The value of the hotel was very good it exceeded our expectations. When we asked for something in the hotel, the staff was very helpful. barmans were awesome, especially hassan, osama, Amr, and thabet they did great mixes for us. The restaurant is good and the food was very good according to the value. the reception was helpful, especially Mr. Emad and Sandy, and Mr. Sayed we got free early check-in, and we got free upgrade to awesome sea view suite, and it was a really good point, Ms. Aber from the reception was so supportive, and she was making sure we were having a good time and asked us if we had any problem. The sea was so nice we just across the street to get there . It's less than one minute. The location is great to walk to downtown, and a lot of places where the hotel was near to everything. Abdullah from the animation team was so friendly and active all the time. The room service was cleaning the suite so good and they gave us four bottles of water every day overall the hotel was excellent according to the price you pay and I actually don't know why some people put bad reviews on the hotel the hotel is undrated for the price you pay you get more than you pay and I'm looking forward to come again it was great experience for me.

We only got just one problem with the room service they just skipped one day at cleaning the suite, but when we called the reception, they sent two members of the room service right away. Some members of the animation team were kinda hostile except Abdullah, but overall, they weren't bad.

It's my third stay at this hotel. Mr.emad, the reception manager, was supportive he gave us a free upgrade to a sea view room, and also, sahr and aber and sayed all of the reception team was very helpful. The room service was cleaning the room really well. The bar team was awesome kerolls, osama, fady and ahmed heshmat all of them was nice at mixing. The restaurant team was so nice, especially saher also the food was very delicious. The location was awesome. You are literally in the middle of the town. You just have to walk everywhere it was so walkable area. The sea beach was great. You can see the corals there. The animation team was so active and friendly that they are doing great shows every day. Absolutely perfect hotel with great value. Thanks for all the staff for the nice holiday.

The animation team (Nemo and the entourage) were amazing! They work so hard to make people happy <3 Also, the room was excellent with a lovely view of the red sea! The staff in general were helpful and friendly :)

To be honest, the food wasn't that great and we ended up going almost every night to a super nice (and mega-cheap) local vegetarian restaurant just around the corner. That actually added some extra plus points to our holiday :D But in general, as a tip, I would recommend improving especially the drink section, both, in the lunch/dinner restaurant and at the bars. And more fruits, please! In a sort of funny way, there was this "Shining" vibe in the place, but that must be because it was apparently the low season when we visited (also this creepy music in the elevators, hahaha). Also, the pool area was not in use, which was kinda disappointing... All in all, some things to improve, but not that much :)

The value for money! We had such a relaxing and worry-free stay thanks to the helpful and lovely staff in this hotel. The breakfast and dinner had many options I could choose from and everything was tasty. There were recurring dishes, but there was also a little variation in the food every day. I also enjoyed the evening shows and dances. Our room was really spacious and had a view of the sea (even if over another building it was nice). We had our laundry done in just a few hours, on the same day, which was a lifesaver after travelling for many days all over Egypt and running out of clothes. Thanks!

Although everything worked in our room and the hotel, some parts could do with some renovation.

Actually everything so far was absolutely perfect the reception manager Mr.emad was very helpful when we needed anything he was there for us he gave us a free upgrade to a sea view room (special thanks to him) and the food was delicious you can't really tell that you are in a 3-star hotel saher from the restaurant team was so helpful and kerolls and ahmed heshmat from the bar they were really so good . The location was near to everything. I was in the middle of hughada, and the hotel price is so low according to the value you get. That's what we liked the most. The sea beach was so close you get there just by going the other side of the Sheraton St. I see some guests put bad reviews on the hotel. Maybe they expected they would get a seven stars hotel service by just paying a few dollars. Some people just don't see what they actually pay, or they give reviews by high expectations, not by the value of the hotel anyway it was an awesome experience for me and I'm looking forward to come again and again.

This is the 3rd time I stayed with my group and hope to visit again soon, Very helpful front office staff who know the correct way of treating guest to their hotel from the beginning to checkout. Thanks to a beautiful young lady ( sorry can't remember her name ) and all the others at the front desk. EXCELANT DUTY DONE . OVERALL hotel is very good and what we get for what we have paid. I don't have any complaints from my group during the stay. Thanks to all the staff at the hotel.

Your restaurant menu must be changed every day, as i have noticed the same menu repeating on our stay. As my group stays all-inclusive category, they feel that and inform me when they go to the restaurant. And Once you get the Asian Group to your hotel please make arrangements to have at least one meal accordingly.

