I’d like to leave a review, as I always choose and book hotels based on other people’s feedback. First of all, I want to express my sincere thanks to the hotel management. It’s clear that you are working hard to improve the service, meet guests’ needs, and be among the best — and that effort is truly appreciated. Now, some detailed impressions from our stay: 1. Bar and service The "mafia of the hotel" — that’s how we jokingly called the bartenders and waiters 😄 During the first two days, we couldn’t understand what was going on: there were absolutely no cocktails at the bar. My husband ordered beer and was constantly met with rudeness — the bartender pretended not to understand him and was unwilling to serve. I asked for a mojito, but was told they didn’t have it. Meanwhile, on the beach, we saw other guests being served various drinks. Eventually, we figured it out: give €1, and suddenly everything improves — mojitos appear, smiles come out, and beer is served without issue. We ended up tipping around €10–15 per day just to get decent service at the bars. We spent most of our time on the beach and noticed that many other guests were also unhappy with the way the bartenders and waiters behaved. 2. Dinner It was inconvenient to have to wait for a waiter to serve you at dinner, especially when you’re with kids and just want to eat peacefully. 3. Food The food was great overall! On the fourth day, we discovered a spot where they cook kebabs, grilled vegetables, lavash, and more. Every evening there was grilled meat and even sushi — our kids were thrilled with the variety of sushi! Lunch was quite simple in comparison. I would suggest removing a few meat dishes from dinner and adding more options to lunch instead — it’s impossible to try all the meat served at dinner anyway. 4. Cleaning Cleaning throughout the hotel was excellent — everything was tidy and well-maintained.

Being completely honest, it trully exceeded my expectations. The pool-beach area is very very good. What we found to be AMAZING was the dinner in the main restaurant, which had very good quality an incredible variety. They offer other 'special' restaurants, but they do not have actually anything special, they are limited in the menu and everything they offer you can find it in the main restaurant. Maybe it worth it the one next to the sea though. The room and the bed were very big and comfortable. Personal is very very nice. There were a lot of minor things that we loved: -There are cats and bird stations on which they provide water and food for the animals :) -While doing the check-out, they offered to keep for a while the bracelet and enjoy for a bit more the hotel facilities -Internet is only in the lobby, but they gave us for free a SIM card (with limited internet though) -They were providing bottles of waters every day in the room -They take care of your opinion and they ask for your input in different moments of the day -There are people that really do nice cocktails, but those people are quite limited and they are overworking. They have beer though.

I was going to rate this hotel honestly as a 10, as I was very happy in it and I wish I stayed more. But in the last day they TOOK my phone, open this hotel ratings, and 'suggested' me to put a good review in front of them. That in my opinion is UNACCEPTABLE. I took my phone back and say I would do it later, and this is the only and MAIN reason of not giving it a 10. Other minor things to be improved are: -There was an annoying vendor (in the way to the beach, first shop on the left), giving us life lessons about respect and saying other bulls**t differentiating himself from the 'street vendors'. After this, he tried to trick us with the 'I give you a free present' thingy -The shower curtain was a a bit old and used, can be changed

Food 10/10: variety is good and food is tasty. It's better than the other hotels I've been. It's like a good restaurant in France, which is pretty impressive for Egypt. The Christmas buffet was awesome. Even the wine was decent, usually I can't even drink it. Service 7/10: overall pretty good. Some workers are very good and very professional, while some others are incredibly bad, like for instance those at the beach. Hotel 7/10: Old rooms, but works are being done, as the hotel is pretty old. Smell of sewage in the room.

Beach 1/10: men never comes to help you with the sunbeds even if it's their job. They're all very unhappy about their jobs. Maybe they should just all quit their jobs, or get fired, instead of sitting and spreading unhappiness around. It's not a big deal, but I expected better behaviour.

Our trip to Siva Grand Hotel was amazing. The staff was warm, and the hotel easy to navigate. The buffet area is luxurious, and the beach is stunning with sparkling blue waters and a beautiful pier. The pool area offers snacks, drinks, music, and activities. The food options were plentiful, and the all-inclusive package covered everything. The animation team was fantastic. They do their best to make sure you don’t feel bored and keep the atmosphere alive and active. They’ll try to get you to participate in activities, so don’t worry if you’re shy—they’ll find you! There’s a wide range of activities planned throughout the day, from morning to evening, and probably even into the next morning. These guys just don’t stop. The staff at the hotel are kind, friendly, They never ask for tips or make you feel bad if you don’t give one. They serve you drinks everywhere, greet you with a smile, and are always ready to help if needed. The rooms are always cleaned. And now, the best part… Mr. Tallal. He is the best manager I have ever seen in my life. Period. He’s not just a manager of this hotel—he is so much more. He is the soul of this place and truly feels like a friend. He cared for us and helped us more than my own relatives would 😆😆! He was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and were happy during our trip. He’s like a good friend who is always there to help. He went far beyond what anyone would expect from a hotel manager. If this is a four-star hotel, then Tallal makes it a five-star. By the end of our trip, he had become a true friend. He and the restaurant manager, Reda, helped us create the perfect proposal moment and engagement party. They planned everything—our favorite song, decorations, flowers, photoshoot, live violin, champagne, and amazing food—all during a sunset on the beach. Both my fiancée and I were in tears. Resort is huge and offers a lot. It's clean (when I say clean I mean extremely clean - rooms, beach, restaurants, bars are all spotless; gardens were beautiful and well maintained too, adding to the overall impression). Room (in the main building) had everything you could need, with a brilliant terrace, oriented towards sea. Staff was incredibly pleasant, professional and dedicated ( waiters coming & asking if we want drinks / food (wherever we were - bars, restaurants, sun beds), reception agents checking us in ultra early (~6:30 AM) and then upgrading our room, mr Tallal - resort manager - checking multiple times whether we want, miss or need anything, offering his help and support. I have never felt more welcome in a hotel / resort in my life and you can really feel that everyone is really, really trying to make your stay perfect. Beach is nice, sandy, extending deep into the sea ( my humble estimate is 80-100 meters). It has a long "strip" in the middle where even in the end (so ~100m away from the shore), water only reaches to your ankles though to its sides - some 10 meters in each direction, you can already swim normally as it is sufficiently deep. Hotel also has two pools, one for kids and the other for grown ups; grown ups pool has its own bar, so you can have a cocktail while taking a break from swimming. Resort's location is otherwise really good, the street has many shops (open till late evening!) so you can leave the resort and walk freely in the neighborhood. Last but definitely not least, food: simply a m a z i n g. Offer is incredibly rich (especially dinner - from Indian, Thai and Italian kitchen over local specialities, grill and seafood, each evening with a few different options from each cuisine but don't get me wrong - breakfast and lunch were also diverse and exceptional). Food is fresh, tasty, prepared by professional chefs. Simply put - great! P.

