Everything was beyond amazing! We were pretty shocked when we entered the room, cause we got the perfect view with no neighbours. The general restaurant where they served breakfast, lunch and dinner had so incredibly delicious food. A gigantic buffet hot and cold with so many varieties and so tasty. The staff were all amazing, hard working staff. The beach was perfect the drinks you name it. They had so many activities throughout the entire day and night. You couldn't get bored on that place. We will definitely go back to this place, everything was perfect from the moment we arrived (amazing greeting) to the moment we left. Higky recommended! *****

To be honest this negative feedback goes to the guests! It sad to watch hard working people like servers or cleaning staff getting mistreated by hotel guests. We saw guests not being polite, not a thanks, nor even looking at staff, or sometimes yelling at them. People like you should be more humble towards people that serves you, they're human beings just like everyone else.

The staff are generally extremely friendly and helpful. Ahmed from Concierge is an angel. Food was very good and had diversity, desserts were lovely, especially the caramel mousse. Rooms were big and well cleaned.

The WiFi is only available in the main areas of the hotel, we had next to no WiFi in our room. City view rooms are not relaxing and do not enable a good nights sleep as taxis horn all through the night. Some of the holiday reps can be very pushy with activities and requesting reviews.

All inclusive deal is perfect, staff are very friendly and always asking if any beverages need to be served and happily serve. Very wide variety of food in the open buffet, with decent quality. Overall good value for money, I really enjoyed my stay. The pools is good, no issues. The jacuzzi by the pool with an exceptional sea view is awesome. My room had a great view of the sea. Spa and Gym are decent. Special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim for being super helpful and making sure the stay is satisfying, same to all the staff really.

The prices of room service and laundry etc. are in euros or equivalent in EGP. That in the end reflects to a relatively high price in EGP.

Everything was great, beach, pool, food and the vibes. I loved everything. And i would like to thank Mr Mina in the reception for his always smiling face and he was so helpful, kind and friendly and trying to help in every possible way. A spacious room with a big balcony that offers a fantastic view of the sea. Staff was very professional and helpful. Food and drinks of very good quality. The variety of food is very good. Pool area has great vibes.

While A/C in the room was very good, in the reception area it was very weak. There was no A/C in the a la carte restaurant and even in main restaurant it was weak.

Advertised 6 restaurants, one was permanently shut, one is chargeable and one is a health and diet option. The chargeable option is a snack bar on the beach during day and you get plastic tables and plastic pull down screens at night. Not what we would pay for. Bars lack any atmosphere and are mainly outside which is great Mar-Nov but not good in evenings Dec-Feb. Food and facilities were good for 5* All Inclusive 20 years ago, nowadays it’s far off top standards.

The staff at this hotel are sensational. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is everything you ever needed. From the moment you check in, until the moment you leave, you will want for nothing. We stayed in a superior sea view room, which is a bit more expensive. The furnishings are newer and the view was spectacular. We will definitely be back at this hotel! The animation team is amazing and so full of energy. They bound around guests and make them happy without being too much in their face or bothering anyone. The only tiny suggestion I would make would be to make the entertainment schedule on a 2 week basis. Most people stay at least 10 days, up to 2 weeks meaning they see the same shows if they are there longer than 1 week. The shows themselves are excellent and designed for optimum guest entertainment, made even better by the animation team. Just a small suggestion to add a bit more variety.

"The animation team was a letdown for me. They didn't seem very professional, and I felt like they treated people differently based on their nationalities, which was really disappointing. It was a pretty bad experience.

Our room had a lovely see view directly on the beach. The resort has a swimming pool, bars everywhere, billiards (x3), darts, a disco, animation (which was never too intrusive), DJ. The quality and variety of the food was above our expectations: you can either have dinner in the main restaurant or you can book a table in other restaurants a´ la carte. Snacks are also available directly on the beach. We also found nice the small lagoon. Very appreciated was also the red flag system on the beach.

The A/C is very loud. The pool temperature maybe was too low (we were here at the beginnig of october, was very windy and the sea temperature was slighlty fresh. Therefore would be nice to have a hotter pool temperature). The hotel rooms need some renovations, but this did not impact the quality of the stay. We already suggested the stuff to better control the sun beds. Some guests "book" them using a towel and then go away. The number of sun beds / beach umbrellas is slightly out of proportion.
