Everything was beyond amazing! We were pretty shocked when we entered the room, cause we got the perfect view with no neighbours. The general restaurant where they served breakfast, lunch and dinner had so incredibly delicious food. A gigantic buffet hot and cold with so many varieties and so tasty. The staff were all amazing, hard working staff. The beach was perfect the drinks you name it. They had so many activities throughout the entire day and night. You couldn't get bored on that place. We will definitely go back to this place, everything was perfect from the moment we arrived (amazing greeting) to the moment we left. Higky recommended! *****

To be honest this negative feedback goes to the guests! It sad to watch hard working people like servers or cleaning staff getting mistreated by hotel guests. We saw guests not being polite, not a thanks, nor even looking at staff, or sometimes yelling at them. People like you should be more humble towards people that serves you, they're human beings just like everyone else.

The staff are generally extremely friendly and helpful. Ahmed from Concierge is an angel. Food was very good and had diversity, desserts were lovely, especially the caramel mousse. Rooms were big and well cleaned.

The WiFi is only available in the main areas of the hotel, we had next to no WiFi in our room. City view rooms are not relaxing and do not enable a good nights sleep as taxis horn all through the night. Some of the holiday reps can be very pushy with activities and requesting reviews.

All inclusive deal is perfect, staff are very friendly and always asking if any beverages need to be served and happily serve. Very wide variety of food in the open buffet, with decent quality. Overall good value for money, I really enjoyed my stay. The pools is good, no issues. The jacuzzi by the pool with an exceptional sea view is awesome. My room had a great view of the sea. Spa and Gym are decent. Special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim for being super helpful and making sure the stay is satisfying, same to all the staff really.

The prices of room service and laundry etc. are in euros or equivalent in EGP. That in the end reflects to a relatively high price in EGP.

The staff is excellent. Everybody is helpful and hardworking. Sometimes they recognise and solve a problem even before you mention it. The food is good and there is plenty of it. There are many options to choose. Local dishes, dishes with spices, more plain dishes, grills, seafood etc. If that's not enough there are also 3 a la carte restaurants; mediterranean, Arabic and vegetarian. The sea and pool is also nice. With the sea there are two options, (I think) an artifical lagoon where there is a beach and the open sea where you can get in with staircases. The open sea is deep and gets deeper quite fast, generally wavey and currenty and has a lot of marine life, fish, corrals, sea turtles etc. But if you are not good with swimming I wouldn't recommend the open sea. There are many tour options both land and sea but they are all extra. The hotel is clean in general. The weather was 32-35 degrees celcius for a week day and night. There is a constant wind which cools down and heats up the weather 24 hours so it's always in the same range. Since there is everything in the hotel we didn't need the feel to leave the hotel so I don't have any idea about the surroundings.

Both me and my friend got diarrhea in different times. It was either because of the pool or some food or something else, we don't know. It got better in a day but it was uncortable for that day. There are sales people (they are also part of the hotel) and especially when you are at the beach or pool area, someone is trying to sell you something such as a tour or spa treatment etc. And the prices are really funny. Everything is open for bargaining and the price can decrease 50-70% depending on the situation which makes you wonder if you bought the same service that was offered in the begining or some discount version of it.

The hotel is stunning. We had a standard room with a big balcony. The airconditioning in the room is very good and the housekeeping staff we had Hussein is always happy and friendly.The whole week there were enough strandbeds available. The breakfast buffet was very extensive. We always lunched by Nassaya were there is an a la carte menue!! ( Definitely recommend). The diner buffet was very busy. It was always a hassle to find a table but the food was good and a lot of variety. Our favorite restaurant was elija. David served us and we even got an extra main dish! Also Gamila and Roots have very nice dishes and good service. I would recommend eating by these restaurant instead of the buffet.

The room had an mold smell ( if you have allergies please consider this) We were asked a lot of times if everything is good ( which is understandable) but were even called in the room (twice) to get this asked. A little bit to much if you ask me. The animation had a lot of variety. I followed the stretching but someone of the team was yawning and looked tired. Bit unprofessional but the stretching was nice!

10/10. We have been a few hotel in past, in different countries, but none match to this Hotel. The hotel has beach separated from the sea, which is incredible. You can swim in the sea in a private beach. Also that "pool" is an excellent place to snookering. If we have a trip to luxor or cairo they made us lunch and breakfest boxes. (even in gluten free version) The staff was very kind and attentive. The hospitality is exceptional. My girlfriend has allergie to gluten, They made us gluten-free bread for breakkfest every day. Also if you want gluten-free pizza, they made it! Everything we wished, they fullfilled that. Every night was show on the stage. The fire show and the circus was amazing. On the day of leaving after we left the room, we could go to the pool, have a lunch and after right before the leaving the hotel they provided us a room to have a shower and prepare for the plane. I would like to thank David very much the extra attention during our night in Elia Mediterranean Cuisine. I really do recommend this hotel to everyone.

Everything was great, beach, pool, food and the vibes. I loved everything. And i would like to thank Mr Mina in the reception for his always smiling face and he was so helpful, kind and friendly and trying to help in every possible way. And big thanks to Shaaban in nasaya restaurant for making everything you want and might think of :D he is so helpful, funny and cheerful.

A spacious room with a big balcony that offers a fantastic view of the sea. Staff was very professional and helpful. Food and drinks of very good quality. The variety of food is very good. Pool area has great vibes.

While A/C in the room was very good, in the reception area it was very weak. There was no A/C in the a la carte restaurant and even in main restaurant it was weak.

The whole team made us feel very welcome and comfortable creating a very exceptional experience for our family, from start to finish. Everything was lovely and we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. Can’t wait to be back next year. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday. All facilities were satisfactory and above expectations. The check process was very quick and easy. The reception team handled any questions or concers we had on the spot and we even lost an item of clothes that they retrieved for us same day. It was very impressive. The rooms and the bathrooms were super clean and tidy and they were maintained daily. The hotel was well kept and constantly cleaned and the public area are super clean even the walls. Sanitizers were everywhere and the gardeners were keeping the hotel looking great. The beach area was perfectly taken care of around the clock and the pool looked very clear. We especially liked the jacuzzi. I have never seen such hospitality provided by any hotel staff I have been to. They went above and beyond to make our stay feel comfortable and address any concerns we had while constantly asking us if we needed anything and offered extra services that we could get. They didn’t make us feel any different from foreign guests. Literally everyone was so helpful, kind and smiled at us genuinely. Special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim from management and Mr. Mahmoud from the reception. Extraordinary service and an extraordinary team. We noticed excellent quality and daily food variety. The food looked fresh and tasted homely made as well as many different types of drinks. Also, there were multiple daily activities by a very talented team. As well as three nighttime shows with a different multiple performers everyday. It was exciting.