We stayed for 1 week at Dexon Roma Hotel and we had a great stay! The best thing about this hotel is how attentive the staff is, if there’s any problem with your room or anything else, they won’t hesitate to fix it for you right away. They really treat you like family with great hospitality. At first, we were a bit nervous that there weren’t that many reviews yet, but we were relieved to know that the pictures were very accurate. Our room was spacious, with plenty of room for storage as well as a balcony with a sea view. We would let the hotel know whenever we needed the room cleaned, and occasionally the staff would leave us free water bottles. We also had breakfast (7 am - 10 am) and dinner (7pm - 9 pm) booked at the hotel. It was buffet style in a big dining room. For breakfast you could choose from breads, flatbreads, butter & jam, salads, eggs, cheese, yogurts, traditional egyptian fuul and many more. Dinner was our favorite, with many different stews, rice, bulgur, pasta, as well as a big spread of desserts. There were always both meat and vegetarian options so everyone could have what they wanted. We ate at the hotel for the most part because of how good it was. The hotel has a private beach (Orange beach) less than 5 min walk from the hotel. The water is a beautiful shade of blue and its quite peaceful. However, there are stones at the bottom so most people brought swimming shoes, but if you go to the right side of the beach there arent as many stones. There are people selling tours at the beach, they usually go up to everyone but will leave you alone if you decline. The hotel can help you book trusted tours. The hotel is right on Sheraton road which is the main touristic road with shops selling all kinds of stuff. Many restaurants nearby, and plenty of supermarkets, ATMs and shops to buy sim cards. All in all, we were very happy that we decided to sty in this hotel, we’ll be sure to come back, and I recommend it to everyone!

Note that there is no wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby. This was not a big problem for us because we bought a local Orange sim card with 10gb which lasted the duration of our stay.

I’ve just finished my sixth stay at Dexon Roma, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views of the Red Sea and easy access to Hurghada’s main attractions. Waking up to the sea view every day was such a treat, and the convenience of having everything nearby made exploring the area hassle-free. The rooms are always spotless, comfortable, and spacious. The housekeeping team does an amazing job, and the attention to detail is noticeable, which adds so much to the relaxing experience. I also loved the pool and private beach, both of which provide a perfect setting for unwinding and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. A special thank to Mr. Emad and Mr. Oncy at the reception for their warm and welcoming approach. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth and enjoyable stay, and their professionalism is truly impressive. The entire staff here contributes to the friendly, welcoming atmosphere that makes Dexon Roma stand out. For anyone looking for a hotel with a perfect location, great amenities, and exceptional service, I highly recommend Dexon Roma. It’s been my go-to place in Hurghada, and I look forward to coming back again and again!

However, I did encounter an issue that needs to be addressed. A staff member on the beach asked us about a missing snorkeling mask, and we explained that we hadn’t taken anything since we arrived the night before. Later, the person in charge of trips who was next to the restaurant approached us again, and his attitude was not friendly at all. He questioned us in a way that felt a bit accusatory, which made us uncomfortable. The next morning, we were asked the same question again, which felt unnecessary. I believe the dude who is in charge of trips should handle such situations in a more respectful and friendly way, as his approach was not welcoming. Overall, the situation passed without any issue, and it won’t stop me from coming again, but I just wanted to mention it.

It's my fifth stay. I'm gonna say it was the best stay in the hotel till now everything was upgraded a lot it's a total level up and. I liked it so much. During my recent stay at dexon roma, I was captivated by its breathtaking sea view and convenient location The room was elegantly furnished with a great air conditioner. The highlight, however, was undoubtedly the panoramic view of the sea sunrise Nestled in Sheraton. the hotel offers easy access to everything. What truly elevated my experience was the impeccable service provided by the staff. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive assistance throughout my stay, every interaction was marked by professionalism and genuine hospitality. Emad and onsy ensured a smooth check-in process and was always ready to provide recommendations for local attractions.The room was consistently pristine . the main chief and the team at the restaurant went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences and served delicious meals with a smile. I wanna thank also aber she is so supportive and she was making sure that everything is good. My stay at dexon roma was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of stunning views, convenient location, and outstanding service makes it a top choice for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure. The hotel's private beach is beautiful and very diverse, half of the beach is sandy and the other half is rocky, there is also an aqua park for children inside the hotel on the first floor The lunch and dinner buffet needs improvement the food is not good
