Our stay was just perfect! The hotel had everything we needed: a central location, peace and quiet, a private beach, separate pools for adults and kids, and the rooms were spotless with LCD TVs, air conditioning, and a stocked minibar. The furniture was modern, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel owner was especially supportive and gentlemanly. With a little extra effort, I believe they could easily upgrade to a 4-star rating.

Everything! You can ask for food or drinks inside the hotel, enjoy a private beach as much as you want.or you can chill out on the swimming pool. Also, you have rooms and apartments with kitchen for a reasonable price. Note: I forgot my cellphone on the room after leaving it and contacted hotel a couple of.hours after check out. They took charge of that and sent me the cellphone to Cairo through Go Bus and really really helped me with this big mistake I did. To sum up, every time I come to Hurghada I will stay in this hotel with no question. If you want to have a relaxing experience in a great location, come here.

Even though the room was clean, wasn't very clean as a hotel level. You can tell that only men work at this hotel and they have no women working. I'm saying this because they are not detail oriented when it comes to clean some of the facilities. The was garbage at the beach, the plates and cutlery in the room had some stains, the outside of the garbage was also dirty and there was hair in the bathroom when we just received the room. It's clean, but nothing is impeccable as it should.

First I have to say I didn´t paid for an ocean view room but still got it, and it was fantastic, every morning I was able to see the beautifull sunset, gave me joy in my hearth. Mawa (in reception) was fantastic, she was able to help me in everything possible, even gave me tips for shopping jewerly she was expert and kind, if you find her there ask her anything she helped me so much. Hurgada in general was amazing to experience, exceeded my expectation

nothing, that I cloudn´t do all the tours I wanted, next time I'll stay there and do the tour with the dolphins. By the way walk to a restaurant near by call Granada, great view and delicious food.

I agree with a previous review that this place is an oasis of peace, especially after Cairo or Luxor to be able to arrive here to enjoy few moments at the pool or/and the beach is great! I recommend this hotel for so many reasons but mainly for the fact that the staff is great, they are always willing to help but if you don’t ask for anything they will just let you enjoy yourself. We stayed in the studio. First time on the ground floor and second time on the second floor. Both spacious and comfortable. The ground floor was perfect for working as I left my laptop on the balcony and enjoyed few laps in the swimming pool during lunch break, the lovely staff brought me breakfast and lunch to the room so I was able to just focus on work. We came back after few days in Cairo and appreciated even more the peace on the second floor studio with view of the sea and stars at night. If someone gives this hotel a bad review it can only mean one thing - that person is use to all inclusive resorts or is to afraid to walk on the streets of Hurghada outside of the very tourist oriented marina. This hotel is situated on the Old Sheraton Street, few steps away from the supermarket and plenty of places to eat. If you want to eat something outside (hotel have a kitchen with few nice basic meals) but you’re not feeling at ease to go and discover yourself, ask Marwa from the reception, this amazing nice woman will advise you places to eat or help you order something. Please think about bringing cash to pay for your stay (euro, US dollars or Pounds sterling) if you can.

great location on the beach and for shops, restaurants, cafes. helpful staff. management can’t do enough for you. comfortable beds. the views from the balcony are luxury. you see the sunrise in the sea, the sunset and the moonlight in the evening. clean modern rooms, nice hot shower. we stayed there twice in beginning and end of our holiday as we travelled to other cities in Egypt. Abu Ashara supermarket is up the road (try the tahini chocolate spread with their strawberries, the tamarind juice etc). Gad and McDonald’s also short walk up the road as are luxury hotels (Gad is a local Egyptian fast food chain serving restaurant meals floor above). A £1 or less Uber taxi takes you to Khoshary Al Sikandari (try their national dish Khoshary).

I really enjoyed the stay - Location: perfectly between local centrum/Marine and tourist centrum, close to all beaches and with a taxi all reachable for 1 euro. Th family of Ahmed was very hosipital and willing to provide advice and information about good places, a extreme important topic for me while traveling are the showers, the power and temperature is ver good. I had a perfect stay.

I had a roomy clean apartment with very easy acces to the pool . Beach just 30 meters away. La Casa has very good location in Hurghada Town. Lots of good restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. This is the place where I want to return.

More kitchen ware, cups etc. Owners say that he can bring if asked. Next time I will ask,

We absolutely loved the swimming pool and private little beach. We stayed in the family suite overlooking the beach and woke up to wonderful sunrises and views from the many large windows which were beautiful. The location is in Hurghada city where many of the boat tours leave from, which was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The overall level of cleanliness could be improved. For example our windows were in desperate need of a clean, which is a shame as the views from them are superb. Also I’m not sure why there are so many curtains. As the rooms are self catering, the hotel could improve on ensuring an adequate number of utensils for the number of guests. This could all be remedied very quickly and shouldn’t put you off from staying at this lovely little gem.
