for everyone. Lots of things for the kids (but be careful, some can be broken)

Some guys at the reception were incompetent. For example, one wanted to charge us an extra night due to his miscalculations (and we spent an hour arguing late at night till he admitted he was wrong). There were several problems in the room (the air con stopped working at some point, the was a small trouble with a window which couldn’t be closed). The reception did not solve them, just constantly repeated that some people would come and fix. At the same time, there are a couple of guys who are trying their best at the reception, you just need to be lucky to catch them.

This was my fifth time here at Minamark hotel . As usual all the staff members were helpful cheerful and friendly especially Salama from the house keeping team . Food was good and had many varieties. Overall I enjoyed my stay .

great stay - awsome beach at hotel - even saw a dolphin near. Mohamed at bar was always so nice. Shady at reception was helpful and a problem solver. Food was also good - restaurant offer late dinner if you arrive after 9pm.

the security manager was rude after the check out - even we discussed everything with the reception that we have an all day program cuz late flight and let us leave our luggage there - after we arrived back at hotel he run after me and treat like a thief without my bracelet, learn to respect your guest!

The hotel was fab with a beautiful reception area. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and most were always ready to greet you with a cheerful smile. The lifeguard team were amazing and kept the beach free of litter, raking the sand every morning and cleaning in and around the pools. They would also do their best to find you a sunbed and set it up for you with your towel. There was level access from the beach into the sea as well as steps down from a jetty and it was safe for paddling as well as swimming. Sometimes a few fish to see, but not the really clourful reef fish. There were some rocks in parts but no need for beach shoes unless you can't see where you're putting your feet! There was also an onsite dive centre that looked well organised. The children's pool and play areas were well equipped. The animation team were great and there was a variety of evening shows. I loved the position of our room. Although the furniture was a bit old, the room was clean and the air conditioning worked very well. Food was always plentiful in the restaurant and it was kept very clean by the waiters and chefs. Food in the Chinese restaurant was good. The gardens leading down to the beach were beautiful and were well tended by a small team of gardeners.Tea and coffee by self service machine was available 24/7. I also enjoyed a reasonably priced massage in the spa. Outside the hotel it was very lively with shops and restaurants all around. And finally, thank you to the reception team for your smiles and helpfulness!

Wine and beer being served to us in paper cups. Especially wine, because it leaked through the bottom of the cup! There weren't enough seats in the pool bar area for relaxing with a drink in the evening. If you did manage to get a seat here, staff would serve you drinks in a glass. There was an indoor bar that looked very nice, but drinks there were extra charge. They also had a singer there and small dance floor. It would have been better to provide this for all guests to enjoy. Some guests were early morning 'sunbed baggers' but this happens in most places. I would have liked clearer information about the a la carte restaurants and where to book them - we missed out on a visit to the Italian restaurant because we only found out on our last day.

We loved the facilities,location,variety of food, security, tours on offer and above all else the friendly, flexible staff. New years eve party was the highlight. Everyone was so kind and genuinely helpful. My children had such an awesome time that they want to return here again. Thank you for making our trip so memorable.there were so many highlights and New Years Eve party was so grand that it was an event we will never forget to kick off 2024. Some of the staff who went above and beyond were: 1. Shady who assisted resolving an issue with my online booking speedily when he intuitively picked up while walking the front desk that we arrived from a long journey with 2 kids and needed to get into a room quickly. He also speedily resolved the hot water in the room. 2. Hamada who was spot on in understanding the tours and renting us snorkel gear and helping the children snorkel. Something they did for the first time 3. All the lifeguards on the beach who worked during the day keeping an eye on the boys and guiding them where to snorkel. 4. Salama from housekeeping who made sure we came back to a clean room always done with a smile. 5. All the chefs and waiters especially the chef on duty for breakfast downstairs who had about 7 orders on the go in his head and got it all right, the chef downstairs serving the meat, the lady making the bread. The pastry chef. There was one chef in particular whom my son Khai forned a friendship.and he always checked on him during meal times. Thank you so much. Khai will be writimg personal thank you notes for all of them. 6. The awesome animation team who took the festive vibe to the next level. You all exceeded our expectations. We will be back and will share with our amazing experience. The safety of the resort is also something to highlight as I felt comfortable leaving my children to go around on their own. This is priceless
