Perfect location, right in the center of Hurghada on Sheraton Street, cozy, nice room (the best room with a balcony and city view is #310 🥰), everything very clean and fragrant, excellent service and kind, sincere service staff! 🙏😊 In particular, Mr. Taha's attention and care were particularly important and made me feel completely safe and comfortable. The price included two beaches just across the street, both great, but especially Eden, with a sandy entrance to the sea, clean and comfortable. I can definitely recommend this place as excellent and I will be returning to Redcon Suites as soon as possible!!🫶☀️

Really nice hotel with clean rooms, breathtaking view from the rooftop and with a perfect location if you don’t want to spend your whole vacation in a resort, rather explore the city and the local restaurants and bars. The nightlife is crazy in a good way, the streets are totally safe for tourists in the evening as well. Staff is so welcoming and helpful, especially Taha who wrote us every day just to make sure that everything is ok with us inside and also outside of the hotel. They really do everything to make your stay perfect and comfortable, and you will always get a cute smile from the doormen:)

We had a wonderful stay at Redcon Suites ! The entire team was extremely professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. A special thank to Taha at the reception he was incredibly helpful, kind, and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. I’ll definitely be back! We booked all our activities during our stay with Egytour and everything was perfect from start to finish. Many thanks to Abdallah and Houssem for their availability and clear explanations. Because of them, we lived some unforgettable moments. Their service was impeccable: very helpful local recommendations, professional guides, listening and always smiling. We also very much appreciated their daily follow-up, a little message each day to make sure everything was going well and to know our potential needs. A real plus that makes all the difference! Everything was amazing, especially Mr. Taha. He constantly checked in to make sure everything was perfect. Whenever I requested anything, it arrived almost instantly. I asked for an extra pillow, and it came right away, along with a large box of tissues. Service was always prompt. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the soundproofing was excellent, I couldn’t hear a thing from other rooms or even the street. The place was peaceful and very relaxing.

The only small issue was the Wi-Fi. It kept disconnecting inside the room. But honestly, you’re here for a beach vacation, not for the internet, so it wasn’t a big deal at all.

The room truly became our home for the period. We will definitely come back again! We've had everything we needed, the room was cosy and convenient.

The neighbouring cafes can be ridiculously loud till midnight or even later. A small clothes dryer for beachwear would have been useful on the balcony, and it would’ve been great to have an extra blanket in the closet along with the additional pillow, which has already been present in the wardrobe. I think we could have asked the staff for these things — everyone was very attentive — but we simply forgot to mention it, so I’m just recalling it after the fact. Other than that, I have no suggestions — everything was great.

hotel is at the heart of city, very easy to access supermarkets, restaurants and other shopping facilities. i stayed at room with sea view on 1st floor, my room was very clean and tidy with all necessary kitchen equipments. there was a nice beach just other side of the street which was free for hotel customers. most important part is the great staff of the hotel, they were all professional and sincere. Housekeeping Mahmut, reception Majed and especially reception Taha were very helpful. Taha solved every request immediately with positive behaviour. i definitely will prefer to visit again.

I had a very pleasant stay at Redcon Suites. The place was clean and well maintained, and the location was convenient (close to shops, restaurants, and main attractions.) The beach is great and also nearby, which was a big plus! The staff were polite and helpful. Taha checked in with us daily to make sure everything was okay and ask if we needed anything. We also booked all our activities (Luxor, the desert safari, Hula Hula, and Cairo) through the hotel. Hosam helped us with the bookings and checked with us after each trip to make sure everything went well, which we appreciated. It was very nice to have someone available to answer all questions and help arrange things easily. I would recommend booking activities through the hotel for good prices and convenience. They sent us a lot of information though Whatsapp before we even arrived at the hotel, which we also appreciated a lot. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. I ended up extending my stay, which says enough and would definitely stay here again if I came to Hurghada.

Everything was great. I don't know where to start. First of all, before arriving, during the booking the communication with Mr. Taha was excellent. He explained everything. I asked for early check in, and Mr.Taha immediately told me if the room is ready, no any problem. I checked in 8 o'clock in the morning. The beach is across the street, nice beach, and the price at the bar are more the affordable. The apartment we found very clean. Perfect view from the balcony, to the sea and the beach. Close to everything, markets, bars, restaurants in 2 min walking. Every day Mr. Taha was sending me messages asking if we need anything. Totally recommended.

This is the second time staying here this time with our baby. We love the hotel, it has everything you need with a kitchenette and right across the road from the beach. Great location too lots of restaurants, cafes, pharmacys and supermarkets all within walking distance. Staff are all amazing, especially Taha, going above and beyond ensuring we have everything we needed and checking in with us every few days. Rooms were always cleaned to a great standard which we appreciated because our baby loves playing on the floor. We will definitely be back again in the future!

Wish there was baby cot in the room as it would make it much easier for baby to sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Hurghada. One of the best things about it is that there are no hidden charges at all, which made the experience very transparent and trustworthy. The 24-hour front desk service is fantastic — no matter what time you arrive or check out, they are always ready to assist. What I especially liked is that the hotel allows you to order food directly to your room, which is very convenient. The staff are extremely warm and friendly, making me feel very welcome. A special shoutout to Taha, who checked in with us every day to see if we needed any help. His kindness really made a difference in our stay. Highly recommend this hotel!
