Very friendly staff made us feel welcome. The hotel was very clean and tidy and the cleaning staff were always so quick to refresh our room whilst we were at breakfast. The communal spaces are comfortable with lots of sofas for relaxing. The pool was beautiful and refreshing but unheated. Breakfast was very good with lots of options both hot and cold. The hotel was is the middle of Canillo and gave us easy access to activities and restraunts. The hotel had parking but there was also a car park very near by for 12 euros a day.

It was very hot at night; but it was the middle of August when we visited and I think air con is not common in Andorra so not too much of a complaint. We just opened the windows.

We loved everything about our week long stay at Bonavida. Location, access to the ski resort is UNBEATABLE. So are the service, the staff, etc. They help with ski passes, ski equipment rentals, have it done for you, all is a smooth process, just unbelievable. They really make you feel welcomed. Special thanks to Juan at the front desk and Sol in the restaurant. Food is delicious and plenty. If parking is full, there is a public parking option so close, equally a good option. For those who have concerns about charge, with ski-pass you only pay 50%, so don't worry at all, if you can not park in the hotel's garage. Also, there is a storage for your skis and boots on your way out by the garage. Telecabin literally 50 meters away. Thank you so much for this unforgettable stay, we will be back.

I really can not think of anything.

Included breakfast was unexpectedly good. There was a wide variety of breakfast foods/drinks at a good quality. As well as the times, until 10am they were serving! Also bonus microwave in the dining area to use when needed. Cleanliness was really nice and the wifi is good. Staff were always so nice and helpful! Location was really convenient to the lifts as well as the included ski lockers and boot heaters in the basement.

Not a big deal: small doors in the ski locker, small winding back entrance staircase. Hotel room doors also close pretty loudly and can be heard while in rooms.

The hotel was fabulous! The food was on another level! We opted for half board, for ease (never done this before). They had 3 choices for starter and also for main (which changed every day) and additional options for a small fee. Then a full sweet selection to choose from. The huge Breakfast selection was incredible, Full English, Continental or Pastries. We were always full and ready for the day. The Spa (Sauna and Jacuzzi was small, but as you needed to book and they only allow a few guests in at a time, it was perfect and just what we needed after a full day's Skiing. The rooms were lovely, had fantastic views and was clean, warm and spacious. The service from everyone in the hotel was fantastic, especially Juan on reception, one of the friendliest and most helpful humans I've come across. See you all next year!

I really couldn't fault the hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect, easy parking either in the hotel parking (at extra fee) or in the public parking area behind the hotel. Ski lift is literally behind the hotel. Convenient ski equipment locker room within the hotel with a large boot drying room. Breakfast and dinner were both fantastic with ample choices and great food! Room was spacious and always kept super clean by the kind staff! - And the staff themselves are all amazing, really professional, friendly and helpful!

Perhaps the lift may need an upgrade as it's a bit dated and slow, but the rest is fantastic!

We stayed at the hotel for a week in August with the children and it was excellent. The children's room with 3 beds was very spacious. The hotel is in a central location and there is a direct bus to the city of La Vella. Excellent breakfast. The hotel has a pool, jacuzzi and sauna which is nice. The hotel is rated 3 stars but in terms of the treatment we received it is like 5 stars. We really enjoyed the hotel.

At first we were stressed that there was no air conditioning because we arrived in August, but the weather was great and there was no need for air conditioning. It would have been nice if there was a mini fridge in the room and a kettle to make coffee or tea but we managed without because there is a supermarket next to the hotel. I think it would be nice if they added some vegetables to the breakfast, but the breakfast is excellent.

Bonavida Hotel is an excellent choice if you plan to ski in Andorra. Here are some highlights: Convenient Ski Storage: The hotel provides a convenient place to store your ski equipment. Prime Location in Canillo: It’s situated right in front of the telecabina, making access to the slopes easy. Professional Staff: The hotel staff, especially at the restaurant, do an outstanding job. Delicious Food: Guests can enjoy delicious meals at the restaurant. Relaxing Amenities: The sauna and jacuzzi are very nice for unwinding after a day on the slopes. Good Internet Access: Stay connected with reliable internet. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend the Bonavida Hotel to everyone! 🏔️❄️🏨

The rooms are slightly outdated, but it’s essential to remember that this is a super comfortable sports hotel, not a luxury 5-star hotel. For the purpose it serves, this is not an issue.

Everything was perfect! We really enjoyed our time together in this place! It is so comfy and warm:) Like a winter fairy tale!

Friendly and helpful staff. Food plentiful and lots of choice at breakfast. Excellent location next to Canillo gondola and away from the main road. Close to transport links. Very clean. Quiet room.

The staircase from the ski lockers to the street to access the gondola were too steep and narrow. The bed was too firm for me. For some strange reason they did not identify vegetarian items on the evening menu. They had a code for just about everything else such as nuts and lactose but not meat free products. I am not vegetarian I just don't eat red meat so my choices were limited. They put beef stock or ham in all of the soups even those that were vegetable based which was rather annoying. Apart from this I enjoyed my stay.

Our overall experience was amazing! The hotel's proximity to the ski lift, convenient ski storage room, delicious dinners, and very attentive staff made our stay exceptional. We also loved having access to the sauna and jacuzzi. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the bus station.

The only thing that could be improved is providing a kettle in the room. It would be great to make tea without having to go to the restaurant.