We did not like coffee (Shams restaurant, beach bar, pool bar, beach restaurant) - it should be improved significantly, as it's a shame that such a good place serves so bad coffee. Showers (in the room) were not great - both water pressure and temperature constantly oscillated, which can be irritating. Finally, old, non-reconstructed rooms (in bungalows) are really not nice - so be smart and go for the "Junior Suite" - it's definitely worth the minor price difference compared to standard, regular room.

We enjoyed our stay at the Siva very much. It was a good price-performance stay. The food is good for an all inclusive hotel and the drinks were okay as well. The service from all people working there especially the booking guests manager Moh Tallal which helped us with any issue from small to big(like check us out later because of some health issues) The cleaning personal is excellent, thank you so much Abdulramen!

The rooms are being renovated right now before the next season, so expect some noise and dirt. But nothing wild. The noise from the hallway is the biggest minus point at our stay, the room doors aren’t soundproof at all so you should carry noise canceling headphones or similar for the night. There is no WiFi, like the hotel is declaring here and many guests tell you as well. So get an SIM card at the airport from orange which has the best price-performance as well and consider to grade it up to a higher amount of data to compensate the missing WiFi at the hotel. The one from the lobby is just enough to check WhatsApp. Ask Moh friendly about a Vodafone card, he may provide you one :))

We stayed for 6 days from 10/02/25 until 15/02/25. The moment we stepped on the property we felt welcome by the people on the front door, reception was warm. The property has a lot of things to offer from the big pool, nice well-maintained beach front and the food was amazing, specially dinner, plus unlimited drinks! You'll never get bored as they have a lots of performances to entertain guests Mr. Said went extra mile by extending our stay as our flight is at night. I highly recommend this and we are already planning to go back.

Would recommend. The location is prime. The atmosphere is beautiful. There is live music. There is good food. The staff was exceptional, especially Mohammed Tallal— he was very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. He even helped us with internet connection. He made the experience better.

Wish there was a better balance/ mix of both Arab and European visitors, but mostly the latter. Would be such a vibe with more Arab tourists!

Had an amazing stay with my family at Siva Grand Beach. I really don’t understand certain mean reviews. Everything was perfect and the staff goes beyond and above to make you feel happy and special and this is priceless! Our favourites were: 1-Staff welcoming (specially Mohammed at Reception), generosity and customer service, 2-Delicious food, specially salads and Gaucho meat 3- Beautiful grounds with lots of trees 🙏 4-Room with lovely views 5-Location near city centre 6-Activity & shows

Bathroom could be improved and the use of plastic cups changed to paper/ reusable cups.

A beautiful hotel with excellent service, just a few minutes from the airport. When it comes to food and drinks, you have almost all kinds of dishes and desserts available every day. There is something for everyone, so we really don’t understand people who write in their reviews that the food selection is small. The all-inclusive service truly includes everything. Between the main meals, there are also snacks available. The pool, the sea, and the beach are beautiful – the sea is crystal clear. Entertainment program – the animators worked hard every day and evening to entertain the guests with new shows, which were excellent. The hotel staff is very kind; we stayed in room 579 – we forgot the name of the young man who maintained it, but he was very polite and courteous. The reception staff was also great, especially the hotel manager, Talal, who was always willing to help. Upon our arrival, he even offered us a better and nicer room. The rooms are a bit outdated, especially the bathroom, but this did not interfere with our enjoyment since everything was clean. The hotel surroundings are impeccably maintained, cleaned daily, the grass watered, no garbage anywhere – everything is in perfect order. My wife was especially delighted by the fact that 5–6 cats live in the resort; they have their own houses and food, and they are very affectionate and love cuddling. All in all, we were very satisfied with everything and will definitely be coming back. P.S. – I believe that every negative review from other guests says more about them than about the hotel itself. Everything depends on your mindset and how you perceive the things in front of you.
