Nice beach, close to city center, and you have everything around you in terms of supermarkets, restaurants, shops, cafes, hangout areas, etc.

Still have a problem with remote controls batteries and I have noted that in my previous reviews, but it seems that no one cares about that. The position of the air conditioner in the room is not healthy as it is pointed directly towards the bed.

Access to the beach was lovely. The apartment size was good. The beds were comfortable. Toilet paper, shower gell, and a bar of soap was provided. Towels were also provided. Staff were polite and helpful.

Limited cooking facilities, only a 2 ring electric top, no oven, no microwave, no washing machine, unlike in the photos. Crockery is very limited -2 side plates 2 larger plates, 3 plastic cereal bowls, 10 spoons, 2 forks, and 1 dining knife plus 1 very bendy kitchen knife. 4 glass mugs and 3 plastic beakers. Its adequate but not if you need to cook or reheat.

Nicely located on the beach and 10min ride from airport and the marina, this is a good value resort. Take the chalet which is closer to the water. Lots of potential with large pacels of land yet to develop. Only take USD or Euro cash payments which was not stated clearly on bookings.

No room service. No Wi-Fi. Better food and beverage service on beach will be helpful.

Very cheap and good hotel if you want only to sleep at night. It has a little beach and - it was strange - a lot of beach beds near the sea was only for owners… I don”t know why…

Strange restaurant with breakfast, it didn’t work a lot of morning time

Gotta say we found the place quite a good value for money. You have access to the beach that is only for hotel guests and residents of the complex. WiFi works ok but only at the reception. Towels were included and you can have 2 - one for the beach and one for the shower. Breakfast while slow was ok 🙂 The staff was friendly with special shout out for Mustafa!

Well-located motel with large rooms and free access to a nice private beach (shared by several condos). Large rooms. Adequate comfort for the price and quite clean. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Wifi worked very well, maybe because my room was right next to the reception area. Copious breakfast.

A second sheet on the bed would be nice. As mentioned by others, for some reason you can't use the front-row sunbeds on the beach if you're a single male. The beach doesn't have a reef so don't expect to snorkel.

I was looking for a property near the airport to fly from Hurghada at 2.00 am. I was allowed free early check-in at 13.00 instead of 14.00. The room was large and comfortable with a sea view on the second floor, as I requested when booking. The staff was friendly. I was given a breakfast box instead of breakfast, as I had to skip breakfast due to the early check-out. A great beach caled Blue Beach is very close. No entrance fee for guests. Beach towels are provided at the reception. You can walk along the coast through the neighboring beaches for almost a kilometer. Breakfast was standard for Egypt. Instead of coffee or tea, a bottle of water was served.

The bed linen was not very fresh with someone else's hair on the pillow. The shower drain didn't work well. The hot water was starting to drain off in a dark color. I had to wait for it to drain. There were no towel hooks in the bathroom. There was no table or chair in the room. I stayed in the old building. If possible, ask for a room in a new building, it is more modern.

The place is excellent and the location is very good and the staff are very kind, especially Mr. Hamam, an excellent man who makes you love the place. The room is air-conditioned and has a tea kettle, TV, mini fridge, iron, 2 nightstands, a small table, 2 chairs and a clothes dryer. The view is great from the room and it overlooks the sea. The room size is good.

My only problem was that the restaurant is a bit far from the hotel (180 meters walk). + The first and second rows on the beach are for the owners, the third row is for families... the fourth row is for young people, and this is not something I didn't like.

The little "chalet" was clean and comfortable, and the location is great: One minute from a lovely private beach in one direction, and a lively street with lots of shops and restaurants a two minutes' walk in the opposite direction. The breakfast, which was in a small restaurant close by, was only so-so. There was not any choice, just a small selection of different foods on a plate. However, it was sufficient, and as inexpensive as the chalet was, I have no complaints. In fact, I am planning to stay here again in the fall.
