Firstly, i want to mention that we have chosen the hotel because of its lovely seaside. There are great reefs with a lot of sea life in it. Definitely a great spot for snorkelling. Location also was good as the airport was not that far away and everything we needed was at a very reachable distance. Great, tasty food with daily changing items on a menu. Helpful staff. We faced a few problems during our stay, which were always resolved.

WiFi connection was poor. I was lucky enough to get a sim card with a 30gb allowance. However, not every sim card provider will work around the hotel as my wife's 4g signal disappeared as soon as we were entering it. As I mentioned earlier, our problems were always resolved, therefore not always as quick as we would like. We had a problem with extra water delivery to our room, which took around 3 hours.

The transportation between the lobby and the beach was inconvenient. You had to cross the road and catch a tok-tok, and if someone was already waiting for it, you'd have to wait for the tok-tok to drop them off at the beach and return to pick you up however the driver was very polite and friendly

Staff was nice and friendly specially Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Tamer. Mr. Mohamed takes a good care of guest reviews and notes Room: Clean and good.

Towels: Too limited, we had to wait a half hour to get towels and wasn't clean enaugh. Food: Low varaity, and i realize that it is fair for the cost price i paid. Plates weren't clean enaugh and its edges are semi broken. Room: No locker in the room.

The level of cleanliness is exceptional. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the room service. The apartments (I booked 2 apartments) were spacious and well-appointed, with enough space and storage lodgings for my family`s belongings. The terrace was overlooking the garden and the pool with a clear view of the sea .... I did enjoy my time in the terrace. The beach (just across the main street) is great and the shoreline is clean and sandy. The buffet is variable (breakfast and dinner), plentiful and immediately refillable. The pool is very clean and spacious. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and swift. The hotel is located close to several attractions (Hurghada Marina) with various cafes nearby.

On value for money basis, I find my stay at the hotel pleasing. My family was happy .... that`s all what I looked for!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The stand out feature is the staff are super accommodating and friendly. We checked in early and checked out late and the hotel offered to store our bags and to keep using the all inclusive food and drinks at no extra charge. The private beach is tranquil and great to chill out. Lots of evening entertainment and the resort is roughly 30 mins walk from the marina - but you won’t need to go there! We felt very safe at the resort too.

The only let down is the quality of the all inclusive food and drink. The food gets very repetitive and we basically felt like we were just eating chicken, veg and rice every day. More variety and higher quality is definitely needed. The drink selection is also pretty limited. The spirits are undrinkable because they’re so strong and they’ll only serve in small plastic cups. However, since the all inclusive was such a good price we just ate and drank outside the restaurant sometimes to mix it up.

The resort was as expected; clean, quite and with all the enterainment we were looking for. The staff was kind and polite, satisfying all our requests. The food is generally good and variable from one day to another.

Unfortunately the slides during our stay (3 nights) were not operating for techical reasons. Therfore our children didn't manage to engoy this facility.

We stayed at Zahabia Resort with all inclusive formula. The room was big and clean. The resort is huge and offers different activities to join during the day and night both for adults and kids. The staff was polite, friendly and really willing to help. Special thanks to the reception guys, Tamer and Ayam, that helped us with our flight tickets and check out. There is a private beach on the other side of the road with a stunning coral reef. You can enjoy an amazing snorkeling by swimming 3 minutes from the seaside. On the beach you can also find a bar, restaurant and football pitch. High value for money!

The facilities is a bit outdated. It has probably been built in the nineties but they’re making some updates. In any case it is clean and safe and absolutely good value for money!

The hotel has a wonderful private beach and a very clean swimming pool. The food selection is quite diverse for Egypt. It is hoped that the front desk can communicate more effectively.

All is good about this hotel- beach with coral reef, territory of the hotel, food, staff and its willingness to help , additional services and shops ( jewellery store inside is a gem , especially for those who seek Ancient Egyptian Gods jewellery). When we arrived and asked for a different room, we were given a new one on the higher floor ( so that we can see the area from the window) without any delays or rejection from the hotel management. Laundry services are cheap and very good.

The spoon of salt will be a terrible WiFi. We understood that it’s a common issue across the city.

We spent a week in this hotel. The people are very nice and friendly especially the manager Mohamed Ahman (I hope I spelled the name correctly) is always in the resort and solves absolutely any problem. The resort is 3 star so you should not have 5 star expectations. The food was tasty and the room spacious and clean. We had small difficulties with the hot water but the manager solved the problem very quickly and punctually. Overall we had a nice stay with wonderful people. P.S there is a young man called Mohammed Negm, he is in charge of cleaning the rooms, he does a great job he is always smiling and in a good mood. Every day he made us a surprise in the room (small arrangements of flowers or towels) a nice gesture that brought us many smiles and good cheer. (I will attach pictures below) So if you meet him, know that you are in good hands.
