Comfy beds, clean towels. Decent WiFi (we used it only for Spotify, Google, soc media, ,etc but had no issues). Location is good- beach is nearby, as well as many important facilities (exchange office, super markets, shops, many restaurants, etc), but beware of the noise- the accommodation is on the main boulevard, so it is very noisy because of the traffic. Luckily, the bed was comfy, so I slept well despite the noise. Breakfast is small (see a photo attached), but its ok, they have turkish/ arabic coffee (Qahwah), which is a plus. The lady who serves breakfast is so nice and welcoming.

For such rating (8+), rooms should definitely be more clean. Mirrors were dirty, walls as well (there were stains and spots of dead moskitos), hair on bathroom floor. Bathrooms should be renovated, if not renovated then at least the shower head/ hose should be changed. Some investments should be done- I think most of people wouldn't mind if the price is a bit higher, but it the money is invested is the things mentioned above. It would be nice also to invest in new sheets/ beddings.

The rooms were NOT cleaned daily by default as in other budget hotels The breakfast is not for european taste in geneal, what is worse the service is very slow - not worth it Certain equipment is missing: safe bolted to the back of bookshelf instead of wall etc No shelf for soap in the shower, and the curtain too short means lots of water sprinkles around The table is very small, not for reading, not for laptop, not for 2 people ELEVATOR IS DANGEROUS always check if it is BEHIND the door when you open it! Compared to PalmInn: cleaning frequency was worse, sound proofing worse, table worse, bathroom equipment vey slightly worse, safety much worse (elevator). I advise Lamera for adults, PalmInn for families

The ladies at the reception are very charming and helpful, always with a big smile. The Egyptian breakfast is minimal but served with a sweet smile. The wifi worked very well on my smartphone, but my laptop wouldn't connect for some unknown reason. The hotel is situated very close to the Marina where you find tons of good restaurants.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff and owner,they makes our trip more interesting with their advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,activities,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance, we became even Drinks and Treats from the Owner for free, Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Lamera Staff for going just that little step extra for the guests and making us feel just like at Home

The hotel provides free entry to the El-Shaqia beach, the location is perfect. The breakfast was just OK to start you day.

A lot of noise due to the main road, the room and specifically the bathroom could be cleaner too. Also a kettle to boil water to make some tea would be also nice inside the room.

I took a night bus to Hurghada from Aswan. I arrived 6am in the morning, a hotel man let me checking in without extra cost. I slept really well.

It is always super clean, quiet and good service. I was very x 2 happy with my room.

The best thing was the staff , and location . The breakfast was OK but no a good value for money . I recommend that you book a room without breakfast, if possible

The place was absolutely lovely; it instantly became my favorite upon my first visit. I've traveled extensively throughout Hurghada and other cities, and while some locations have grown on me over time, this one felt even more welcoming than my initial impression. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, creating a truly homey atmosphere; everyone went above and beyond. Karma, in particular, provided exceptional assistance. Many thanks also to Iman, Fairouz, Latifa, Karim, and Essam. I had breakfast and some days I had lunch. The food was delicious and tasty. I certainly plan to return. I will definitely come back to this place again 👍
