The hotel let us check in around 12 which was really great. The room was spacious, clean, and bright. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower. There is a small spa inside of the hotel that one can visit for 10e/hour. Also a very pleasant bar. The breakfast was really, really good with fresh fruit and varieties of food offered.

The massages couldn't be booked but this is a small issue, nothing really bad

The spa was too warm and there is only an specific time to go with kids in the afternoon. Maybe this could be flexible since in the morning it is empty (everyone is skiing) and small kids and mons not skiing can use it. But again ,water temperature too high.

Great location close to the ski lift, rooms big with lots of storage space, breakfast and dinner buffet of super quality and choice, attentive and efficient stuff

Hotel car parking is small and expensive but the receptionist immediately offered an easy solution in 2 minutes walk for 3.10 eur per day.

I have booked a room for 2 persons, but my coleague had a serious accident 2 days before arriving at Canillo. The hotel refused to refund me any price difference even for the single breakfast! Furthermore in the check out they insisted to charge me the municipal taxes for the second person!!!! Of course, I refused and I asked for the manager. After my severe reaction they accepted not to charge me the 6€ for the municipal taxes...

Top breakfast, super dinner with a lot of variety, incredible friendly staff, superb rooms with a bathroom equipped with a shower and a bad tub. All the facilities are super, very handy man ski lockers, and the location cannot be better. Surely we will visit this hotel again. All of us (4 pax) had a super nice experience.

The location is great and it is a good choice for a family skiing trip with kids. The swimming pool and the playground are great for apres-ski :) The staff was really friendly. We will come back.

Internet wasn't working well

We had a family room with an attaching themed room for the boys which consisted of two racing cars which they loved, there is a a balcony door which was great to let in a lovely breeze and safe for the children. It was lovely having a separate shower and bath. Plenty of cupboards too. There was two TV's one in the main room and one in the children's room. There was an indoor play area which the children, loved and an area for the older children which consisted of a pool table, and football table.

Dinner was very limited for children, for example, there would be chips every night but not a lot of children's food, my children are fussy, no fish fingers, no plain sausages, no roasts or shepherds pie etc. One night they did have chicken nuggets but generally the food was catered for adults which we did love. The swimming pool is really quite small and you have to book a slotted time, make sure you bring a swim hat.
